Lovely home just steps from the action, but was so quiet you could have been worlds away.

This is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! The view is incredible, and the modern decor with all the little details made it feel so cozy. Elsa went above and beyond with a super generous welcome pack of food and drinks, which really made us feel at home. Communication was great, and we really appreciated the flexible check-in and check-out. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and relaxing by the rock pools on the sun loungers provided. Lots of towels provided and comfortable beds. 20 minute drive to Trieste and a short drive to Sistiana for local restaurants. We could have stayed here forever!

Marina was delightful. Left us with a wonderful chilled Prosecco and wine glasses when we were finished checking in. She was very flexible and met us on a flexible schedule when we checked in. Balconies are over a canal and the walkways. A great breakfast patisserie is right next door and it's very close to San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge. a great location and lovely host.

Olivier’s place overlooking the Arsenale is truly special. It was a great home base for exploring Venice! We loved the modern and elegant decor. The radiant heat flooring were not only gorgeous, but also kept us warm in the winter! The rooms worked out well for our family of five! They were well stocked and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need and more. The apartment has beautiful windows overlooking the canal and square. Plenty of great people and boat watching! Close to restaurants, shopping, parks & Arsenale Vaporetto stop. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

Great location, great space and a responsive helpful host!

This place was kind of a last minute find and it was amazing! The apartment was beautiful, with awesome views, and amenities. It definitely met and exceeded our expectations. We had just wished we had booked it longer. Thank you so much making this place available to us!

We had a lovely stay the week before Christmas. It was so nice to receive the recommendations for things to do in the area ahead of time and incredibly helpful for Carlos and Maria to book our taxi from the airport, then meet us at the water taxi drop, and orient us to the neighborhood. A great space for our family of 5 and the grandparents :) Beds were very comfortable. Great central and walkable location. The luggage room on the ground floor was useful since the flat was on the 3rd floor, up stairs. Grazie Mille Carlos and Maria!

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

lovely home and place. Daniele is a pleasant and kind person. if you're looking for a place tailored in person, slow and colorful, I recommend it. the distance from Venice, three-quarters of an hour of vaporetto, is an added value, especially in the morning or evening, to enjoy a little lagoon. i recommend getting organized in time for dinner.

It is a charming little house. Very nicely located. A bakery is right next door. In 15 min. you are on foot in Chioggia. Almost at your doorstep, you can also take "Raffaelo" to Venice by boat or buses directly there. Cristian provided us with the following for free: cola, coffee, pasta, oil, packaged crossaints, cookies, 1x tomato sauce, wine, towels, toilet paper, towels, and a few more small things. There are 2 TVs with Netflix and Prime. Unfortunately, the internet is not that good, but that was also the "negative". Cristian was always easily accessible. Unfortunately, my children damaged something, but Cristian was neither mad nor wanted money. I hope he was as happy with us as we were with him. We felt very comfortable and thank you again for the parking space and the possibility to check out only in the evening instead of in the morning. The location is really great there. You have your peace but are very central.

This is a fantastic place in a quiet area within few minutes of shops and restaurants. The flat is private and clean, with good wifi connection. Plenty of space for 5-6 people. The host is responsive and very flexible. Would definitely come again.

Great peacefull location.Immaculate. Alot of love care and hard work have made this a little jem.well created but still given touches that relate to its Murano heritage.Close to amenities but just tucked away enough to make you relax. I would go back .Thank you both.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

It is a beautiful authentic home, the view from the room is very beautiful. Close to Santa Lucía station and good restaurants. Small but functional and comfortable. We loved it, in addition Elena was very friendly and decisive. Thank you for everything!!!

Fabulous location, away from the crowds but a short walk to all areas. Chiara was really quick to respond & resolve the couple of issues that arose. Perfect apartment for 2 people but maybe a bit tight for 4, in particular only enough comfortable seating on a small 2 seater sofa & kitchen space limited if wanting to cook & eat in. Overall a really lovely apartment.

We loved our stay here! Amazing location, walkable to all the main things but nice and quiet with the most incredible view! Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities and more. Everything was clean and tidy. Giocomo was so helpful with our questions and gave excellent suggestions, also let us have a late checkout so we didn’t have to find a luggage locker. We hope to be back one day!

This Airbnb was in a perfect location. The Rialto bridge was extremely close….walking distance in 1-2 minutes. The apartment was very close to restaurants, shopping, gondolas, water taxis and bars. Comfortable bedding, hot shower, nicely decorated and cleaned to perfection. Reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this space to all who come to Venice. Book now…you’ll love it!!!

The apartment is centrally located, quiet, spacious, tidy and practical. You have everything you need, the rooms are easy to heat because we were here in November. Already in the morning, when we opened the shutters, we had a fabulous view over Venice's rooftops, because the apartment is on the fourth floor. This gives the good view. The location of the apartment is so central that we could easily reach everything on foot on the days of our visits to the Biennale. Elena greeted us very kindly at check-in, explained everything to us, gave us valuable and helpful tips (restaurants, operation of the appliances, assignment of the keys). When we had a question during the stay, she was easily reachable and responded immediately. We can recommend the host and apartment with a clear conscience and would gladly come back. You feel very comfortable there, because the neighbors are also always friendly.

I don’t know where to start, first of all he is as responsive as it gets, with all the best tips for surrounding area. Check in was super easy and very well explained! Apartment is a top notch as well as the whole complex is. Very close to the beach and really peaceful too. I can say that I am very happy that I chose his apartment! All the recommendations!

What an absolutely magical apartment! We can’t recommend it highly enough. It was perfect for us as a family of four with two children. So incredibly spacious and beautifully furnished and cared for. Monica was the most attentive host possible and Fernando was so helpful and made the check in and check out a breeze helping us with luggage. Monica even arranged taxis for us to and from and helped me with travel planning! Best hostess ever. The apartment itself was divine, glorious roof terrace, comfortable beds, so peaceful and quiet. We can’t wait to come back!
