The host(s) was amazing! Responses were swift. The venue was peaceful and absolutely beautiful. A nice getaway that my husband and I needed. I’d definitely recommend!

Had a blast at Tiffany’s place for our first time to Treasure Beach. Everything was within walking distance (beach and a few restaurants) if you need groceries closest one is probably 30 min away so bring some with you if you don’t have a car. Love this beach town truly peaceful ☺️

Nicolette’s place is beautiful, spacious and well kept. She is very kind and proactive in her communication - which was greatly appreciated since we were checking out during hurricane Beryl. The staff - Brian, Elesha, Diane and the driver Uan were all wonderful as well. I would give this listing and amazing people more than 5 stars if I could! Highly recommend this place!

Just arrived home after a lovely 12 night stay here visiting family Patrick & Susan they made us feel right at home straight away, the villa was very big and spacious the beds were huge, very comfortable and the views from the verandas were breathtaking the pool was fantastic myself and my children loved the place and we will definitely return again Many thanks Tramaine X

Gilles gave us a beautiful place with nice viewings and a kind of private beach. The ride took 2:30h our on jamaican streets, so we recommend not to land in the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also recommend to use a driver and not rent a car. The place was wonderful and totally private. The pool and the rooms were good. Missing AC but it was mentioned in the description so totally fine. When we entered the house, we mentioned, that it was a longer tine uninhabited. The initial clean up before arrival was missing, but that was definitely no show stopper. Gilles was always friendly and responsible. At the end, there was a little misunderstanding with the staff, if the service was included or not in the stay. We solve this with Gilles together. We as a family recommend this place for a calm and sunny stay. Thanks a lot.

Staying here was pure pleasure - the sound of the ocean waves, an amazing shaded gazebo space, helpful staff and a comfortable home. The pool is wonderful, long enough for laps. The food was divine - each meal Petrina made us was scrumptious. She is one of the best cooks I've ever met and a beautiful person. We felt well taken care of by all. I highly recommend staying at Villa de la Sable.

Had an amazing stay with one mom, three adult kids. I worked mostly with their property manager, who arranged a daily chef, a car & driver, housekeeper, stocked fridge and rides to/from MBJ. Both the manager and the owners helped us with a couple recommendations to narrow down good day trips. The owners are super responsive and very knowledgeable. They were even staying in Jamaica while we were there so we met them, and they were kind and friendly people. The view is stunning, everything was spotless, clean, easy location to get to Negril or South Coast, kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to cook at home for breakfasts and dinners (toaster, coffeemaker, cookware, utensils, etc). When the power cut once it popped right back on, the wifi worked great, ACs in the bedrooms were chilly and dehumidifying, fans everywhere, great cross breeze in the living room. Would gladly rent this house again or any other place from the owners.

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Treasure Beach—truly an oasis of peace and privacy. Annabelle and Gwen were fantastic house managers offering warm hospitality and delicious meals. They took great care of us and our kids, making our stay unforgettable. One note for future guests: it’s good to know that finding food for lunches or snacks can be tricky, so planning ahead by letting the hosts know what you may want might be helpful. Overall, a perfect retreat—we highly recommend it!

Shakti Home has World Class service and a 10/10 location. Amazing staff who were all friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and dinners were on par, if not better than any dishes I’ve had elsewhere in the area. The addition of Maxine was a huge plus, as my family had lost our family dog suddenly just days before arriving. Thank you Sharon for the incredible memories and for hosting us at your home.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Juba and Brittany were extremely helpful and made delicious food. Khoren was a very responsive host. The location was very remote but we used local Treasure Tours for transportation to YS Falls and Jack Sprat. The water was warm and calm. We could see many fish from the balcony of the pool. The only change from prior photos was the hurricane washed away much of the sandy beaches. There was still a small sand area under a tree but the rest of the coast was gone. Made for fun shell collecting. Overall, it was truly breathtaking and an amazing time. We all enjoyed our stay very much!u

Truly a wonderful place for a family vacation! The location is spectacular, with a gorgeous pool overlooking the crashing sea. The house is lovely and kept immaculately clean. Excellent swimming beaches within a five minute walk. But most of all, the team that cares for you at Pelican Point is just the best. Porsha is a wonderful cook and a wonderful human; we loved her food and getting to know her and the rest of her team. Shorty takes immaculate care of the grounds and always offers an uplifting smile. And the Treasure Tours team that manages the house and helps with activities couldn’t be more accommodating. I highly recommend both this house and Treasure Beach in general to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, fun place to vacation that is off the beaten path and away from the masses of resorts and vacationers. It’s as lovely a community as everyone says and a real joy to have been part of for one short but fantastic week!

Villa Hikaru is a special place — out of the way, wonderful sea view, beautiful garden, with lots of nooks and crannies for everyone to find their own space or come together. The team looking after the villa and guests — Vanesia, Cedrena and Patrick — are fabulous: the villa and gardens are in great condition and the cooking is delicious. It’s a good 2 hour drive from Montego Bay, in a quiet parish with no major tourist attraction nearby. Which for us made it perfect. There’s a fishing village nearby and a couple of beach bars, so if you’re looking to escape the noise and crowds, this is the place!

Truly Unforgettable Experience! The place was breathtakingly beautiful, the views were tranquil and awe-inspiring, and the staff were exceptionally outstanding. Demar, the incredibly talented Chef, and Terry, the diligent housekeeping expert, were both remarkably warm, helpful, and prompt in their service. Overall, I felt deeply inspired and utterly at home while on vacation! I would highly recommend the hosts and this spectacular location to anyone seeking a serene and rejuvenating escape.

Our stay at this Villa was great. We asked for an early check in if possible and they were able to accommodate us with this request. The Property Manager Melanie was very communicative and was on site to greet us when we checked in. Super responsive overall, place was very clean and felt very homely. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Very romantic and perfect for a getaway. The staff was extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. Everything we needed was at the Villa! I hope we get to visit again soon :)

Minerva House was the perfect setting for our adult family of 8 to bring in the New Year. The en-suite bedrooms were lovely and air conditioned. Two of them had outdoor showers as well as indoors. The patio & pool areas overlooking the sea were spacious and provided plenty of seating options including a dining area. The views were serene and the sunsets spectacular. The highlight for us were the amazing staff that Mary has assembled. Richie, Princess & Shan were truly wonderful and took great care of us. Breakfasts and dinners were expertly prepared and served. Richie went above and beyond by constructing a bonfire for us on the beach on New Year’s Eve while we released Chinese lanterns over the sea with our hopes for the coming year. We could not have asked for a more perfect start to 2025. Thank you Mary, Richie, Shan & Princess!

This lovely postcard property was absolute perfection. Homey, peaceful and relaxed comfort. The perfect sunsets shared with cocktails and family in quiet privacy. The host Mark was unbelievably helpful and quick to respond. Our favorite takeaway from this holiday was Shane the property manager. He was patient, kind, funny, like having a family member that knows allllll the things about Jamaica. We enjoyed his expertise and his company so much. His investment of time with us made our stay in Jamaica exactly what we were looking for. This stay make us want to raise our bar as Air B and B hosts.
