The place was very good, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. For me, a very important potato or vegetable peeler is missing, and the entrance door did not work my husband had to fix it on several occasions, and when we left on the last day the neighbor from front was recording. Best place to stay in Cadeate! This is the second time staying in the Freddy space and our experience has always been great. Ocean View is a safe place, with people friendly and close to the main beaches such as Montañita, Olón, Ayampe, among others. Quite recommended for groups that want to enjoy the beach without having to stay in a place with many tourists or noise. Thank you for everything, we hope to come back soon!

Lovely place. It’s about a 20 minute drive from the center of Pedernales main beach. Nice beach house, pool and private beach. Security guard overnight. within a 2 minute drive there is a little market for basic items, like water, soda, etc… and next to it there is a little restaurant with tradicional Ecuadorian food, such as bolones, soups, fried fish and shrimp it’s clean and and inexpensive. We had a great time over the weekend.

Really nice secluded place, perfect if you want to enjoy time away from noises and people. It is a beautiful home right in front of the beach and the first house to the pool, making the views amazing to the ocean. The house is secluded, there is no restaurants around and 15 away from either pedernales & Cojimies, which was fine by me.

The stay in this house was super good, very comfortable place and everything was clean, Alina took care of us kindly and attentive in everything, the photos that are on Airbnb are good, but it is better when you see it physically, the house is much better than what you can see in the published photos, the good thing that has its location is that it is close to the center of Puerto Lopez and Montañita. Jorge, the owner, was very attentive to answer all your questions, we would definitely come back.

Five star place. Is like a nice hotel. The staff is very kind and the place has everything you could need. Definitely a great place. Rene was very responsive and helpful with everything.

My family and I had a blast staying here and enjoying the private beach access. It was a last minute booking and Vicky along with the staff were very helpful, communicative, and attentive.

The house is in a safe development, the communal pool area is very nice and clean. You can go to the sea from the urbanization but they are quite a few steps. Not advisable for the elderly or disabled.

We spent some amazing days on the holiday with my family. The house is very comfortable, the rooms have everything you need, in the residence there are spations in common, the olon center 10 minutes walk and the Curia and Ayampe floors just a few minutes by car idéal to rest. Would return without hesitation
