We had a great stay in Angel’s apartment. Great location close to the centre of the old town. Apartment has everything you need. Ángel was in hand to welcome us, show us all the facilities and help us locate the local amenities. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described—clean and cozy. Throughout our stay, Pablo’s communication with us was excellent. The location was perfect, we had a great supermarket only minutes away, cafes and restaurants, the beach, and transit to explore the city. We felt right at home and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free getaway. Can’t wait to return! Little things to note: the Airbnb does not have a TV or microwave. You can live without both, but just a heads up! You may also notice a little noise on the roofing in the bedrooms, BUT it will not disturb your sleep :)

The apartment is a perfect base for a stay in València, right on the sea front and with great tram and bus connections into the centre of the city. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was a pleasant place to hang out. Luis is a fantastic host, meeting is to get us checked in, and proactively sending recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. He is very responsive, and during our time there Valencia experienced terrible flooding, during which time he checked in on us and gave us advice about staying safe. We couldn’t have been in better hands. Thanks Luis!

Very comfortable, clean, and modern. This Airbnb had the most comfortable bed and nicest bedding I’ve come across in such accommodations. Alboraia is far outside the center of Valencia, but is a calm beach community walkable the La Malvarossa, El Cabanyal, and the Marina. You can access the center via bus or taxi. The garage parking space is tight, but there’s plentiful parking just outside, which we used.

The apartment was spotless, the sheets, towels and all the utensils very clean and ready for use. The owner always serves fast and open for possible needs. Everything has been great and we have been agusto. We were two adults and two girls. Very grateful to the host for everything. We will have this accommodation again on future visits to Valencia.

Just back from a fabulous week at Liz’s wonderful house. The place looks just as lovely as the photos. Easy to get to from the airport via metro and tram. Lots of places to eat nearby. Great communication with the hosts and everything you need for a fantastic stay! Will definitely be back.

Ellen is a very welcoming host. Your house (we had the upper apartment) with the huge balcony is a dream. Very spacious and high-quality furnishings. The garden is well maintained, the terrace by the pool is very nice, cozy. We were also able to use the pool. We will be happy to come again.

Spacious and modernized villa, with many services and details. We were very comfortable as a family. I'm sure on other dates the pool would have used the pool every day, but on Christmas it wasn't important. Thanks to Frederic and Nadine who have been very attentive and flexible.

Super clean and useful space near the waterfront, about 10-15minute drive from the center of Valencia. Comfortable and useful with a washer/dryer and secure parking. Host was super friendly and helpful. Great place to stop in a great city.

Everything was perfect! Accommodation of impeccable cleanliness with all the essentials for a great stay (hygiene products, towels, coffee and condiments). The living room is very large and comfortable to stay in. The master bedroom with its private bathroom is fine. The other two bedrooms also have a bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway. Perfect welcome, Magda is an extraordinary kindness. Air conditioning is in the hallway that gives access to the bedrooms. It allows you to spend a night in the cool which is very nice with the heat. The views are simply beautiful! The garage next to the apartment with the private space is a real plus even if we had no worries about parking in front of the apartment. Perfect value for money! We will come back without hesitation!
