My adult siblings and I are originally from the area, and needed to visit a local loved one at a challenging time. Maggie’s home was just perfect: beautiful, spacious, gracious and easy to access — and so peaceful and quiet, perfect for our needs. A real sanctuary. We stocked up on groceries from local luxurious organic market the Good Earth and cooked and ate all of our meals in the peaceful, beautiful, calm environment. (Kitchen had good pots and pans, too!) Really ideal.

The Retreat in the Redwoods is one of the most exquisite Airbnb properties! We loved the luxury furniture, amazing lighting, and gorgeous surroundings. It's magical to wake up and see all the towering trees out your window. San Geronimo is a very special place, with gorgeous hikes and scenery. The Woodacre market is super close, and has great takeout. We would love to return to the Retreat, as we felt an incredible sense of calm after our stay there. Oh, and Inga is a wonderful host with great communication! She emailed a thorough guide of activities in Marin.

We had a wonderful time! There were seven of us total, and we had plenty of space in this home. The home was larger than I expected, which was really nice. Beautiful views of the ocean and we enjoyed watching the sunset every evening! We will definitely be back

What a lovely place! We really enjoyed our stay. Home is even more spacious than the pictures. Wonderful place to be for family holiday with relatives who live in Mill Valley - which is itself totally charming. Kitchen is amazing. We hit a week of lousy weather so I was especially grateful to have such a nice home base. Thank you Annie!

My stay was wonderful. The house was warm and inviting and so cozy. The kitchen had everything that anyone would need. The location was perfect. It was quiet and convenient to shopping, restaurants, hiking. This was the best Airbnb I have stayed in. And the hosts were fantastic. A great stay overall!

This was my first time to Stinson Beach and Jeff's wonderful place right on the beach exceeded all my expectations! Perfect location and just seconds away from the sand (and right at the point where dogs are allowed). Sunset views were stunning from the comfort of the space and super walkable to the quaint downtown for coffee or lunch. My dog and I had the best getaway weekend and Jeff could not have been a more gracious host.

I have stayed here many times, and I love this airbnb! It's my home away from home when I need a few nights away from responsibilities. I have a routine where I hike the Matt Davis trail in the morning/afternoon, get settled into this airbnb, walk to an early dinner at Parkside, and then go to bed early. When I wake up I go for a beach walk and take in the ocean. I never use my car when I'm staying here, which is so nice. It's all so lovely - this place is a gem!

Faustin is an excellent host providing a truly unique Redwoods experience. Immaculate vibrations. My girlfriend and I hiked from The Treehouse to Muir Woods and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. Highly recommend to anyone who wants an authentic, rustic, pure-hearted experience loaded with character and love. There is magic in the air here. Inhale the crisp air and take care of the gift around you.

We loved Amber's place! It has an amazing view of the Corte Madera Creek and Mt Tam East Peak. Watching sunrise and sunset on the outdoor balcony with the fit pit over coffee/drink is a must! Amber was super responsive both before and during the stay. When a few unexpected incidents occurred, Amber responded and addressed the matter promptly, while being out of town. We enjoyed hikes and walks right from the unit and highly recommend it!

This is the perfect sanctuary away from all the hustle and bustle, nestled against a beautiful backdrop of nature and greenery, and close enough to drive into town or take a walk to a local cafe or bakery. We were 10 minute drive to many wineries and to Sonoma Plaza so it was very convenient. Allen was responsive and made our stay easy and pleasant.

Lovely cabin right on an easy to find main road that isn’t noisy (it is Bolinas after all). The cabin was very clean, heater worked well, and has a great kitchen. We appreciated the fast internet out in cell phone dead zone that can be Bolinas. Would definitely stay again.

I can’t rave enough about this beautiful cabin! You feel very secluded, but you’re 1 mile from town! It was so clean and cozy and a perfect home base for our anniversary trip. Jeanne had great communication and wonderful recommendations for things to do locally. You had everything you needed to start your day (namely coffee!) and it was wonderful to relax at night. Can’t wait to come back

Zen retreat in the redwoods - extremely calm and healing ambience The cabin is located next to a small audible stream and surrounded by redwoods, and just a few blocks from the lovely Mill Valley downtown. Amazing contrast of urban and nature, within a few minutes of walking. The Cascade Trail, Muir Woods and all of the Mill Valley stairways are within easy access. The cabin itself is very cozy and calm. The beds are medium firm and comfortable, with soft, good quality bedding. I slept very well as it as so quiet and calm. The separate office is perfect for remote working. The cabin is filled with design and little artful objects that add to the ‘Asia meets Redwoods’ vibe. Note that except for the office, the indoor seating is very low - Asian style - whereas the deck has a western height seating area. Highly recommended - lots of character and personality!

We had a fantastic stay at the Redwood Lodge! The location can’t be beat - away from the bustle of downtown but less than a 5 minute drive to all the action. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and eating majority of dinners at home - especially with all the wildlife coming to explore the property (deer, rabbits, turkeys, quail, hummingbirds). The beds were SO comfortable - we were very well rested, and the amenities could not be beat! We reached out with a few inquiries related to the property - Phyllis replied within minutes and was very helpful and understanding. Thank you Hunt and Phyllis for a great stay - hoping to make it back to Sonoma and this property again in the future!

This was our second visit and it was just as special as the first. Gorgeous views, access to some of the Bay’s best hiking trails, and a unique and serene retreat.

Sally’s house was beautiful! It was everything we needed and more. The location was only about 35 minutes from SF and a 5 minute walk from Mill Valley. We hope to return again. Clean and cozy! Plus Sally was very attentive.
