Holiday rentals with a patio in Manzanares

Everything spectacular!

Great place to stay in Palermo Hollywood. Excellent patio and view. One of the patio chairs was broken but that is a small complaint. The apartment was close to good restaurants, bakeries and gyms. The apartment was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Maik, the host, was very responsive. I would definitely stay there again!

The accommodation is exactly the same as the listing! Excellent location and very good fit! We had an unforeseen with the checkin, but the host was very proactive to resolve as soon as possible (note 10 for the host)! The only detail that could be better is the mattress of the single bed… extremely thin mattress (you could feel the wood of the bed). For the rest, great apartment exactly like the ad, close to the main landmarks, great experience we had in Buenos Aires!

Francisco's apartment is located in one of the best locations in Buenos Aires. The place is very cozy, well decorated, great for working because it has a comfortable desk and chair. It has everything close to the apartment (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes) and is a great place for short and long stays.

Laura was an amazing host! She was super friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The place perfectly matched the description, and the pool was a great bonus—clean and well-maintained. Everything was exactly as advertised, and I had no issues at all during my stay. Laura made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a relaxing and stress-free stay!

House is in a great area. It is very safe and easy to get to the main roads. The hosts were super nice and very responsive to everything. Really appreciate it. The house does need a little update on some things.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

I can’t think of anything negative to say about the property and the hosts, they provided fantastic local recommendations and were willing to answer any questions we had. The property is amazing with everything one could possibly need at an Airbnb. They were extremely flexible with checkin and checkout, and the place itself was extremely clean and well prepared for our stay. I would give 10/10 if possible, thank you to Lisandro and Candela we had a wonderful time.

Place is nice and quiet, asado on the rooftop is amazing, small outdoor area is cozy and sunny. Place looks historic and authentic, enough of everything for comfort.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was great for three women, with each of us having our own spacious bedroom. The house was great, with plenty of outdoor space. The location is perfectly situated in the Palermo neighborhood and walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Only critique is that the house was pretty dusty/dirty on the floors (needed to keep socks or shoes on), but nothing excessive. Highly recommend staying here if you're traveling to Buenos Aires

We spent 4 amazing days. The house is divine and super complete! More than conforming to the establishment and the host's attention. 10/10.

Marcelo’s home in Palmero was perfect for our two nights. We arrived after midnight due to a flight delay, and Marcelo was there to greet us. Marcelo and his assistant were friendly and responsive. Our last night we ate empanadas on the upstairs deck, and enjoyed the outdoor space.

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

Hello! The dpto has everything you need to spend a stay as if it were your home. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you'll need. The area has everything within reach, kioskos, bakery, supermarkets, etc.

We stayed a few days in the apartment, everything was spotless! The dpto is in a quiet and very well-located area.

The apartment is very bright and comfortable , the area is very good and very easy to access . Everything is very good, I would recommend it

Astrid is a other level host! Being my first time he greeted us at home, he helped us leave our bags on the airbnb without charging us anything additional, he loaned us his card so we could mobilize and he helped us even with recharges because we didn't know where to recharge. When we arrived we had a bottle with water , everything was clean, it's indescribable how we felt here. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Astrid because without your help maybe it would cost us more to mobilize us ✌🏼

My stay in Francisco's apartment was exceptional. I highlight the decoration, which is very tasteful, creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The complex is quiet and has excellent amenities, perfect for relaxing. Both Francisco and Agustina were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring my experience was perfect. Highly recommended for its comfort and excellent hospitality. I'm sure I'll choose them again!
