Holiday rentals with a patio in Malate

The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

I had an incredible stay at Ace's place! From the moment I arrived, Ace was welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. Ace provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The location was perfect—close to attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Communication was seamless, and Ace went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!

Great location near MOA, clean and comfortable unit. It had the basics but wasn’t very well-equipped. Nice building with pools and security. Host was responsive. Good for a short stay!

Excellent use of space. The unit was neat and orderly. Also, the table size is good for remote workers, and the Wi-Fi worked properly during our stay. P.S: I really liked their pillows the most, had the best sleep in a while :D

Sir Glenmore was so amazing from start to finish. Right when my booking was confirmed right up to the last second of it. Even when we were already downstairs and about to go. Place is what you see in photos - clean and very well prepared. What I loved the most about this is its location - almost near to places where people would usually go and it is very easy to find. The place looks great with a homeyyy vibe! Very clean and well ventilated. Lots of things to do! We had karaoke, playcards while drinking, billiards etc. We all had fun. Some minor recommendations, a longer dining table to accommodate more people and additional mosquito repellant inside the rooms on the 2nd floor. We were advised regarding the mosquito so we’re prepared with Off lotion 😝 Overall! This is a great place to stay with your family or friends within the city. The host was very proactive and friendly. Very considerate and easy to contact especially during check-in and check-out time. Thanks you Sir Patrick and to the whole staff! 💖

we stayed for our VISA interview at the embassy which is right across the building. only a 5-10mins walk to and from the building to the over pass which right when u get to the other side is already the start line for the embassy. the accessibility to everything is great! catholic church is near, also surrounded by café’s, small restaurant finds, 7/11 … everything’s walkable. the place has given us so much comfort and very homey vibes. my parents love the place so much because everything is provided from slippers to dish washing soap and hand soap and other bathroom necessities were provided. the room smells good too! over all we enjoyed our stay in Pamela Ann’s place! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay at Jean's place. The unit was neat and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and pleasant experience. Every corner of the unit was thoughtfully utilized, providing a spacious feel despite its size. We had no issues at all and highly recommend staying here. We are a group of 6 adults and we stayed Feb 2-9 2025. We chkin at midnight and Joan,host, welcomed us with basket of Filipino treats and cold Bottled water. Meant so much for our Canadian friends and us. All four bedrooms were very comfortable and gave us much privacy. Each room has ensuite bathroom that made a big difference. A very warm feeling of a home. I highly recommend if looking for a relaxing place.

Glyza was a great host. She allowed us to check in early. She also accomodated us at the last minute when we needed a place to stay for a few more days. There is a very nice pool, and a small gym to work out. I would recommend this place to others.

We had such a great time celebrating my husband’s post-birthday at Chloe’s Place! It was the perfect spot for a relaxing and cozy getaway. The location was super convenient, with plenty of food spots and grocery stores nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or any essentials. Getting around was a breeze, though we brought our own car, and having a reserved parking slot (for a small fee) was a big plus. There was also plenty to do! We enjoyed walking around the area, and for an additional fee, we had access to the swimming pool and basketball court—such a fun bonus! The neighborhood was peaceful, and the neighbors were so warm and friendly, even though we were only there for a couple of days. Overall, it was totally worth it, and we’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend Chloe’s Place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Perfect Stay with a Stunning Pyromusical View! Our overnight stay was amazing! The highlight was the breathtaking view of the pyromusical at Mall of Asia—truly a magical experience from the balcony. This place was beautiful! 6th floor with balcony in front of the beautiful pool. They also have groceries that you don’t have to go to the store to buy some but you just have to pay it. I love this place and l will definitely use this in the near future! Thank you Mark for letting us stay in your beautiful condo.
