very clean apartment and ideally located in relation to the city center.

the location is really great and a few meters from the heart of the old port.... the parking space in the garage is a REAL plus... you park then you no longer touch your car. The apartment is well arranged and spacious. a large super nice balcony. communication is perfect with Alizé. very very available . Arriving in advance of our schedule, she arranged to free up the apartment for us as soon as possible...

We were very well hosted and had a lovely stay. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy La Rochelle on foot with our two young children. Very nice experience! will be repeated!

We really enjoyed this luxurious apartment, both for its tasteful decoration and its space. It is true that it is under the roofs and that we had to bend down often because we are very tall but the beauty of the apartment was worth it. We really enjoyed the quality of the bedding and the cleanliness. The host is accessible and very friendly.

If you want to be in La Flotte, you won't find a better location! It's a studio with a bed on the mezzanine but it is much bigger than it looks in the photos. Great value for money - I would stay there again.

We couldn't have asked for better for our stay in La Rochelle with friends. Located in the center, everything is in walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Guillaume was very accommodating and friendly. We recommend 200%.

Very quiet place and very good place for spa guests...it is missing some kitchen utensils ( small knife, salad dryer, oyster knife...) to make it perfect! We'll be happy to go back!

I had a great stay at Frédéric's place. The accommodation was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. Communication was smooth, and Frédéric was very responsive and helpful. Just keep in mind that you need to bring your own towels, bedsheets, and covers. Other than that, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent stay: bike rides in the marshes, oyster tasting on the island of Oleron, discovery of Royan, stay in La Rochelle. The accommodation is very well placed to discover the surrounding area. Very friendly accommodation, clean,well-equipped, quiet area. City center and all shops very close on foot.

The house is totally up to the description. The layout and interior services have been neat, the kitchen is very well provided for real kitchen, qualitative bedding and the clean spa/sport area! Nothing to say. The environment well oriented for the sun, not overlooked, is peaceful. To get around the car is required. Marion was always available and responsive to our requests. You can book without a second thought 👍

A perfect nest, extremely chic, neat and simply beautiful. A very high quality proposal. In low season, calm is royal, parking right in front of the apartment is free and the port very quiet and very nice. The sauna adds a voluptuous touch of luxury. That was perfect!!!

Great spacious apartment with balcony, and sea view, in the center and that remains quiet and peaceful. 🌊 Private parking in the residence with free location. Accessible on foot or by car, no difficulty parking. Self check-in with lockbox 🔑 and Sandrine is accommodating during check-in and check-out times. Plus, she's very responsive before and after.
