Great for resting with the family, away from the center enough to have quiet, and close enough to have life easier on a daily basis. Practically by the sea, it dispenses the car to go to the beach. Well equipped apartment, providing comfort and amenity.

Nice apartment and very well equipped. Few blocks of the sea, close to the main avenue, with restaurants, pharmacy, market and shops. We were given suggestions of locations, tips and were very attentive, always very helpful and responding to us briefly. We stayed in 3 people and the apartment served us very well.

Gabriel's apartment is located in a very good area. Although it is an area with a lot of movement, the apartment is isolated from the noise of the street. We received it very clean, and access is very comfortable. Jana who was the person who received us was always close and available for any questions.

I stayed with a wife, young son and mother-in-law in Tarcisio's apartment. O Tarcisio always answers any doubts quickly. The apartment fulfills the promised. it is in a very good building a few meters from the beach. it is very quiet to go on foot. it is practice on the side of the sea. a positive point for those who go with a small child is that all openings have a safety net, which was an important factor for us to stay in place. The garage is a little tight to get in. We have a Tiggo 7 and had to close the side mirrors to enter/exit the garage. It's not an end of the world, but since I have airbnb, I know a lot of not very good people at the wheel will end up complaining. Another positive point is that there are several puzzles and some games for young children to be entertained. It was very helpful. I recommend this location to everyone and certainly in case we return to Capão, we will seek to stay at this location again.

Mr. Aroldo was attentive and helpful from the booking until the day of check out, always available if we needed anything. Well-structured apartment, it has practically everything, well located and in great condition. I recommend it.

We spent perfect days, really good stay, always clean pools, wonderful Jacuzzi. And the location… almost on the edge of the beach and about 10 minutes by car from the center,but as we sought more to stay on the beach ,it was no problem for us. I look forward to returning .

Marisa's place is excellent for a vacation with the family. The photos represent the place very well. Very well equiped kitchen and comfortable rooms. The outdoor space (Garden) is very useful and completes the space well. The decor is very well cared for and we feel at home. The condominium offers a beautiful pool and gym space, including extra services that are very useful and of quality. We have spent enjoyable days and Marisa is an excellent host, always available to help us in our stay.
