Amazing stay! The villa is stunning, peaceful, and close to great amenities. Perfect for relaxation and adventure!

The Airbnb was in an amazing location, overlooking the water! It had enough bedrooms for all 4 of us staying there, and we had a great time! It was also in a secure gated community where we felt safe!

More or less as described. Comfy beds and furniture. We particularly enjoyed the balcony space, the proximity to the beaches and El Yunke National Forest. My only niggle is it took us a couple tries to determine which compound we were actually in which was El Yunke something. It was Ocean something and Signature Service but never El Yunke anything. And there are several very similar groups of buildings next door. But it’s a small thing! Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay! The updated kitchen and bathrooms were appreciated, and the place had everything we needed. The location felt very safe with the guarded gate and a garage door opener to keep in our rental car to get in the gate when returning. It's a very quiet complex. No concerns of safety for us or our stuff. We also really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and toys. It’s in a great spot—close to El Yunque, Los Kioskos de Luquillo, and Playa Fortuna. Communication from Sebastian was excellent—super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

This is my second stay. You can see my review from March of last year for a full review. In summary, the apartment is large, clean and well appointed. It’s in a safe, gated community a few minutes off of highway 3. Close to restaurants and Luquillo beach. The host is friendly and responsive. WiFi is strong and free Netflix. No issues experienced . I would stay again in the future.

Beautiful View, do need transportation to beach and hotel. There are stairs to go to the unit. Clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommend

Amazing! Great spot for our little family. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, clean and cozy. The AC was incredible! My kids loved the pool! Hosts were super communicative and helpful. There’s not laundry on site but local spot (8m away) has wash and fold — even better! We cannot wait to return! This place checked all of our boxes but you cannot beat the LOCATION! Minutes to the rainforest, minutes to loquillo kiosks! Amazing!!

Hector's Airbnb was the perfect spot for what we wanted to do this vacation which was visit El Yunque Rainforest a couple times, enjoyed Caribali which was a pleasant surprise, local eats at Luquillo kioskos, and Luquillo beach. Was also easy to get to Old San Juan and TMobile District. Hector was an awesome host, always available through the app messaging. The house was very comfortable, very clean, everything you need. We really felt like we were staying at a family member's home. *Just a heads up, the third room in the back does have alot of nature sounds like the Puertorican Coqui frog, which to me was delightful! But if you are a light sleeper maybe not the room to choose.

The drive up had us questioning if we made the right choice, but don't let that deter you, it ended up being perfect! The house is in with all the locals houses, so you really get a feel for how they live. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the locals ride horses by or seeing dogs and cats strolling by as they meandered through the neighborhood. The house was clean, secure, well equipped, and had an amazing pool that we couldn't get the kids out of! Only a 30 minute drive into San Juan or 15 to the El Yunque Rainforest or local beaches. Well worth it to be immersed in the rainforest and hear all the wildlife and coqui frogs at night than staying in the city in our opinion! The only thing to note- if you rent a van or a car with low clearance be very careful when coming and going in the driveway, it was almost impossible to avoid scraping the bottom of the van (we didn't get charged for this with the renal company though thankfully!)

Great location! Great views! Slept 11 people comfortably!! Having an elevator was clutch!! Pool was perfect!! Even the neighborhood was great for a nice morning walk!! I’d stay here again!!

Our family vacation was everything we envisioned and more! So beautiful, relaxing, secure… met everyone’s needs. Kids loved the outdoors and the adults had a great time playing pool. Comfortable inside and out for our family of 12! Thank you for having us and we look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed our stay at Christopher’s place! He was able to accommodate us on short notice and made us feel right at home. We also got to meet and pet his dogs, which was a plus.

We had a fantastic stay at Nat’s place! She was incredibly cordial and went above and beyond to make the experience special. A thoughtful gesture for a birthday celebration, where she put up a banner, made the stay even more memorable. Nat was also super helpful with local recommendations, making it easy to explore the area like a local. Highly recommend staying here—her hospitality truly stands out!

Michelle and Nicole’s place exceeded our expectations! They were great hosts! The house was fully equipped for our family of 6. The house was very clean with comfortable beds not to mention the beautiful decor! We enjoyed the pool and the bbq while listening to the rainforest at night. The location of this home is great. Super close to beaches, good food and adventure! We had the absolute best time visiting Puerto Rico! We would definitely recommend this air bnb to anyone looking to vacation in this area!

Excellent stay. would stay again 100%. A little confusion on finding the place. why not just share location so people can use maps app on phone? we were always given directions which wasnt even the road we were coming from. was frustrating but once arrived everything excellent.

We had a great time staying in this condo. It was right on the beach. The whole area was beautiful and relaxing. Just as pictured. We also enjoyed that there was a hotel next door that we could go to for restaurants and such.

As described. it was a very well kept apartment. Great location, nearby different restaurants, local bars, beaches and El Yunque. Very peaceful beach just steps away from the apartment. We loved it. Thanks David and Anthony. We will visit again soon.

The home is spacious, clean & as described! AC in every room, which was so appreciated after a long day of play! We had a problem with the gate opening clicker the first couple of days, but there is always a friendly security guard 24/7 available to help. We did end up getting a backup clicker mid-way, which worked perfectly We found the locking of the door to be a bit tricky, to unlock is easy- with the 4 digit code and pressing the lock button, but unlocking you had to shut the door and then wait until the lock turned (which it didn't always do). Allow some time when leaving to double check it locks before heading out. We did not end up using the pool/hot tub with the beach so close, but they were easy to navigate to; an immediate right from the gate and then a left down the path. The location is not far from San Juan and has much to do- highly recommend!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Hillside Village in Rio Grande. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, including beach towels and chairs. I would definitely recommend Sherry’s place.
