Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Marienwerder

We had only checked in for one night to celebrate a birthday. Slightly different than expected from the photo of the house, the house is located in the village and on the left and right are more houses. Behind the house is the old farm, with chickens , rabbit goats and a pretty aviary. In the summer you can also stay in the garden and eat outside at tables with benches. For an outdoor coffee, the weather was just as good. We were welcomed so warmly that we immediately felt at home. Petra is a very nice hostess. Arrival and departure were handled very accommodating, even the day before us was blocked to allow an earlier arrival. There was even a delicious birthday cake from Petra. There were also tips for things to do. The Heiligengrabe monastery is very worthwhile. Wittstock is also worth a visit. However, we could not explore much more in the short time. It was a very nice short stay.

Unfortunately, we only stayed two nights in the Spreehaus but immediately felt comfortable. Gunar was super accommodating and pleasant, we were lucky and there was now also a sauna that we used twice. The beds were perfect and the bedding smelled pleasant, and also in the kitchen there was everything you need for cooking, there is even a blender and a stirrer. We will be happy to come back. Very cute, light-filled little house with a small garden in a cozy holiday home area. We had a lovely time there.

We had a very relaxing weekend in Anna's tiny house. Breakfast on the terrace, in the sun, overlooking the lake - Great.

The place was super clean and exactly as stated in the description. The location is top – perfect to easily reach everything. The apartment was very well equipped, there was nothing missing. The landlord was totally friendly and easily accessible at all times. Clear recommendation!

We stayed with 7 people in Tinia's place and had a wonderful weekend. The whole house is very cozy and stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need for cooking etc. The communication was very straightforward and friendly. We especially liked the huge living room, the terrace and the large garden!

We rented Gunnar's place to spend a weekend in nature. Gunnar's home is very cozy and private and the closes path through the forest is just 5 minutes away. The decoration and the furnishing is quite lovely. I can only recommend :)

I'd say this is about as good as you can get in Berlin, for price to location/amenities. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartment. The apartment is a very good size for our needs (we were a couple with a 15 month old toddler). Pictures are very accurate. Location is perfect. Close to lots of interesting things nearby (Kulturbrauerei DDR Museum, Bernauer St. Wall Memorial) and walking distance or short tram to Alexanderplatz. Also decent tram connection from Eberswalder St to Friedrichshain etc). Lidl or Rewe a few minutes walk away. Two small balconies were great - furniture and nice view down the street. Sun in the afternoon too, if you get the weather. Ben & Simon were great hosts. Easy check in and very responsive. Nice little gifts left too, which is always a nice touch. If travelling with a toddler, just be mindful of the free standing book shelf (we moved the books for our stay) and sharp knives in low kitchen drawer. Don't hesitate to book!

We have stayed at the other place Allan has and really enjoyed this one as well. The location of the apartment is great and there are so many restaurants, bakeries and cafes within a close walking distance. The elevator made it easy to get all of our luggage up to the top floor with our 2 kids, which we really appreciated! Allan and Paulina were very responsive to any questions we had. The folder with all of the check in information had some great recommendations of things to do in the area. The entire apartment is very clean, bright and open and worked great for our family. We look forward to making another trip to stay here again. Highly recommend!

We have spent two weeks in the apartment and highly reccomend it! The location of the place is excelent. Even though very close to city center, apartment is situated in very silent area. Apartment is very big, clean and very warm, I stayed there with two kids. Kitchen is very well equiped if you decide to cook there and have homemade meal.

Mirco's apartment is absolutely fantastic! My husband and I were visiting from the USA and Mirco was so friendly and helpful. He showed us his beautiful apartment and gave us recommendations of places to visit around the city. The apartment has a very nice outdoor seating area, a spacious bedroom and a beautiful kitchen area. It is on the ground floor, no stairs! It is on the outskirts of the city, so all of the convience with out all the noise and hassle. I highly recommend to any one visiting Berlin!

The furnishing and architecture were accomplished with beauty. The terrace half with sun for the morning breakfast,in the shadows for the evening wine were just right. Looking at an old wall with greenery felt like being in a forest. Richard and Johannes were responsive in every way possible and beyond. They made my stay memorable. Thank you. Helga

This was a fantastically appointed and beautifully decorated apartment in the heart of Berlin. The bed and bedroom made for super deep sleep. The location was ideal - close to sights, coffee shops, parks, fantastic restaurants. Couldn't be happier with the place and location. Simon was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended, especially for couples or solos visiting Berlin. (Kids might be able to sleep in living room.) One caveat: I'm sure noted in description. It's on the fifth floor and no elevator. I loved that part of our stay. Keeps one young and fit! Another benefit is the light you get from being at the top of the building. Beautiful!

We arrived for the Berlinale and stayed in Frank’s apartment. Everything was great — the apartment fully matched the description. It’s spacious, cozy, full of natural light. Very well designed and decorated. Transportation was great, and it was easy for us to get to the different Berlinale venues. Frank was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Andreas's apartment. Very close to two U-bahn stations make the city very accessible, there were also loads of great places to eat and nice bars nearby. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay!

From the underground car park by elevator directly to the 5th floor, there awaits an apartment in new condition, with impeccable cleanliness, top amenities and views over the rooftops of Berlin! The beds are very firm and by no means worn out (the master bed is very cozy!), the bedding and towels are of hotel quality and also seem to be washed according to hygiene standards. The freezer is separate under the fridge and offers 4 compartments. The Wi-Fi is great. The location of the apartment is great, in a good area, friendly residents and a premium Holmes Place gym and Kaufland right outside the door. The host is super accessible! Will come again any time!
