Holiday rentals with beach access in Mamaia Beach

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

The place was great, even during the off-season. Good location, amplr room, good appliances. During the off-season, make sure to make reservations for restaurants since some are closed and the popular restaurants fill up.

Everything was perfect! Starting with the first message we have received from Giuseppe regarding our booking and finishing with our check out, everything went smooth. Giuseppe has a great sense of hospitality and it was really helpful. The apartament was really clean and close to both the beach and the city centre. It was our first time in Pescara, but given how good everything was it will sure not be our last and the first place we will check for availability will sure be Giuseppe’s. Thank you!

Practically new apartment equipped with all the comforts, right on the beach with spectacular sunrises. In the kitchen some necessary things were missing such as oil and salt; We managed, but I'm sure if I had asked, they would have provided them. I would recommend it

W or w ! ! ! This place is WONDERFUL, its peace, its energy, the care in every little thing and every little furniture. The rooms are impeccable as cleanliness and decor, the kindness of the owners in really EVERYTHING is priceless. The possibility of a glass of wine or a herbal tea in the Jacuzzi while you see the sun setting between the mountains and the sea, do you really need to talk about something else? And if you need to, I'll add that following the recommendations of the hosts a few kilometers away you will eat very well, or take something and cook it in the rented space... Everything is very nice. Everything is highly recommended.

The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. The view and location were spectacular! Steps to restaurants and the beach! It was perfect!

I stayed in this beautiful house with my husband, our 2-year-old, dog and cat and we were all welcomed and pampered in the best way. The house is equipped with everything you need both to clean (sponges, detergents, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, soaps, toilet paper and first aid kit) and to use the kitchen (oven, stove, fridge with freezer, dishes of all kinds and even unbreakable plates and glasses suitable for small children). The house was extremely clean and warm, comfortable even for those who are sensitive to the cold like me. The parking space right next to the entrance gate made unloading and loading luggage very easy and pleasant. Sabrina's family and Sabrina herself pampered us with wonderful gifts such as cookies and fresh fruit from their garden. For us it was a perfect stay, I can only recommend it to anyone, even those like us who travel with small children and/or animals. Rating: 10 and honors!!!

Guido was amazing, very flexible on our arrival time and his place had everything, super roomy and beautiful place. Couldn't ask for anything else, we were so humbled to stay in his once family home. The area and location super easy to walk to the amazing beach and the city center and all great restaurants. Guido was super helpful on tips and places to visit. Overall if your looking for a place to stay in Pescara his place is the place to stay. Beautiful fruit and vegetable store right outside the Airbnb and just a beautiful city to visit. Thank you Guido for all your support and please thank Christina as well she is a darling. Fabulous Airbnb guys we highly recommend it and super quiet for the rest at the evening. Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

Dino was a very nice and friendly host. The apartment is right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, great location and quiet. If I come back only here. Dino was also very flexible with check-in, he allowed us to go to the apartment earlier.

We stayed in 4 boys plus a little girl on New Year's Eve, we were with God. Mr. Martino who welcomed us was very kind, he let us stay even a few more hours having arrived late in the evening after work… the house is really nice and with all the comforts! ❤️ thank you very much.

Giovanni is a great host and always respond in a fast way. The apartment is modern and cozy. The location is also great and very close to the beach. There are also playground downstairs which is great for family with kids. I would like to strongly recommend Giovanni’s apartment to other travelers👍

We stayed one night in Chiara's house, everything was perfect, cleanliness and communication. The new place is in a great location on the waterfront and a few minutes from shops and restaurants. Chiara is an excellent host, I hope to return to this facility again.

Fabrizio was an excellent host! Communication was easy, timely, and in perfect English. He gave clear instructions and even met us in person for check-in, which made everything seamless. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and much more spacious than I expected. It was thoughtfully equipped with water, tea, coffee, and some sweet snacks as a kind gesture from Fabrizio. The location is perfect—close to the beach, charming streets, restaurants, shops, pharmacy...Everything you need is just around the corner. Highly recommend staying here!
