Family-friendly holiday rentals in Mardeuil

My extended family and I spent Christmas at Fabienne's house. We had a blast. The house is wonderful, and full of little personal touches. The pool was a big hit with the kids and feeding the rabbits made our mornings. Lots of space with enough room for everyone. The local town whilst small has everything needed for day to day. The location is quiet, but central to lots of local interests (Epernay, Reims, Paris, Disney, Fountainbleau etc).

Jean-Michel had such detailed and carefully prepared instructions in every corner of the house that I had to ask him if he was a former soldier 😀 You can only see such well-prepared instructions in a military barracks. Jean-Michel is a very friendly, polite and professional host. Thank you very much.

Jean Eric and Chantal welcomed us with open arms. We felt completely at home. They even taught us how to open a champagne bottle with a saber. The cottage is clean, comfortable and cozy. We wanted to stay much longer. If we go back to the Champagne region again, this is our address.

A small temporary heaven on earth. Delphine was a responsive and a generous host. We had the most relaxing stay right in the heart of the champagne region. Thank you Delphine. Until next time.

An exceptional place for my spouse's surprise birthday, Stefanie and her husband listened to us as soon as we arrived and responded favorably to our additional needs. The photos are in line with reality. Based on previous reviews, the kitchen doesn't have to be bigger, we're never having to cook a lot! Places and spaces of life are more than enough to get together.

The place is beautiful and just what we needed at the end of a long trip. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal. The location made it walkable to nearly anywhere in the village. Host was very responsive to questions. There was plenty of space for 6 adults to be comfortably. The only downside was the one toilet. We might have overlooked that in the listing but thought it would contain two toilets since it has two showers. The listing said 'Hot Tub' but there is not a hot tub on site; however, this seemed like a translation issue from French to English. Would defiantly stay again in i was in the area.

We had a great time with friends. Laurence and her family were welcoming and available to ensure a quality stay. The place lends itself perfectly to the quiet little retreat we were looking for. I recommend it, you can go without a second thought. Special mention for the homemade pizzas offered by her son. We loved it.

Place was central to the cathedral and the city center!

Emilie's cottage was perfect for our reunions with friends. The 4 bathrooms are much appreciated when we are 13! The cottage has all the necessary utensils (and in quantity!), as no one lives there, you have to come with its consumables (towels, toilet paper, oil etc.) but it is perfectly manageable especially with this price! Emilie was also very flexible on our arrival time (self-contained with key box) but especially on our departure which could be postponed until 3pm, thank you again!! We apologize for the dishwasher, we ran it before leaving so it couldn't be put away:( I would 100% recommend!

We love staying in Frederique’s barn. This is our third visit as we travel back from skiing. Thanks for hosting us again.

Listing as described and very nice! Perfect location to tour the Champagne wineries! Special mention for the very nice wood fire fireplace for these cool late fall evenings! Good value for money.

I’ve had a wonderful stay together with my dog. It’s a lovely gite with a nice view on the countryside. Shops, activities, etc. are about a 5-15 minute drive. The gite has everything you need to have a comfortable stay.

Had a great visit. Kirsten welcomed me very well, attentive to any needs, available throughout the stay. It is a great place to hike, winery tours, enjoy the calm. Would definitely stay.

We had a great time at Sandrine and her husband's cottage. We were very well hosted. The accommodation is very warm, tastefully decorated. My daughter was delighted to be able to enjoy the game room. Having a bathroom in each bedroom is a real plus and the bedding is very comfortable. the pool is very nice and clean , we enjoyed the organization offered by the hosts to share it fairly between the two cottages. We'll be happy to come back and enjoy all these positive things again!

Nice house, close to Paris, perfect for meeting as a group (there were 9 of us). The seating area with the fireplace is perfect for relaxing. Neighbors' chickens at our window every morning to delight children. Christelle is very friendly, available and accommodating. Thanks so much!

Beautiful, characterful house with a nice outdoor area with swimming pool. Near Reims and Epernay for good restaurants and champagne tastings. Very nice hostess!

Thank you so much to Françoise and Olivier! We loved our stay at their beautiful home. The apartment was so nicely decorated and curated and we felt right at home. The pool and its surrounds that we had to ourselves for our stay were absolutely stunning, and Olivier was so kind to set up the barbecue for us to use as well. Athis was a beautiful town too and simply the perfect place to explore the Champagne region. There are also some excellent roads for cycling in the area if that is of interest. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying with Françoise and Olivier and we hope to be able to return in the future!

Everything was really nice. The location, the host that was very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and the kids enjoyed the outsidepool.

We had a great weekend, close to Provins and in this beautiful very nice house for 10 people. The weather didn't allow us to fully enjoy the outdoors but Ivana was a very responsive and accommodating host

We celebrated New Year with the whole family of 13, 8 adults and 5 children from 9 to 13. We probably broke the rule "no loud late party" on New Year's Eve. The kids loved the "attic" bedroom with ensuite toilets and bathroom. The space is great, the kitchen is more than full of everything that might be needed: plates, bowls, glasses, pans, utensils, ... you name it and there it is, in more than sufficient numbers. Bedrooms were very nice, beds themselves very comfortable with top linens. Bathrooms all nicely fitted and nice to use. No issue with heating, warm water, ... The house is extremely well noise insulated, not only from outside noise, but also from noises of other rooms within the house. It appears the owners have done most of the work themselves, which is an impressive feat. The road in front of the house is full of parking space, with sparse traffic. Most certainly a great pick at other times of the year with "better" weather, especially with usage of the swimming pool.

Joseph was responsive in the discussions. The home was clean and tidy upon arrival. Peaceful and bucolic setting. We had a lovely stay.
