Great host, great place!

Chris and Jillian's place was the perfect weekend get away for my family and I! The house has everything you need, the beach toys, paddle board and kayaks were my family's favorite! We even got to see dolphins right from the family room. Will definitely book again!

I stayed with two toddlers. We had a great time. Location was amazing and we enjoyed the ambiance inside the unit. Jessica was very pleasant. I would gladly stay here again. Thank you Jessica.

She was very responsive and was very nice accepting our dogs. We got evacuated and it was last minute booing she allowed us to check in early the couple things that we were not happy we notify immediately and she was super responsive if I need to Evacuate again will stay there again if avaible .

Place was clean, check in was smooth, host communicated clearly. Location is great for the LB convention center probably less than a 10 min walk. There’s restaurants around or a Vons that 2 blocks away if you want to cook. Place is cute and cozy. Would book here again.

The space was perfectly utilized down to every square inch! And it was beautiful! Katrina put thought into everything she did. EVERYTHING! The interior was better than the pictures. She provided robes and slippers! The place was extremely clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. And the tub is a deep tub and I love deep tubs. I can go on and on! Katrina is a kind person and very thoughtful. Her place deserved more than 5 stars and my wife said from now on when we visit Cali, we are going to this place! She loved everything about it! Katrina made this experience very magical for my wife as it was her first time visiting Cali and a dream come true that was better than she imagined it would be. I’m grateful for the experience and pray success over Katrina. Leaving anything less than 5 stars is a crime. Thank you Katrina!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We had flight and travel issues, but they were nothing but friendly, helpful, and understanding. Communication was excellent and they were extremely responsive. The space and location were amazing and exactly as described. The place was spotless and stocked with anything you would need. The location is perfect for beach time and within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect with the Alamitos Bay and Naples directly in front and a short walk to the beach and to great places to eat and shop. John was a great host who was very kind and helpful. The sunrises are fantastic. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming as well.

Wonderful hosts! So accommodating and kind and flexible! Only about 3 minute walk to the beach and so quiet and calm. Love it!

I had a great time staying here! I came from NY for a conference and to get away from the cold, and needed a place close to the convention center- this was perfect, so close to the convention center, easy and short walk there. Although it is close to the beach, I did not go to the beach. Long Beach is a nice city! The studio apartment was perfect for me, clean, modern, had everything I needed. The balcony was nice! The bed was SO comfortable, I slept better here than at home! The high was 65-70 and low was around 50 while I was there. The heat in the building turns on automatically when it reaches a certain temp, which I didn't love, but easily overcome by opening the window or balcony door. it doesn't have A/C (maybe it will in future) so don't know how it would be in warmer weather. The apartment building was nice and I felt so at home here. Nico was a fantastic host, very responsive and super helpful with local recommendations and advice for getting around- much appreciated!

Lilith is truly an amazing and caring host who is willing to help in any way she can. This was my second time booking this reservation because it is the perfect stay for a relaxing vacation. I look forward to booking again soon.

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

We were looking for a place to stay while we were impacted by the Los Angeles fires, and came across this listing. I'm glad we did! My family (me, my wife, our two-year-old son, and my mother-in-law) stayed here for two nights, and it was beautiful. It had all the necessary amenities, it was very clean, finding it and getting in was a breeze, and the views of the ocean were even better than advertised. We were just a few blocks from the beach, and overall had a great stay. Thank you!

Overall a five star stay, BUT, I wish the host had a printed binder of house rules. I had to reach out to the host for each item that I needed. When I did reach out, the host was very responsive, but still, cutting out a middleman would have been a perfect stay. This came close. Stunning views, lovely space, and host had fresh flowers for my arrival. Five stars, will visit again!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Josie's cute place. With two floors, it felt spacious enough for the five of us, and we enjoyed sitting in the sunshine on the upper balcony. We really liked the location because it's on a quiet residential street but central enough to walk to the town center and get to everything we wanted to see. Josie was also responsive and helpful. Would recommend!

Best location in Manhattan beach on the strand directly in front of the ocean. Our stay was perfect. Would love to stay at Tony’s again.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment had beautiful views, great location, very spacious and a great kitchen set up! Walked every day on the beach but it is across the road. Would definitely stay again!

Issue with the remote to get into the garage other then that it was a great location
