Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

We had a great vacation in Giampaolo's house! He helped us to get a tent in the bagno across the street and was very helpful and always responded promptly. Great location with small shops close by.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Tommaso is a lovely and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He has made every effort to make sure that guests are well in his house. He changed us the gas bottles for the hot water and set the heating on request and asked us several times about our well-being. We liked the cottage very much, a great location directly on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is conveniently furnished in the country house style, the kitchen is small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We are happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your suggestion. Loved our stay at Casa Giulia. A beautiful, character filled home in a perfect location in the heart of Monterosso’s old town. Restaurants and pasticceria right outside. Giovanni was a wonderful host, and provided a lovely welcome gift on our arrival. Slippers, toothbrushes, hand creams, coffee pods, there were so many wonderful touches. Giovanni was so kind and offered us extra checkout time if we needed. We would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend.

We felt right at home! Such a lovely Airbnb. It was clean, cozy and well decorated. the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and Enrica was so helpful and accommodating. Also it was great having the bakery and the store right below us and the bus stop was just a short walk! 10/10

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Our stay was fantastic with Massimo and Angela. They could do enough to make us feel welcome. The apartment was beyond our expectations. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. We have rented all around the world with work. I can honestly say this a hem of a place to stay. Highly recommended.

The property and location are great for families. We felt very comfortable. Although we do not play tennis, our children loved the tennis court and the facility is very nicely laid out and maintained. All residents and also staff were very friendly. It was stressful for us to climb the private road with the slightly larger car and we always had concerns that someone could accommodate us, on the other hand the view of the sea and the sunset was unique. Everything is superbly organized and explained and there are clear rules for waste separation. The necessary utensils for kitchen and co. are also provided.

Quiet accommodation, very nice environment. Vehicle required to get around, but proximity to the beach and shops doesn't bother (5min) Ideally located to go to Cap Corse or in the south towards Porto Vecchio. Attentive and welcoming hosts. Great tips for places to visit. Very responsive for any concerns. We would recommend it.

Cozy, well heated, clean two-floor house. Large living room and kitchen for eight people. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Large table where we could have four guests for dinner one night. We were sorry we didn't meet Maria but everything worked perfectly. A home to recommend to everyone for location and price.

We felt extremely comfortable with Italo and Simona. We were welcomed by Italo on the first day with homemade pizza, which we greatly appreciated - especially after the long trip with child this was very pleasant. He also had already provided us with his own olive oil and wine from the winery. In addition, he and Simona kept bringing eggs during the whole stay and there were even gifts for our 3-year-old daughter at Easter. The two are really very accommodating, nice and very lovely - we enjoyed the time with them incredibly. They were also always available if we had any questions or anything else. Our daughter was still allowed to borrow some stuffed animals and she had a huge joy in the cats and horses who lived in the vineyards and roamed the garden from time to time. The house was very nice, super clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had a huge stove and was very well equipped. We'd love to come back!

My parents are delighted with their stay at this property. Close to the sea, bakery, supermarket. the accommodation has the necessary amenities and is very clean. And finally, thank you to Tamara and Valentin for their flexibility for check-in and check-out.

Very enjoyable stay in this well organised property. Excellent beach so close.

Great location and views. We were 4 adults and had plenty of space. Great communication with the host. Lovely beach but not suitable for small children as there is very deep water. Great hikes nearby, where there's not the same congestion as in the Qinque Terre cities.
