Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Marco de Canaveses

The house is fantastic, with plenty of space inside, as well as outside. Spectacular pool, my daughters loved it. Orchard with a variety of fruit trees, from which we can harvest and enjoy. Myself and my partner booked four nights at Cesar and Paula's beautiful vacation rental and loved it. Everything was perfect and our hosts were a joy to meet. They are the most lovely, friendly and helpful hosts you could hope to encounter. Apart from helpful suggestions, Cesar went out of his way to assist us with tasks we were planning. They both personally showed us around the property and even gifted us a bottle of his rose wine. We stayed in Casa 1 (but also saw the other rental options) and can say that the attention to detail, the interior design, which works really well with the restored stone buildings, is outstanding. Another fantastic feature is the gorgeous pool overlooking views of the Douro. We know we'll be back here soon!

Well designed house, spacious and very cosy. Leonardo left us firewood to ignite the fireplace in the living room and, along with the central heating, the house was left with the perfect atmosphere for cold winter days among friends.

Lovely house well furbished with all your needs. Relaxing neighborhood bit tricky to get to but once your there is beautiful views and worth the drive.

Great stay in Penedo village. Very welcoming host who is very welcoming and attentive to guests. Beautiful house. Beautiful location surrounded by calm mountains. excellent service (daily pool cleaning, shearing and lawn watering...)

I had a wonderful stay at Susana’s place! It was easy to find, and Susana was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our questions. The location is perfect, offering a peaceful setting with stunning mountain views. Plus, there are plenty of grocery stores within a quick 10-15 minute drive.

Everything was wonderful, they were all extremely friendly and attentive. Amazing views with lots of activities to spend a good weekend

My partner and I spent a few days at Dulce's. The entire property was beautiful, and our little cabin felt very peaceful and private. We enjoyed exploring the property and spending time with their various animals, particularly one of their sweet cats. We were disappointed when our stay was over.

We are very very thankful to Helena and Luis. They are very sweet, helpful and amazingly kind. We felt right at home in this absolute stunning place. It is a bit difficult to find, but Helena was a great help. We LOVED it and enjoyed it to the max! We will be back for sure!

Miguel's accommodation is a little paradise, the area is beautiful and the accommodation is fully equipped, Miguel is a 10-star host, he was attentive to everything being perfect, very friendly and approachable. We had an amazing time, thank you Miguel for everything

We ended up staying in a different house for 6 people but in the same place. The view was amazing as promised and the house was really well equiped and super comfortable! Out host, Paulo, was always lovely and really quick answering any questions or providing things we might need in the house - I recommend it! I'd only say you should keep in mind that Paulo lives just below the house and has two dogs who sometimes walk around the property.
