Paula's house has a well-equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom space very good, outdoor space great for throwing the ball and playing frescobol with children, complete beach utensils, toys, sun umbrellas and chairs, for sure next year we will come back.

Great apartment, very well located (it is located on a central avenue, with many attractions nearby and 1 block from the beach). Central location, with a lot of movement and frequent policing! Although the movement increased a lot on weekends, we were not pestered by noise during the early hours. A very good stay and an apartment of great location! Very well served by the host! We will definitely be back!

The location of the house is located in the quieter district of Xangri-Lá, a large and cozy house in a very familiar environment having multiple spaces to use and still a few meters from the sea and there are few blocks of the center with excellent restaurants. There are some points to highlight with the part of the accessories of the house but the period compensated by the factor that we had a very rewarding experience. It is worth mentioning Mr. Edimilso, who is an example of how to serve a guest, always 100% available and resolute in everything that is at your fingertips.

House in a gated condominium, with good structure, restaurant and mini market within the condominium. Casa with good structure and accommodations. Everything clean and organized. Departure to the sea at the bottom of the condominium, with structure of the condominium itself with beach chairs and parasol. Soccer field and sports courts (padel, tenis, beach tenis). I recommend your stay!

Quiet and quiet place, the photos correspond to the location. Good accommodation. Room with air conditioning, kitchen with a minibar and a microwave. The only problem is that the map address shown on Airbnb was close to R. Rio Jacuí with Av. Beira Mar, and the site was 12km ahead, in Queen of the Sea.

My stay was great. The house is really good. There's everything you need to stay on the beach for a few days. The air conditioning of the ground floor suite was not working well, it did not seem to cool, but since they were fresh days and nights, it did not have so much trouble in being this way. Cláudio is requested and accessible, and tbm made us comfortable. The architecture of the House is great, the rooms are wide and well airy and well lit natural.

The house is fantastic, in terms of location and especially for the convenience and resources available. Marcelo is very helpful and always willing, to meet us well. We went between 3 couples, and one of the couples with a newborn, and we were very well served. We recommend and we will certainly be back.

The house is amazing, super spacious and cozy, very well equipped and maintained. It is one block from the sea on a super quiet street. The only point that may disturb some people is the fact that there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but we were already aware of it. Fabiane was super attentive and helpful, gave us all guidelines and was flexible with the check in and check-out times. The house was very clean and smelling. We have a family weekend and we have nothing to complain about, for sure we will return at the next opportunity.

Excellent house, super clean and fragrant, very well equipped, super cozy, comfortable, with great bathrooms, soft beds, large living room and kitchen, super fresh and quite ventilated house. The lawn is huge and we enjoyed playing ball, frisbee, sipping chimarron in the shade of the trees, playing with our dogs who loved the stay too :D (house exactly as in the pictures). Location is super safe, close to the beach, the supermarket, restaurants, center, the neighbors are "fine people"... We had a wonderful few days at Ana's house, we were able to rest, enjoy and go back to the city routine with the renewed energy... If the house is available for rent we will come back for sure. Ana and her family are in love with people and we feel good and at home. Super we love everythingooo and recommend it!!!!!

Juan was an excellent host, always responding quickly and available. The property is excellent, super complete and with many utensils. AC appliances in the living room and bedroom, BBQ stuff, washer and big tV with various channels and apps. The place was super clean and the bed is comfortable. Bathroom is good size and the shower is warm and with good pressure. I already knew the condo and it's great. We recommend the place and hope to return as soon as possible.

Janaina was very helpful and super kind. The house is wonderful, wide and comfortable and is very close to the sea. We love our stay at the house.

Excellent hosting! We had an amazing experience in Lia's apartment! The space is very cozy, well decorated and super functional, meeting all the needs for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, and all the details were thought out very carefully. The location is a great advantage: close to everything, allowing you to explore the region on foot, without the need for a car – one of the main reasons we chose this apartment. Even on very hot days, the environment is quite airy, making the stay very pleasant. The apartment has a fan and, if necessary, you can bring another. In addition, Lia was an amazing host, always attentive and helpful. Without a doubt, a stay we recommend and hope to repeat soon!
