Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Marina di Fuscaldo

It was very pleasant to stay in this beautiful property, in a charming place at the foot of Parco del Pollino and a few kilometers from the sea. Thanks to Antonella for letting us know something of a fascinating culture like Arbëreshë. We really enjoyed breakfast at a large common table, chatting with her and other guests, her kindness and availability.

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

Our stay went very well despite us missing our flight the first night and me losing my luggage for the night. Gabriella was kind by lending me a few outfits until my luggage arrived. We had lunch ready for us as well. Half way through our stay, it was cleaned for us. Gabriella helped arrange for transportation to and from airport as well as a local tour guide. Everyone was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The few times we had questions, they were answered and managed promptly. Thank you again for everything you did for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very attentive responds quickly and very responsive! The house was quiet, quiet, very clean, smelly and had everything we needed … super recommend, very spacious too!

Warm welcome. Nice place with friendly people. Good base for all kinds of activities (sea and beach, hills with wonderful cycling roads, the mighty beautiful town of Corigliano, Parco della Sila, etc.). Grapefruits, orange and lemons as much as we wanted. Nice and fast communication. Nice lounge chairs on a lawn with a beautiful view. We had a great time.

Staying here was lovely...with a boutique feel...and at night the pretty lighting around the pool and restaurant area was quite magical Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming The cottages were a very good balance of private and being part of this small complex Grounds were well maintained Great facilities...pool, seating around it, parking outside and well equipped gym Great to have a washing machine too Restaurant for dinner was high end quality with locally sourced, very tasty and beautifully made meals Breakfast was also lovely Great to be able to balance self catering (great supermarket nearby) with eating on site Getting to places we wanted to visit was generally an hour or so's drive away, but that was fine All in all I would recommend staying here, and would be very happy to cone to stay again. Staying at Elio's. was perfect. Location is excellent. We were met in person at check-in and directions, instructions etc were great. Host was very responsive. would definitely recommend this place. Will be back. Thank you 😊

We were Fabrizio's guests and actually more than guests we really felt at home! The house is really well cared for in every detail and everything is in its own place, as well as every respectful grandmother wanted. She made us find wood to warm us up and everything we needed to spend 3 carefree days. The view from the kitchen, and also during New Year's Eve, was something magical and indescribable. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Carmine is an awesome host, super helpful, great communication, very responsive. Great location, updated & spotless place. We’ll definitely continue to stay when we are back. Highly recommended. Thanks again!
