Holiday rentals with lake access in Marche

This was our second stay at this wonderful apartment, and it was just as fantastic as the first! Roy and Cinzia were incredibly responsive and attentive throughout. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and perfectly suited for any season: cool and refreshing in summer, warm and cozy in winter. The location is excellent for exploring the area, with plenty of gourmet restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed Silvia‘s paradise on the hills of Umbria. The surroundings are amazing and our apartment was rustic and simply wonderful. Our kids absolutely loved playing outside with Silvia‘s family‘ pets. The pool area is beautiful as well and we would have loved to use it more had the weather been better. We took a pasta class with Alberto and all four of us enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and are eager to apply our newly found knowledge about making delicious pasta. Finally, we appreciated the tips about the area and were especially impressed by medieval Gubbio! We definitely want to come back and hopefully, will bring our extended family with us next time.

A real slice of heaven. The house is new, just finished, very clean, furnished with so much love and taste in detail. Nothing is missing and you immediately feel at home. The exterior is equipped to live outdoors and enjoy the magic of the lake. Check-in is a warm welcome from mom Livia, while Uma is a host who pampers you and welcomes you into her world of peace and relaxation. We stayed with our cat who had no problem settling in. Highly recommended to experience moments of total tranquility, surrounded by nature, in the heart of Umbria and close to the most famous medieval villages.

What a beautiful house filled with love and care! We had a great time at Nilvana’s place. The house is spacious, warm with a super well equipped kitchen. The fireplace kept us nice and toasty 😊 the surroundings are beautiful! And Nilvana is a truly wonderful wonderful host 💗

A house with an incredible view which very much matched our expectations - incredibly peaceful and very well equipped. Saverio was an excellent host who communicated very well and was at the property to meet us and joined us as we left. Highly recommend this property and area.

The location is so peaceful and beautiful. It was easy to sit outside and enjoy the views, the smells of the flowers and the singing of the birds.

An all-round beautiful vacation destination if you don't want to explore the area on foot. A great big house for many people even in bad weather.

By the famous lakeshore surrounded by nature and close to multiple known cities, including Perugia and Cortona. The host is a very friendly welcoming person and always responsive. A highly recommended place with a very special remarkable experience.
