The building was well maintained. Staff were very courteous and friendly. The unit is nice and neat, and as it is in the picture. Ralf was accommodating and very responsive to any questions. It was a real peaceful place especially if you just want a restful staycation. Thanks Ralf and to the staff for the hospitality and courteous service.

The place was really great! 1 night is not enough. The host is very responsive as well and the caretakers were very helpful. All rooms are clean, the AC was good, the bathtub was fantastic, the architecture aesthetically beautiful and overall amazing! Will definitely recommend this place! 😉

Eunice and Kit were very responsive and helpful as host. The room was as described, the apartment itself stands out in BGC area, just opposite of Uptown Mall. The room was clean, we needed to stay on the floor and the arrangement for that was adequate, had no problem. The wifi and TV works nicely. The kitchen was clean. It was a great stay!

We stayed KC's place for 4 days and 3 nights. We really liked her place because it was clean and spacious. All the amenities mentioned were there and balcony's view is a Plus!!!! We recommend that you do your grocery ahead of time since the nearest convenience store is a bit far from the place. Overall experience was nice and worth it. And we really appreciate KC for being so responsive for all the queries. Thank you!

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! The place had absolutely everything I needed—it was thoughtfully equipped, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable (I didn’t want to get up!). The location is unbeatable—literally steps away from the MRT station, making it super easy to get around the city without any hassle. Grab and Angkas pick-ups were also a breeze since the unit is right along a main highway where rides are always available. The convenience, comfort, and overall vibe of the place made it an easy favorite. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Toshi/Maricar’s condo unit, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The space is not only clean and well-maintained but also thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. The unit is tastefully decorated, with modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials I needed for our stay. I also appreciated the strong Wi-Fi connection, which made it easy to work and stay connected during my time there. One of the highlights of the unit is its excellent location. It’s conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Maricar was also an exceptional host—very responsive.

The place is very nice. There are guards who will help you in finding your parking slot. But if you can find your way on your own, it is okay too.probably because the guides were all still busy so we tried to find our slot on our own. The hosts were very friendly and helpful & gave clear instructions. They got us the extra parking slots we needed. The unit was clean and very homey. Only the 2 rooms have air conditioners but the living room gets cool enough if you open the rooms. An electric fan is provided in the living/dining room. Consider an extension cord if you want to get more of the cool air from the rooms going to the living/dining room. Kitchen is complete with the basic things you will need. Refrigerator is just the right size. There is a nice balcony as well to see the city. Overall it is a very homey and relaxing place if you want to chill. Can also enjoy with a small group of friends. Consider bringing your own shampoos and body/wash soap :-)

We had a great stay, it was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area is very nice and it was nice taking a walk at night while greeting the many friendly cats around. We had a slight difficulty at the beginning to have the curtains in front of the AC not clog the AC vents while still covering the windows but we quickly figured out a solution. Ryan was very responsive and accommodating, despite a last minute booking he was able to get everything ready quickly. His clear instructions were helpful.

Ideal for family staycation the host is so responsive easy to check-in clear instructions nice boardgames we had a lot of fun on janga and scramble hehe 😅 Nice play smells nice atall i must say, reccommendable. Sadly we haven't had a time to swim because of the time and holiday fees too expensive also. Hihi next time probably. Thank You

The unit was very cozy, clean, homey and nice. It was very accessible to establishments and transportation as well. Walking distance from Moa and just 20-30 mins from the airport less the traffic. The employee from the establishment were also friendly and helpful. With regards to the Hosts, Jerrah and Joseph were very accomodating, Friendly, helpful and responsive from questions or inquiries. They made sure that we had a wondeful experience staying at their Unit and indeed we had. I did not experience any issues or problems. Thank you once again Jerrah, Jay and Joseph. Until next time. 😁👍 highly recommended for short and long stay, if you want a hassle-free vacation.

The place is perfect! • Sleeping: 1 Double Bed with single Pull-out plus a Sofa Bed. • Kitchen: You can cook! • Wifi: Quite fast. They have Netflix. • Toilet: Very clean! The washing machine is a bonus. • Balcony: Facing the pool area. • Pool Area: Amazing! • Location: Near the elevator. Alfamart is just around the corner on the Ground Floor. • Host: Very responsive and attentive to our needs despite the holidays (Highly appreciate this) This unit is highly recommended! Had a relaxing stay at Aurora’s place. The place was serene and really didn’t expect it to be that peaceful. Pool was nice and my team enjoyed it. It was also convenient that there were sari-sari stores nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a well-spent and relaxing weekend.
