The house is great, even better than in the pictures. Super comfortable and with everything you need to spend a few quiet days in Mar del Plata. The area is very quiet, but it is key to go by car to get around in comfort. Everything is impeccable and the owner is a capo, always attentive. Highly recommended, we pass it first 🤟🏼

We really had an amazing weekend. We were very comfortable with everything at your disposal. Juan has pets and were company with us and our pets. We loved staying in their homes. The always attentive. It was all shiny. We didn't lack for anything. The truth would be back a thousand times! Ideal for rest and enjoy with friends.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at Sebastian's house! The location is perfect - just a short walk from the beach in a peaceful neighborhood. The house itself is cozy and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Sebastian is an excellent host - very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant beach retreat.

Our stay was wondrous. Cute home in a very quiet neighborhood. A little far away, in area developing, but ideal to enjoy nature and the singing of birds. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is very nice. Just like the photos and description. The pool is an important plus for days when you can't be for playa. Maybe it would be good if I have an air in the room for very hot days (if you have a fan). The neighborhood is super quiet but close to the best area for walking, eating and shopping. The only thing against is that in front they are building 2 buildings, so at times, during the day, it can be somewhat annoying if you want to rest.

The place is very cute, very well located for access to the best beaches. The attention received was very good, always attentive to our needs and they gave us the apartment in an impeccable condition. Thank you very much!!

The stay was perfect. Fernando, the host, always attentive and quick to respond. The apartment was delivered to us clean, tidy and fully equipped, from basics to beach items and TV with streaming. The beds are comfortable, the rooms have good day lighting and beach view, and at night it is quite quiet, which makes you feel at home. The complex is in a great location, in addition to being right on the coast, it has a heated pool, gym and garage. I would definitely come back.

Accommodation matches what is sought and contracted. Diego is always very predisposed to anything you might need. Great weekend with friends. 100% recommended. Cute home.

We had a beautiful stay at Mariano's place. We were very comfortable and relaxed. The super highlight pool. There were some inconveniences totally unrelated to the accommodation and Mariano was super attentive to always solve everything. We already want to go back!

Joaquín's house is exactly what you see in the photos. Everything works. It won't have great luxuries but complied. We were 7 friends to spend 5 days. The bathrooms are comfortable. The beds are great. The garden area and pool are by far the best. The grill is OK, they could change the shovel that no longer gives. All in all, they could improve some details, but nothing serious. The house meets to go a few days. While it's a bit far away, the area's beaches are great, and if they go to MUTE they can go and walk back.

Very beautiful place with a great space where you can enjoy all that the home has to offer. The place is quiet and is a 25/30 minute drive to downtown and the beaches. María Eugenia was always willing to answer any questions. I would definitely choose the place to stay again.

Mariana's house is super quiet. She is always willing to answer our queries. The house has everything we need. There are warehouses nearby. It's a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The beach that is 3 blocks away is very nice and there are others nearby that are very beautiful, such as golden beach. We will be back. If you want tranquility and beach nearby, it is a great option.

This is a beautiful, private, and peaceful place! When we arrived in the neighborhood, we had a bit of trouble finding the house, but Rocio was super quick and friendly in helping us sort it out. The house itself is fully equipped and impeccably clean, making our stay incredibly comfortable. I will definitely be back! Thank you for such a great experience!

Very cozy cabin, I fell in love with the sink on the second floor and now I want the same☺️ House very clean, there are no unnecessary things, two baths in the house it's so convenient! There is also the possibility of breakfast outside, everything is very private and peaceful, there is no noise from the road or neighbors. We were with the child, Juan kindly provided a small mattress and a bathtub for swimming. Also, the host of the house allowed us to check out a little later, thank you very much for the opportunity to sleep the child and improve us🙏🏻 Everything was great, we would come back more than once😊

We spent 4 great days at Agustina's house. Everything is impeccable, as in the photos, all the equipment of excellent quality and good taste. Everything you need to spend a few days on vacation. The Rumencó neighborhood is beautiful! Full of breathtaking nature and forests. We had dinner a couple of times at the club house, excellent attention and very rich!!
