All very perfect! New, beautiful house, equipped with everything. The exit from the house to the beach is about 100 meters. The beach is great for those who want to do dives and see fish. Township has a lot of rocks where fish like to stay. Vim with my family and everyone loved it.

Sr Igberto is a great host. Respond quickly. You welcomed us very well, made available and provided all the necessary information for our stay. We were in 03 people, my daughter, my husband and myself. The apartment is clean and organized, new painting, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has cleaning supplies. It is possible to wash clothes (has machine and floor poles). Mr. Igberto provided us with thermal box and beach chairs. The condominium is on a simple street, but it is very safe and quiet. It has a pool area. It is very close to the French beach, it has markets, stations, pharmacies and restaurants within a 500m radius. And it is quite easy to leave for Maceió. It was well worth the experience. I would stay there again for sure.

It was a great stay The apartment met our needs well, with all the utensils we need. The decor is a touch apart, bringing the praiano atmosphere to the apt. Rafael was very attentive, proactive and helpful. We will come back again and again.

It is a perfect place for those looking for tranquility and at the same time being close to everything. You'll find bakery, market, cake factory, restaurants, laundry and La rue street, the most touristy street in the place. And especially the beach, which is very close to the house and can go on foot. It is a house that served 10 people well. We had a great time at the pool, having a barbecue and resting in the hammock. The house has a good space for kids to play. About Vanderlei and Alexandra, I only have to thank for the attention from the beginning to the end of our stay. They were always available at any time of the day. There were some small details in the house, but the host responded quickly. The house is new, furniture tbm. The environments are wide and everyone is comfortable. The location of the house on Google Street View looks not good, but in person it is very beautiful and easy to go to Maceió and other locations. Only the water fountain, which does not freeze the water, and the back room, which, given the heat and lack of cross ventilation, cannot be used.

The hostess Maria do Amparo showed herself from the first contact very kind, flexible, polite and caring. He arranged for our stay to be as comfortable as possible by providing an extra mattress, beach towels and extra bedding to suit the whole family.
