Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Marco de Canaveses

All I can is wow. This was the most beautiful AirBNB I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The scenery, the interior design, were all beyond expectation. Penha Longa will hold a special place in my heart. What a perfect way to end my honeymoon in Portugal. Obrigado!

My husband and I had an absolutely lovely stay at Casa da Torre. This family-run Quinta is nothing short of stunning, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. We stayed during New Year’s Eve, and it was an unforgettable experience. The highlight was the breathtaking fireworks display over the river, which we enjoyed directly from the house. The house itself is quaint with spectacular river views and hosts a cozy fireplace that made our evenings warm and special. The family thoughtfully provided firewood, adding an extra touch of care that we greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Casa da Torre to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. It’s a perfect blend of charm, comfort, and hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

The place is lovely, with all the comforts of modern life, but with the moth of an old conserved farmhouse. The attention to detail is immense - the decoration, the comfort of the bed, the wonderful and complete breakfast. Although the dining and pool spaces are common I never felt it was a problem - there was always space and the spirit of the guests was to “not disturb and not be disturbed”. Hosts are extremely friendly, prompt, and kind. You couldn't have made a better choice, you just want to come back soon.

Well designed house, spacious and very cosy. Leonardo left us firewood to ignite the fireplace in the living room and, along with the central heating, the house was left with the perfect atmosphere for cold winter days among friends.

Lovely house well furbished with all your needs. Relaxing neighborhood bit tricky to get to but once your there is beautiful views and worth the drive.

Great stay in Penedo village. Very welcoming host who is very welcoming and attentive to guests. Beautiful house. Beautiful location surrounded by calm mountains. excellent service (daily pool cleaning, shearing and lawn watering...)

I had a wonderful stay at Susana’s place! It was easy to find, and Susana was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our questions. The location is perfect, offering a peaceful setting with stunning mountain views. Plus, there are plenty of grocery stores within a quick 10-15 minute drive.

For those who love being in contact with nature or just looking for spent some quiet time, Quinta do Castro is awesome place. Rolando and Dulce couldn’t be better hosts and on top of that, they also make you feel welcome on the neighborhood. Even the pets are friendly, while I was doing some hamradio activities there was a cat that wouldn’t stop rubbing on min 😄. There are couple options of staying, I opted by a small cabin during winter time. The early morning warmth and smell of roasted coffee coming from f a salamander stove. Don’t let the coffee feel lonely, make sure Marcelo’s muffins go with it. Love it!

We are very very thankful to Helena and Luis. They are very sweet, helpful and amazingly kind. We felt right at home in this absolute stunning place. It is a bit difficult to find, but Helena was a great help. We LOVED it and enjoyed it to the max! We will be back for sure!

Miguel's place is a small paradise, the area is beautiful and the accommodation is fully equipped, Miguel is a 10 host, I was careful that everything was perfect, very friendly and close. We had an amazing few days, thank you very much Miguel for everything

It was a fantastic weekend. Mr. Paulo is an exceptional person. The Flag farm is spectacular.
