The view is incredible, the place is very quiet, it is located in an area close to restaurants and main square, the fireplace gives a special touch to the place. Needed more toilet in the bathroom, in the shower there were many hairs, which was unpleasant. There was also a very annoying sewer smell, so we had to apply flavoring to the place. Needed , more implements in the kitchen, like a chopping board and knives.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here, and just like the first time, it's a very nice new place in a dynamic, convenient location (yes, with lots of street people nearby, and you have to be careful at night). There was a problem in the building on the last night of my stay, (On a different floor, but it did cause an outage of the elevators) and Vanessa refunded the rent for that night. This time I took advantage of the nearby Cinemateca -- which is more or less a permanent film festival with very low prices and up to ten different films a day.

This is very well located place, with easy access to all services, many places to eat and great access to transportation. The apartment has all the basics for the kitchen, washroom and general areas. The host was great at keeping us in the loop about water cuts (the city, nothing to do with them), took very fast care of a minor inconvenience with the fridge and was overall very kind and unobtrusive.
