Our second time at Louise's spotless, BEAUTIFULLY STOCKED home. The kitchen is the best stocked we've EVER experienced. No need to bring ANY utensils, dishes, storage containers, food wraps, tea towels, tissues, serviettes, condiments, bag clips etc. And chocolates in the fridge!! LITERALLY FIVE MINUTE WALK TO FABULOUS BEACH and a lovely, safe and quiet suburb. Lovely park across the road. Star gazing while in the pool. TV room was like being at the cinema. Linen and pool towels etc. were good quality and the large dining table and outdoor setting easily accommodated eight people. Appliances were top shelf and a full laundry onsite was a bonus. We love staying at Louise's lovely home and she has always promptly answered any communications. We'll be back before Christmas! 🎄

This unit was absolutely stunning and the view was just gorgeous aswell. We had a lovely stay at Mandurah. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in as the unit was not only decorated to perfection, but all the comforts that we are used to at home, were all thought of also. The location was in a perfect spot, close to many restaurants and just a walk up the path to some dolphin spotting. Thankyou for having us, we didn't want to leave!

Our stay was for an international lawn bowls tournament at Mandurah Bowling and Recreation Club. We had an awesome stay! Close to the venue, $8 uber, 4 minute drive. Also extremely close to Mandurah Foreshore and all surrounding amenities. restaurants. bars, etc. CJ stocked the house extremely well with beverages, coffee machine (with 2 different brands :) ), food, breakfast items, etc. That was absolutely amazing!!!! We experienced one issue with unruly neighbours having an internal domestic issue on the 2nd day but nothing after that. We accidentally broke a glass, and my silly husband accidentally packed up the curtain ties upon leaving, and CJ was very understanding about these issues which we were very appreciative of. Overall, a wonderful 6 day trip and will hopefully be back again shortly. Thank you so much for being so accommodating! Loved it!!!! Highly recommend!!!! Rochelle and Dave xxx

James made us feel very relaxed and welcome upon our arrival.We connected with him straight away. Gave a lot of great information about himself and the area. Of note, for other Air BnB hosts: Sequenced photos of the steps to get into the property with codes. A picture is worth a thousand words ;~}

Excellent location, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Richards house was a great fit for a family catch up. We enjoyed the pool and food and attractions close by. The house was clean and easy to access. Richard was very prompt with communication and answered any questions we had. Thanks for having us, we will definitely stay again.

Walking in the front door we were struck by the lovely lake vista and the beautiful decor. The rooms were so lovely and fresh and clean as was the rest of the house. There was everything we needed apart from our own food. Lovely pool and a very quiet environment close to river and bush. There is a great IGA and local cafes and pubs. Can’t wait to go back again!

Wow what an INCREDIBLE location and even more incredible people. Paula and Mervyn were so accomodating, helpful, responsive and great to chat to as well! The place has everything you could need in such a cosy perfect cabin and decorated in a beautiful homey way. It being not too far out of perth while still feeling like a completely different place is what originally sold it to us. But peacefulness of it all is what truely made it. The sunset over that view isn’t one to miss. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s home. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless. We appreciated that coffee pods, oj, bread, etc was made available to us for breakfast. Our space was spotless throughout. The bed was very comfortable with lots of wardrobe space. Bathroom was squeaky clean as were the washer & dryer which we did use. The sofa was perfect for putting our feet up at the end of a day sightseeing. The pool was much appreciated when the days were oh so hot. Lisa was the perfect hostess and we enjoyed our chats with her. I would stay here again in a heart beat. She is a SUPER STAR 🌟 hostess. Mary Ellen & Steve (Canada)

This house had all the little comforts of home, with some surprise Easter eggs on arrival that made my kids very happy. It was clean and tidy. It’s within walking distance to the dolphin cruises and some great parks. It’s also well set up for little kids. Highly recommend this house.

Loved the house, it was clean, comfortable, and huge. Great soap options provided and comfortable beds. Nice beach and walking trail nearby. Peaceful location, though we had to drive quite a bit to get to the city centre. Wild kangaroos wandering around the neighbourhood, lol. Nice backyard area too with a relaxing hammock.

Without doubt, one of the best AirBnB’s we’ve ever stayed at. Leonie’s place is magnificent, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, understated luxury with everything we could want for a family holiday at the beach. Beds are so comfortable and those views are to die for. Leonie was a fantastic host, very accommodating and thoughtful with little Easter treats left for our kids on arrival. Loved the stay, would definitely come back again.

We had a great stay at Brightside for the Easter weekend. The location was fantastic with easy access to the park and river and the kids loved the pool, table tennis table and other games that were available. It was also great being able to use the bikes and kayaks and take a short walk across the park to the pub for lunch. Absolute bonus being able to bring our dogs too for a very enjoyable stay. Thanks for a lovely stay, we have such a great time. The views are amazing, so nice to wake up to every morning and enjoy throughout the day. The apartment is nice an spacious with the bedrooms on opposing sides. My only criticism is that some elements of the apartment are tired and in need of some TLC due to age of apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, quiet apartment right across the road from the beach. Perfect for our short beach getaway away. Only down side was that the top bunk wasn’t made up for our stay so the child had to sleep with one of the adults. Otherwise the apartment was clean, conveniently located and comfortable.

A fantastic value apartment, walking distance to the heart of Mandurah. My kids loved the pool and spa and made use of the tennis equipment in the apartment. Julie communicated clearly and regularly. Would certainly stay again.
