Flat is exactly like the photos, super organized, clean, air conditioning both of the room qto of the room in full operation. It has a beautiful view of the sea. In the hall of the building and swimming pool a panoramic view of the beach. Check-in and Check-out without wraps. Educated building employees and easy and fast communication with Flávio always with necessary information. We will definitely come back more often, I indicate!

A cozy place and close to the beach, to walk, a very welcoming environment, I highly recommend. A trip tip is to visit Praia do Mar Casado, I've never seen anything as beautiful as that beach. Ivete is an excellent hostess, provided support at all times.

We spent very pleasant days! The place is too beautiful and very cozy. Every detail is of extreme good taste and the house leaves nothing to be desired. Super complete in utensils. Everything you need you will find! What a delight to return to the house with the washed clothes! We love the flowers, the cleaning, the decor, the slate on the slate, the variety of games, polite staff, beautiful building. We recommend and it was sad to return home! Rs

It was an immense pleasure to spend a few days in Drika's apartment! Everything was exactly as described. The cleanliness and organization of the space are impeccable. The location is excellent, with the beach, pharmacies and restaurants very close by that I didn't even have to use the car. Communication with the hostess was impeccable, and the staff of the building (Leandro Síndico) is also amazing and very helpful. I recommend it!

I share the wonderful experience we had in the stay. Fantastic apt, clean, organized and with a lush panoramic view. I can tell you that this was one of the greatest apt I have ever visited and stayed. Congratulations to the owners for the organization and professionalism. We will return more often for sure.

The property of Patrícia is a wonderful house, very spacious, well built and well located. Patrícia was extremely solicitous and the homemade Kleber gave us all the support we need during the stay. Because it is a very large and relatively old property, some maintenance is necessary, but nothing that would hinder our stay with comfort and tranquility.

The place is exactly as it is in the picture, blunt say q even bigger. The location is perfect less than 2 minutes walking, markets, bakery, fair all around. We don't use a car for anything. Perfect for those with children. Super recommend this place.

Our stay was perfect! Apartamento matches the photos, beautiful decoration, very well equipped, furniture in excellent condition, clean, surprised me. Mr. João Carlos is very helpful and quickly answers the messages. Lord Eri of the concierge is a love, he always welcomed us very well. I will be sure and will be back.
