Holiday rentals with a pool in Marina di Mancaversa-Giannelli

We had a wonderful stay at this modern, minimalist and very tastefully decorated villa. The quiet location and the large pool was perfect for relaxing, yet we were in few by car on the most beautiful beaches of Salento. Thank you to Giulia and Michele for taking care of everything. We would come back anytime!

The four of us had a great stay at Simone's place. The house offers plenty of space on 2 floors and has great seating in the garden.

We spent over a week at Sara’s place and we loved it. The house is amazing and we greatly enjoyed the location and the breath taking view of the sea. The house is equipped with everything you need and it was actually bigger than expected. The surrounding area is super quiet and in a beautiful natural area. Sara and the person that helped us with the house were super responsive and address any questions/needs we had. It was super sad leaving the place and we would definitely love to come back. Thank you Sara for all you have done for me and my family.

We had a wonderful stay, both Angelo and Giorgio were helpful and responsive and gave great recommendations! The apartment fit the 4 of us perfectly, and wow what a stunning view! We could see the huge cliffs of Albania on a clear day! Close enough to walk into Castro which has some great restaurants and also short walk to the little cove of Aquaviva which was brilliant to swim. Great communication, very nice quiet location, close to amazing beaches and historical cities, it's a pearl of Puglia, you can go to Marina Di Pescoluse and enjoy amazing beach and you can go swim in both Adriatic and Ionian seas, if you drive a little to west of Italy you can enjoy Tyrrhenian sea as well! You will be very happy with place, it's amenities like jacuzzi and amazing swimming pool with inflatable toys, nice gazebo with chairs and great Bluetooth Sony speaker, bikes to ride around and explore the local area, great kitchen, big fridge, nice living room with HD TV, sparkling washroom, great bedrooms and amazing garden surrounding all this beauty! Our son loved to play with cats that were rescued and quietly live in the garden. this place is so cool that both of us me and my spouse thought about one thing the first evening while enjoying the jacuzzi after supper - would be great to buy this place and come and live here.. you remember how to dream again here, find peace and joy

My stay in Parabita was truly unforgettable. The location is absolutely stunning, offering beautiful surroundings and a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the charm of Puglia. The house itself is spectacular—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Massimo, the host, was exceptional—always attentive and incredibly kind, making sure every detail was taken care of. His hospitality made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of southern Italy in a gorgeous home with a wonderful host.

a great house in the heart of the city of Matino with lots of sweet narrow streets. Gianfranco gave us a great introduction to the house and found us a great free parking space because you can only park at the door with a very small car. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped, so you can cook great with the great vegetables, which you can buy on foot at the vegetable stand. the roof terrace invites you to enjoy dinner at sunset in the evening or to lie down by the small pool at noon. We felt completely comfortable and were delighted with the hospitality of Gianfranco and his wife. Not only were there tips for restaurants and cafes, but he was always there to help. we would love to come back!

Really nice, spacious villa in a lovely location - rural and quiet but within 6 minutes' drive of a fantastic beach, which was uncrowded in late October. Comfy beds, and lots of indoor and outdoor space. Guido and Laura were both helpful and quick to respond to texts. They provided a second set of towels for the beach at a small extra charge, and a late check out for no charge, which was very helpful. There were a lot of mosquitoes and other biting insects in the area, but there are insect screens on bedroom windows, so you just need to put on insect repellent when outside. The pool is nice and big, although it was cold in late October - I'm sure it would be lovely earlier in the summer. Sea was easily warm enough to swim in, even in early November. We had a really enjoyable stay and would happily come back!

This place is exceptional, it is a haven of peace in the heart of nature. The apartment is very comfortable with a seating area and a separate bedroom. Portable air conditioning and multiple fans are available. The bed is comfortable. The outside is very cozy, the pool overlooking the olive trees is really very nice. It is conveniently located 15min drive to gallipoli. The host is really adorable, very available and gave us several recommendations. I highly recommend this listing and we'll be back!

What can I say, impeccable home in everything, super clean, very accurate host and always available. In addition, going back from the sea and relaxing in the pool while the children play and have fun is priceless… .Stupendooo. We'll definitely be back…

Based on the pictures and the price, we already had high expectations. These expectations have been completely exceeded. It was really unprecedented, if you go to southern Italy, this is a MUST GO. So welcoming, such a nice tenuta, delicious breakfast every morning and attention was paid to everything, they really take an extra step to make you feel completely welcome and at home. We have been there our first 10 days of vacation to discover the south of Puglia. It is perfectly located for that, we have explored all the nice places in the area all less than an hour away. The only thing I regret is that we have booked this accommodation to start the holiday with, I am now writing this review from our second accommodation and it really falls into nothing compared to Tenuta San Trifone. I sincerely don't think you're going to find a better place to stay in the south of Puglia. Emanuele, Laura and the rest of the family, super thank you, it was great!

We had a great holiday in beautiful surroundings. We especially enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the lovely pool area. The apartments had everything we needed. Furthermore, the best location close to the best beaches in Salento! Easy check-in and communication with the hosts and Silvia and the whole family have been very welcoming and helpful. A true dream vacation 🫶

Luca and his family were wonderful hosts, pampered us, and helped with everything we needed,but discreetly and always respecting our privacy. The house is large, very well-stocked and matches the description. The exterior is also well kept. The pool was a service that we really appreciated. The house is in a convenient area to reach both the east and west coast. Recommended!

Fantastic. The apartment is clean and modern and host Stefania is very friendly and helpful. She is willing to answer all your questions and give extra information about the city. For us as users of the public transport the location is perfect. The train station is a fifteen minute walk. Within ten minutes you are in center of Lecce where you can view the beautiful city and enjoy all the delicious food that the region has to offer. The apartment itself is large with a separate bedroom and spacious areas to eat and sit comfortably. There is a small kitchen and a corner with a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. We were very curious about the private pool but it exceeded all our expectations! It's nice to cool off on hot day but it is even big enough for swimming a few small laps. The terrace is spacious, really private and has morning sun. The region has a lot to offer and we certainly didn't get bored in a week. So there is a good chance that we will return to this apartment!

We had a very good time in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is located in a very quiet village. A road through olive groves takes you to beautiful cliffs and bays within an 8 minute drive. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. There are three bedrooms and each room has its own bathroom. There is a local bakery nearby as well as bars, restaurants and a supermarket. I would definitely stay in the apartment again!

We had wonderful vacations! The house is quiet and close to the most beautiful places to visit! The pool is huge and very clean. Our family had plenty of space in the garden to relax. The owners were available throughout the stay and recommended superb places to us. We cant wait to come Back 😁

This villa is absolutely beautiful, as it offers exquisite interiors and high vaulted ceilings that make you feel as if you are staying in a palace. The rooms were great and provided our group (7 adults and two children) enough space and privacy, yet allowed for lovely communal areas where we could come together. The house was very clean and the garden was beautiful. Giugganello is a very small town, but is a good location to explore the wider region from. We had a few issues with the booking company who was supporting in the check-in and the hosting - and they, Happy Rentals, were very unimpressive and unresponsive, however Massimo the owner, who lives next door, was extremely helpful with any issues that we had and responded quickly and effectively to ensure everything was sorted. He also gave us some good tips with regards to the surrounding areas and things to do and see. We had a wonderful family holiday here and would love to go back!

We stayed in the beautiful stone house of Elisa for 4 weeks in January and felt super comfortable. It has a very special atmosphere, bright, very comfortable despite the height and the stone materials. Elisa has decorated it wonderfully, pleasant colors, great high quality materials. It was very clean and Elisa was always quickly accessible, super friendly and extraordinarily helpful with all concerns! You need a car to arrive - but you can also walk to Alessano (max. 15 min). Here you will find everything you need, bakeries, butchers, vegetable,fish shop, small supermarkets, cafes, a very good enotheca. A nice little, lively town. By car, you can quickly reach the surrounding pretty villages, especially quickly by the sea (10-15 min). We found the often mentioned environment at the 'quarry' very interesting - and not disturbing at all. It was extremely quiet! We miss being there. THANK YOU, Elisa for everything.
