Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mar de Cobo

Highly recommended. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. Well equipped kitchen, spacious space. Claudio was very flexible with check-in and checkout, which is a lot of help. We had to bring sheets and towels but that was not a problem for us. Very well located apartment. Everything was excellent.

Very good apartment, clean and with everything you need to spend several days. Rich breakfast. Eduardo is very friendly and always attentive and available to any concerns or questions that came up. The apartment is very well equipped, with all the comforts as if it were a hotel and the building is new and safe. Highly recommended.

The stay in Lisandro's apartment was excellent, especially for the attention of her mother, Maria Ester, who was attentive at all times to what we needed and was very quick to respond to any inquiries. It was very clean and organized, we felt right at home, the building is very quiet and safe, it is very well located, close to the beach, restaurants and shops of all kinds. You couldn't ask for more to spend a beautiful vacation, I recommend it to every guest. Thank you so much for everything Maria Ester!!!

This was a very nice stay I did not use a a vehicle so many stores were walkable, even the grocery store was about a 12 min walk with other very fashionable stores/ restaurants around it. Beach is very nice as well but even staying at the apartment was super relaxing. I will come back to this one again!

The house is as shown in the pictures. Only one more TV would be missing in some room as there is only one But all 10! Clean pool and m,uy cute. Grill to carbon and electric. Everything spotless. Would come back

Marian is an excellent host! Also, the apartment has the best views I saw in Mardel of all the listings I was in. The area is a 10, steps from Varese, steps from Cabo Corrientes, from Playa Chica. A few blocks from Alem for dinner and for access to markets. Enjoy these days a lot, and I would definitely come back!

The apartment was just like the photos and it was even more surprising to see it, impeccable! All the amenities listed and of excellent quality and sweet details to welcome us. I also highlight the quality and completeness of the kitchen and all its elements. The living room and dining room are very spacious and comfortable, as are the bedrooms, beds and pillows. The view of Mitre Square is unbeatable and the fact that it is a single apartment is a plus to consider! Excellent service from the building staff, especially Carlos and Rosa, who were very friendly. I would definitely be back! A very well-kept place with quality service and all its features, and that welcomes pets. It's definitely the only one in Mar del Plata.

Semipiso located above Alem, one block from the Sheraton of Playa Grande. Super spacious. You can park up to a van in the garage. The radiant slab works perfectly. The living room faces the ocean. The rooms have an incredible view of the entire city from the 15th floor.

We loved our stay at Cande's apartment. The place is beautiful, with incredible ocean views and an unbeatable location, just meters from the coast. The area is quiet, making exploring the sea much easier and more enjoyable, and perfect for a few days of relaxation. The apartment is fully equipped, with all the necessary cooking utensils, which makes the experience even more comfortable. Plus, Cande is a genius, always attentive and willing to help us. She welcomed us with the best vibe and allowed us flexibility with the checkout time, which was a huge plus. Without a doubt, a place we will return to and one we 100% recommend.
