We spent a weekend with perfect friends, the house complies with everything it describes, we also had a perfect time and we enjoyed even the pool! It is perfect, spacious and above all with a natural environment perfect to disconnect. Our very kind host and very thoughtful.

Lucia was a wonderful host, and very accommodating to our production team. We did some filming in the space and it was perfect for what we needed.

Eva is wonderful and helped us to get there easily and to prepare our plans for the weekend, she is always pending. We loved the house, it is a private chalet next to the Sea with a beautiful garden and a small heated pool. It's an authentic luxury to be able to bathe in December at such a nice temperature. The development had a bigger pool that we didn't use but seemed perfect for swimming. The house had everything we could need and having three floors gave us a lot of independence. Everything was very clean, the rooms, the two kitchens, and the two living rooms. The area is super quiet and although you need a car, it is perfect to disconnect which is what we were looking for. Being the last urbanization in the area has the countryside just a stone's throw away. We will forever remember the walk we took in the countryside, on the edge of the Sea and what the stars looked like at night. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our short stay in this cozy country home. Loved the yard, terrace and beautiful landscaping. The beach is right across the street. Great place if you like nature and quiet.

We had a wonderful week in a cozy house with a large walled garden with flowering plants and a lovely swimming pool. Excellent base for Alicante center, beaches and surrounding towns. Martina is a wonderful hostess ! If you are looking for a very good restaurant in the area: go to Zinc in Mutxamel.

The Los Pintos villa was perfect for our needs, a family of 9 spending some relaxing days together. There a 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 toilets, and large lounge and also good space outdoors for eating and relaxing. The beach is only 5 minutes walk away, and there is a supermarket and a number of good restaurants and cafes in the area. Very helpful host who helped us immediately to get the hot water working, and was flexible with check out time.

We were a group of 12 and stayed for 2 nights. We had such a good time! We got greeted by one of the hosts when we arrived. We got a room-tour and any questions we had were answered immediately. Very good Service. The villa is new, modern and stylish: It has a beautiful interior and exterior with so many rooms to explore! The pool was the cherry on top. It's the perfect place for a big group like we were. The neighborhood is very calm and peaceful. Everything we needed was close by. For going out in the evening we took Ubers and sometimes the bus into Alicante, it only takes 20 minutes. I can definitely recommend this place. We loved it!

We had a pleasant stay at Maria's house. It's big enough for 12 people with spaces for each . The landscape and the outdoor kitchen are a real plus. However, we regret the lack of black-out shutters in the upper bedroom as well as air conditioning in the ground floor rooms. Maria is a pleasant and very responsive host.

What a bigger and more beautiful home! Everything is perfect for a large group: many rooms, several bathrooms, large garden and pool! We loved it! The house is very nicely located, 10min by car/taxi from downtown Denia. Ana is very nice, flexible and very quick to respond to messages. Thank you for everything!

Great place and friendly host

Fantastic house with great layout and super voew of the ocean. Great host that made us feel very welcome. Altea and surounding area is a wonderful place to visit with lots of things to see and do.

Wow! How we enjoyed this stay ! We were with our two children aged 3 and 6. Great location, nice house with all the comforts. Lots of space, nice terraces, nice place , clean and we really felt at home! Thank you Sergio for a pleasant stay. We'd love to come back!

This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

Here, the overall package has far exceeded our expectations. Johan is a fantastic host. He is always available for help and advice if you have any questions. His sympathetic manner and helpfulness are absolutely exemplary. The house is a real feel-good oasis! Everything is very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Not only the pool is a highlight, but also the many different retreat areas where you can relax. The kilometer-long, very beautiful beach is only a few minutes from the house. Here we took extensive walks. Conclusion: A house where we have been raving. We don't know anything to improve!

Andres and Manuela are really great hosts. The house was all we expected- a cosy place by the sea at a calm and beautiful Spanish Mediterranean cost at its best - off season. We had our own car which I would recommend to have since the place is a couple of km away from the center of the town. However that’s was also the idea of our vacation. The house is very clean with all possible amenities at your disposal. There are 4 different places to sit and sip a glass of cava in the yard. The very own direct access to the beach and the view of the sea are priceless. We did not have a chance to meet Andres since he was busy but we met his sister Manuela who was very kind and helpful. We stayed for two weeks and felt ourselves at home and already longing back. We will definitely try come back next year. Thank you Andres and Manuela!

Very nice and beautiful house !

My family and I have spent some great days in Salvador's house, we have not lacked anything and above all we have enjoyed the proximity to the spectacular beach of Oliva and the garden that has a large table, a large and very well located umbrella, even a barbecue. It has been a correct and we will be sure to repeat

We recently had the pleasure of spending a whole month at Feliciano’s. The house is spacious, airy with lots of natural light. But what really makes it marvellous (and the photos don’t do it justice) is the ocean view. The house is well equipped with amenities such as a washer/dryer, dishwasher etc and all utensils for cooking. And as we were travelling with our nine month old baby, Feliciano kindly provided a cot and high chair and also a tub at our request. The shared pool was cold (no surprise since it was October), but it was great to cool off as most days we enjoyed temperatures of 25/26 degrees. We also had the pleasure of meeting Ioana who stopped by to give the house a quick clean during our long stay - lovely and proficient. The location was great to explore local towns and beaches nearby. There is a supermarket within walking distance but you will need a car to get around! Feliciano was easy to contact and quick to help. We had a lovely time.
