Everything was great. Communication with Rodrigo is very easy. The apartment is just like the photos, very comfortable and with everything you need to spend a few days there. The location is very good, close to the beach and Alem. It is glued to the Sheraton so there is always movement and security in the block, it has a garage, and in addition to everything they accept pets. I would definitely stay there again.

From the first moment Ana was super aware of everything we needed and received us in the best way with her pets. Very good location to go to the beach, with a nice coast, we had a collective to go and back from the center that was practical. The house complied with everything it promised and it was very nice to spend the days that were cloudy and rainy indoors.

The house is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It is very practical to rest a few days in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is key (perhaps some instruction to keep it clean) as access to the beach is not so convenient due to the route and obviously to the cliffs.

Everything nice, clean, well located, very friendly security people, a fantastic pool on the top floor, everything accessible and well maintained. Totally recommended

The stay was a luxury, the apartment was excellent as well as the building and amenities. The best view of Mar del Plata !!! Paragraph aside for Juan that was in every detail, we had a problem with the shower and in a few minutes he solved it personally !! It's worth it to pay for this apartment! Excellent host. The market at the door of the complex is very complete which facilitates a stay in dpto. It also consists of everything you need for the beach. A laundry room very close too. Pool and grill available and always in condition. The parking lot is not closed but is glued to the complex, with cameras pointing to the cars and the outside of the same complex, always with place and with a lot of movement in tourists during the day.
