Beautiful location and apartment. My wife and I look forward to returning.

We spent 5 days in Fabio's villa. Beautiful garden for our 2 year old daughter and our dog, all fenced and safe. The house is very close to many other villas, but privacy was absolutely not lacking. The railway is across the street, many trains pass, but the villa has spectacular fixtures that make for loud noises. At a 5-minute walk there are amenities and the sea a little further away, you need a car to reach Santa Marinella and the beaches. The house inside is small but there is everything you need, tidy and simple. Fabio was a helpful and kind host in all our requests and needs. Thank you very much, we hope to be back soon.

We abosolutely loved this place! We booked it based off of the outdoor space. The house was very spacious and our kids loved making fires in the fire place. The surrounding area was quiet and nice. Local supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance if you want it. This place was amazing, our kids loved it. My family will never forget this place!

Fantastic place a stone's throw from Rome .. tranquility and relaxation we had dinner with huge outdoor fire!! Newly renovated apartment bathrooms fantastic kitchen stocked.Lavinia is very responsive for explanations and tips !! We played volleyball and grass field football that looks like wembley!!!! Toppp ! The kids were very happy with a thousand Things to do . Mr. Silvio (the guard ) is very thoughtful and ready on every occasion for advice and help (he helped us light the outdoor fire and brought us fresh eggs from the chickens !!! ). We'll definitely be back!! Thank you

A very quiet and tranquil location yet still only a short walk to the sites. Cecile was always quick to respond to any questions I had. It was a great location from which to explore Viterbo and the surrounding area and then also have some quiet time. I recommend this place.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Cosy apartment with real fire

the shower was my favorite part. absolutely fantastic. very close to bus stops and other public transport if that's how you're trying to get around. worked perfectly for us. careful what direction google/apple maps takes you to get there. there is a perfect over pass that let's you almost walk right up to it, but the map apps want you to walk on a road with no side walk, and I don't recommend that route. we greatly appreciated the snacks and wine that were left for us. thank you for opening your home to us. we had a great time 👍

Great place!! We loved everything about this place- nice quarter, walkable distance to all key spots, incredible view ln the city adds a lot! Big, spacious place, even better than described. We were very happy with this choice! Ludovica was also very helpful with all advices and helped to kept our luggage after check-out. That was just great! Thank you! We will be happy to come back one day.

We had an amazing stay at Michela’s apartment in Rome! Michela was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and always responding promptly to any requests. When we had an issue with the hot water, he went above and beyond, arriving within an hour to fix it, even though he was out of town. The location was perfect—right in the center of everything we needed, with all major attractions within walking distance. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. A couple of minor issues to note: the area can be a bit noisy at night, but Michela provided air blocks, which helped a lot. The heater occasionally turned off at night, but the apartment stayed warm, so it wasn’t a problem. Overall, Michela’s hospitality and the apartment’s central location made our stay unforgettable. We’d definitely stay here again if we return to Rome. Thank you, Michela!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! No negative comment about anything! Veronica was wonderful and so thoughtful! Checkin and checkout was perfect! Veronica greeted us with DELICIOUS croissants , water , wine and beer in the fridge! We had everything we needed, coffee machine , plates, glasses,etc. The airbnb is in proximity to bakeries, markets, bars and the metro is a 5 mins walk from the apartment and 20 mins metro from all the historic attractions! It is a perfect, CLEAN place with an AMAZING host! Thank you again Veronica you are a sweetheart! Can’t wait to be back! ❤️

The Deto de Gras was an excellent choice. Everything matched the photos and listing. We were 7 people, but it is comfortably enabled for 9 people. Everything is very clean, and the spaces are very spacious and comfortable. Good heating, spacious and comfortable kitchen and dining room. and the bedrooms are also very cozy. The neighborhood is also very comfortable and close to the metro and train and bus station to the airport. Communication was excellent before, during, during, and after. It was like being at home. Highly recommended.👌👌👌

This apartment was in a great location - surrounded by great restaurants, only a few minutes walk from the Colosseum and most other attractions, and more spacious than the pictures made it seem! Francesca was a great host - she was always very responsive and quick to give local recommendations.

Easy walk to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Stores nearby and great food. Loved it! Would come back to this spot in a heartbeat

Extremely happy with the apartment! You are a 1/2 mile from the Colosseum, Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain (10- 15 min walk). There are 2 mini marts located right beneath the building and they are open until 2am. There is also a pharmacy across the street. The neighborhood seems to be safe. My fiancé and I would walk the streets late at night and there were always many people around. Just down the street there are many restaurant's. Staying in this apartment gave us the authentic Italian vibe, much better than staying in a hotel. Some reviews on here may say the apartment is not luxurious, but if you are a fan of antiques, then it is quite luxurious! The balcony is huge! There is a washer which came in handy as we stayed for 10 days. We had to hang our clothes to dry which was a nice experience. Paolo was very communicative and professional. This is definitely one of the best air bnb's you'll find.

This is the 2nd time in 6 months we have stayed at this property whilst visiting Italy. The house is lovely, a spacious & comfortable feel. The woodfire was a real treat in the evenings. We arrived early and we were greeted with refreshments whilst we waited. Thank you to Luciano & family for their excellent hospitality. We love staying here and will be back. We highly recommend.

Our family staying at this great private home just outside Viterbo. Riccardo was a wonderful host with a well appointed and comfortable home in the countryside but close to town. We look forward to staying here again.

A beautiful house in the outskirts of Rome in absolute calm on private land; you can reach an excellent piazza Cavour parking in the immediate vicinity of the historic center in 30 minutes, and there is also public transport accessible nearby . The house is spacious , and the view of Rome is breathtaking . To be absolutely perfect, we just missed the internet (broken due to bad weather), and the description would also benefit from being more accurate (a single room with double beds and not two as the photos suggest, and the heating to be paid in addition while not clearly shown on the French translation of the listing ). Claudia was very accommodating and offered us the heating costs in compensation for internet concerns... and she was always very responsive!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa with a group of six friends. Matteo and his family are very accommodating and friendly. If you have any questions, we always got an answer very quickly. Check-in went great and we also got recommendations for our vacation. Especially Matteo's parents, who live right next door, are very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and had a wonderful holiday.

We loved Sabrina's place! The house was beautiful and property was so peaceful. Everything was like the pictures, plenty of space for 6 of us (4 adults + 2 children). Sabrina gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do that were a short drive into town, and she was extremely responsive via whats app for our other questions throughout our stay. We did a day trip into Montepulciano - 1.5 hr drive away so very conveniently located. Would love to be able to stay here again if we make it back to Italy!

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

Simonetta was very patient and kind, especially as delays led to us being 3 hours late for check-in. During our stay, Simonetta, was always approachable and very helpful in the suggestions she gave. The house is beautiful and had amply room for our party of 10. The local supermarket and bus to the airport are only a stones throw away and, I"m sure in the summer, we would have made much more use of the beach which is only 500 metres away! A great stay and highly recommend!
