Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Manitou Springs

If you love Architecture and the best views of Manitou Springs, then, this is the Home to take it all in. Shaun n Laura have done an amazing job renovating their 1920’s home. Upstairs Bedroom features a balcony facing east to get your day started with a beautiful sunrise. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the doors and take in all that fresh air is bliss. Directly behind you, as you admire the creative well designed pitched ceilings, is a view of Pikes Peak. And if it couldn’t get any better, as you face North….Well, you’ll have to check it out yourself. I honestly must return to see the views in the winter. Likewise, to keep up with Shaun n Laura’s creative additions to the home. There is also a private backyard area to build a fire. Brand new appliances throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely, Marvelous!!

Brianne was so kind to let us check in early with kiddos and the place was perfect for a weekend getaway. There were so many thoughtful things put into this place and it was exactly what our families needed.

Highly recommend this Airbnb! Kristina was beyond helpful and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We traveled with 3 young children and the home was equipped with games, outdoor entertainment, and comfy safe spaces for our babies to rest. The hot tub was very clean and relaxing to everyone who got in! Overall, we would be thrilled to stay here again!! ❤️

We would definitely come back to Laura's place if we are in the area again. The house was extremely clean and had everything you may need in case you forget something. Very clear instructions and responsive host. Also, it snowed while we were there and they went above and beyond by having someone come clear the snow for us. Very thoughtful! Beautiful home!

This little cozy guest house was just what we needed while in Colorado. We enjoyed our stay and loved the wood burning stove. Debra was always responsive and made sure we were well stocked on fire wood.

We enjoyed our stay at your house. The outside view is beautiful. The house itself was also nice and clean. We were also welcomed early morning with deers right outside the door which made it an Amazing experience for me and my family kids loved that!

We arrived in colorado early to beat a winter storm and Connie was extremely helpful and accommodating with an early check in for us. The house was so warm and cozy. Just like the photos. We had no problem from the time we entered this beautiful home until we left. I would definitely recommend staying here. I’m sure I will rebook my next visit to Colorado Springs.

Cindy was an amazing host, always quick to respond and attentive to all our needs. The Retreat in the Trees is exactly as described—truly a hidden gem. The Airbnb was beautiful, cozy, and spacious, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. It looked just like the photos, if not better. I enjoyed cooking during our stay, and the well-equipped kitchen, including the fantastic stove top, was a definite highlight. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The apartment had everything you will need. Very clean (I’m very picky)and comfortable. Plenty of privacy outside to enjoy the weather. We would stay here again.

Jacquie’s place was perfect for our family vacation. A good spot to relax after hiking. So close to downtown and good restaurants. She was an excellent host, always checking in to make sure everything was okay and we had everything we needed.

Great space - amazing view of pikes peak from the front deck and bedroom. Clean, tons of dishes, spices etc in kitchen. Lots of natural light. Plenty of cozy blankets. (I was there during sub zero temps and stayed warm with heat and the soft blankets) the BBQ place near is amazing. Yes there is a busy road as some had stated but it’s still secluded and quiet. It’s a peaceful spot. Black Forest is a unique and beautiful area in Colorado Springs.

Me and my girlfriend visited for a nice get away and got more then what we asked for. The view and scenery from the place was beautiful and accurate from the description. Jonathan and Kelly provided great local recommendations and were so helpful definitely will be back to visit and recommend.

Jacquie's A-Frame fit our needs perfectly for our short stay in Florissant. We had a busy few days following our stay here so I was really shooting for more of a relaxing place for this part of the trip and it did not disappoint. We had everything we needed here to make that happen. The house met our needs in multiple ways. Simple and easy in and out. Nothing fancy. Would love to come stay here again in the Summer months.

Jamie went out of her way to be sure we were happy and comfortable before, during, and after our trip. We had an incredible time, and even got to visit the nearby (renown) Wolf Sanctuary and pet the wolves and learn about their incredible history. The boys were able to ice fish daily and caught (and released) over 40 fish in a few days! This trip was perfection, we couldn’t have asked for a more memorable vacation full of sweet memories that will be cherished for years to come.
