Holiday rentals with lake access in Marche

This was our second stay at this wonderful apartment, and it was just as fantastic as the first! Roy and Cinzia were incredibly responsive and attentive throughout. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and perfectly suited for any season: cool and refreshing in summer, warm and cozy in winter. The location is excellent for exploring the area, with plenty of gourmet restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed Silvia‘s paradise on the hills of Umbria. The surroundings are amazing and our apartment was rustic and simply wonderful. Our kids absolutely loved playing outside with Silvia‘s family‘ pets. The pool area is beautiful as well and we would have loved to use it more had the weather been better. We took a pasta class with Alberto and all four of us enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and are eager to apply our newly found knowledge about making delicious pasta. Finally, we appreciated the tips about the area and were especially impressed by medieval Gubbio! We definitely want to come back and hopefully, will bring our extended family with us next time.

A real slice of heaven. The house is new, just finished, very clean, furnished with so much love and taste in detail. Nothing is missing and you immediately feel at home. The exterior is equipped to live outdoors and enjoy the magic of the lake. Check-in is a warm welcome from mom Livia, while Uma is a host who pampers you and welcomes you into her world of peace and relaxation. We stayed with our cat who had no problem settling in. Highly recommended to experience moments of total tranquility, surrounded by nature, in the heart of Umbria and close to the most famous medieval villages.

Nilvana personally welcomed us on the day of arrival and showed us everything in the house. The house is simply adorable. Old charm with everything that comes with a relaxing stay. We didn't have to bring anything, all the little things were in the house what you needed. House is a little remote, in the immediate vicinity are all facilities,such as restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Nilvana and Laura also showed us their factory and warmly welcomed us. This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay in the area for a few days. It is located sort of on top of a mountain so it takes about 10 minutes or so to get down to the actual town. It is extremely beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom, kitchen, living room, beautiful balcony area. The view of the lake was tremendous everything was clean and I was very happy to stay here. there was a spot to park my car and it felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again thank you!

The location is so peaceful and beautiful. It was easy to sit outside and enjoy the views, the smells of the flowers and the singing of the birds.
