We loved our stay at this charming farm! The beauty and tranquility of this place is beyond words. The houses on the farm are beautifully decorated and the host was super welcoming. The highlight of our stay was definitely the chance to disconnect from daily life and simply enjoy nature. We visited the nearby villages and hiked to the top of the Serra da Estrela, which was an unforgettable experience. We spent our days exploring the vast lands and admiring the stunning views of the surrounding countryside. In the evenings, we kicked back in the hammocks, enjoying the mountain breeze and the sound of birds chirping in the distance. The local cheese was a real treat, it was one of the tastiest cheeses I've ever had! All in all, our stay at this farm was an experience we will never forget. We returned home feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend this farm to anyone looking for a natural getaway. Thank you so much for sharing your little slice of paradise with us!

The home is large and comfortable, the kitchen is very good. The backyard is very beautiful, everything was fine.

Spent 3 nights here and had a beautiful time. Hot tub was a nice touch for the cold winter days. Carlos was extremely sweet and hospitable. Gave us plenty of information about Sever de Vouga and showed us how to get around. Breakfast was served to us everyday at 9am which was a super nice touch. Great way to start the day. Definitely recommend. I'll be going back for sure!

Amazing place, relaxing with great views!

Had a great stay for one night. The instructions to arrive were clear, and the hosts were very flexible with check-in and check-out times. Adri and Petra are a super friendly couple, making the experience even better. The place is peaceful and well-maintained, and it's especially great for dog owners, with a large outdoor space for dogs to run around. Would definitely recommend!

Great village house, in the middle of nowhere. Quite surrounding, so many birds singing, everything is green! the house itself was sparkling clean and tidy, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. there were powerful wifi, smart tv, amazing heating system. I would choose this place again and again!

It was 4 wonderful nights in this space as well. The whole experience, from before the booking, to the check-out was simple and with absolutely nothing to point out. From Mr. António, who from the first minute proved super available to answer questions and help in everything, to Isabel, who takes care of the house with extreme care, and who was an authentic sympathy. We were 4 adults and a little bigudo, and we had a great days of rest and peace, in a home and outdoor space extremely well cared for and with all amenities. We want to go back, no doubt!

A wonderful place to relax and be at peace with nature. Great for winter or summer tourism. We had everything. We didn't lack anything. We had Internet and telephone signals, not that we need to use because the place is magical. The kitchen is very well-equipped, we find everything very clean and organized. We enjoyed our stay and we strolled and dined in the city in Penacova. We already recommend it to several friends and family. Mr. Bruno very friendly and helpful. You can be sure we will return. ♡

This is a great space in a real out-of-the-way part of Portugal. Tired of big city tourism? Try this property. Tiny villages dot the hills and you get an old world sense of Portugal here. The pool is the real star of the property here (as are Eric's three dogs, one of which lounged with us each morning) as it overlooks he view of the river. We did use the kayaks as well. It is hard to get to them down a very steep hill with ladders and a bit of minor repelling. Not for those with a bad knee or hip. Which gets me to, accessing the apartments, particularly the lower unit, is tricky. Steep, slanting and uneven steps that can be a little slippery. Perhaps not for the elderly. Hint for improvement would be to upgrade the furnishings and kitchenware. The knives couldn't cut an orange.

Very cozy, clean space, the area of the house is very good, private, an incredible silence, ideal for resting. We took our dog, who loved to walk loose and at ease around the house. Rui was from the very start very helpful, always available to answer us. Village gave us great references to restaurants and wines in the area. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, firewood for the salamander, the Rui left us free to enjoy all the drinks that are at home. We will certainly be back. I recommend it!

Carmo's house was fantastic and situated in a beautiful and peaceful location with expansive views. Carmo was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had - she made us feel very welcome. The house had all we needed and we enjoyed all the history on the property and of the house itself. Highly recommend sitting on the verandah as the sun sets. We also went for a swim in the pool after going for a long walk around the area - perfect

Francisco's house is a wonder: spacious and cool even in August, with the pool in front that is fantastic, and on a huge and fascinating estate, with thousands of things to do and see, even kayaking on the lake that has been formed in an old quarry, or an incredible art space. Francisco is charming ( as well as his wife I met too), friendly, available and also a very interesting person with an inspiring project. I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed at Casa da Celeste for 18 days It was a wonderful experience. The rooms were cozy and functional, with a fireplace to warm us on cold days and an orchard with delicious oranges. To complete, the host, Ms. Aida, welcomed us with great affection,always willing to serve and assist us. We love everything. Period Jan to Feb 2025. Definitely an ideal place to spend unforgettable moments.

This place is peaceful and surrounded by nature with lots of trees and singing birds, includind the chickens that create an "quinta" atmosphere. The accommodations were clean and cozy, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and caring. I highly recommend this countryside gem for a relaxing escape.

We are so grateful for the wonderful stay we had. The attentionto detail and warm hospitality made us feel as if we were at home. The house is spectacular and full of comfort where cleanliness prevails. We also thank you for the indicationof places to visit (the Louriga beach isbeautiful), which further enriched our experience.
