Beach house holiday rentals in Maremmana

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Tommaso is a lovely and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He has made every effort to make sure that guests are well in his house. He changed us the gas bottles for the hot water and set the heating on request and asked us several times about our well-being. We liked the cottage very much, a great location directly on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is conveniently furnished in the country house style, the kitchen is small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We are happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your suggestion. Our stay was fantastic with Massimo and Angela. They could do enough to make us feel welcome. The apartment was beyond our expectations. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. We have rented all around the world with work. I can honestly say this a hem of a place to stay. Highly recommended.

The property and location are great for families. We felt very comfortable. Although we do not play tennis, our children loved the tennis court and the facility is very nicely laid out and maintained. All residents and also staff were very friendly. It was stressful for us to climb the private road with the slightly larger car and we always had concerns that someone could accommodate us, on the other hand the view of the sea and the sunset was unique. Everything is superbly organized and explained and there are clear rules for waste separation. The necessary utensils for kitchen and co. are also provided.

We stayed 6 nights at Matteo. It was a great apartment for the two of us, with a very nice terrace. During the day we were on the beach or on the road in the area and in the late afternoon was relaxing,by the beautiful pool,trendy. In which you could also swim your laps. Again, thank you for having us as guests at Matteo.

We had a wonderful and relaxed stay at Anthonys Apartment and can recommend the apartment. Everything was as described and easy to find. The apartment was very clean and everything was there that was needed. Anthony and his father are very friendly and reliable hosts. Thank you very much.

Quiet accommodation, very nice environment. Vehicle required to get around, but proximity to the beach and shops doesn't bother (5min) Ideally located to go to Cap Corse or in the south towards Porto Vecchio. Attentive and welcoming hosts. Great tips for places to visit. Very responsive for any concerns. We would recommend it.

We felt extremely comfortable with Italo and Simona. We were welcomed by Italo on the first day with homemade pizza, which we greatly appreciated - especially after the long trip with child this was very pleasant. He also had already provided us with his own olive oil and wine from the winery. In addition, he and Simona kept bringing eggs during the whole stay and there were even gifts for our 3-year-old daughter at Easter. The two are really very accommodating, nice and very lovely - we enjoyed the time with them incredibly. They were also always available if we had any questions or anything else. Our daughter was still allowed to borrow some stuffed animals and she had a huge joy in the cats and horses who lived in the vineyards and roamed the garden from time to time. The house was very nice, super clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had a huge stove and was very well equipped. We'd love to come back!

Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather. The first days it rained, in one day we could not leave the house because of the storm and the gusts. All the more important was the interior of the house for us, as we could hardly use the beautiful garden with olive and lemon trees and the barbecue area because of the rain. The house is nice, well equipped and was what we were looking for. The only small detail are a few power cables that reduce the beautiful view of the bay a little. Otherwise, it was very nice, Agnes is a warm and extremely helpful and always available hostess, the olive oil the family produces is also very nice. Our dog also felt comfortable. By car or bus you can reach Portovenere in a few minutes or La Grazie, where we ate well. Accurate restaurant recommendations can be found in the descriptions of Agnes.

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

Cozy and warm stay! In this region, most accommodations in the winter season are cold, damp, and lack heating. But this place was so cozy! It was so warm that we even had to open the windows. We didn’t freeze, and everything else was great too. A very lovely house!

Giovanni's place was clean in order and easy to find. He was always available and especially regarding a problem with the car, he gave me a great help. The accommodation is very quiet inside a house, quiet and sheltered. I highly recommend it and will keep it in mind for an upcoming stay

Samantha’s home is the perfect place to escape life and to completely unwind. The house is comfortable, equipped with everything you need and the view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We were lucky enough to spend some time with Samantha, her husband and their adorable dog during our stay. They are a wonderful family and the most gracious hosts.
