Holiday rentals with a patio in Malá Morávka

Thank you so much for a beautiful and modern place to stay. Everything was in order. The place was clean, scented, and no problem. The description matches the photos - we might say that even better than the photos :) There was nothing missing between the amenities (all the dishes, towels, clean sheets, comfortable beds, ...). The location of the place was also convenient, without noise, but in a location where everything is a short walk. A souvenir shop, a restaurant, and a cafe were just on the ground floor. If you're hesitant to choose this place, we recommend 11/10 :) Thank you again for the opportunity to have a pleasant stay in Karlovo Studánka.

A Perfect Family Getaway! This is an excellent place to rest and recharge with the family. The house is spacious and truly feels like a home away from home. The surrounding area offers plenty of charming cities with beautiful landscapes and a variety of activities that kids will love. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The stały was very nice. The building is situated near the large ski slope with diver seroutes. Room itself was very functional and clean. The bathroom and kitchen are very well equipped and people who are planning to come here have a nice place to cook. I encountered an issue with receiving the key from the box near the front door. Instead of " Key pickup" you have to click " key dropoff" and then enter the code. This was a minor issue but Aleš helped me very fast.

Michael is a nice man! The apartment is very modern, beautifully decorated, comfortable. Great place to relax!

HP apartments exceeded our expectations :). Peaceful large accommodation with modern and clean amenities. Beautiful glazed patio where you could sit in October:). We were pleasantly delighted by the above-standard amenities for children - the opportunity to borrow toys, Albi pencil and books, balance bikes, stroller. Very kind and helpful lady. Thank you, and we'll continue to recommend it.

Our stay was amazing from the arrival, we were welcomed by a pleasant and helpful gentleman, he showed us around the house, recommended some activities and places, we loved the stay, beautiful house, fully equipped in a quiet location, an ideal place to spend a quiet weekend or more days, we have nothing to complain about and we can only recommend the MASØN house.

I'm a person who never writes a review, but this place just deserves a review… A truly beautiful, luxurious, modern, and clean space. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you can imagine. The place is really spotlessly clean. High quality furnishings and furniture. In short, 10/10 is not the only thing I can complain about. I recommend 👍

Very atmospheric place, beautifully decorated house and cottage. We felt at home. A great base for mountain hikes. Very friendly host, great communication. Thank you for the delicious, sweet surprises! :-)

We were happy with everything, clean house, clean neighborhood. Various activities for children in the house, which we welcomed. We didn't miss anything. Great communication with the host and she always responded right away.

The vacation home was the best Airbnb we visited in the Czech Republic. Everything was simply available (all kitchen utensils, candles, batteries, cleaning utensils, dishwasher tabs, coffee capsules, dish towels, wipes, towels, shower gel, shampoo, notes, tissues, etc...). The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms super clean, there was plenty of wood (including firewood, all free) for the fireplace and the fireplace outside, plus underfloor heating and bread sticks. Katerina and her family gave welcome gifts and farewell gifts, and they even set up 2 baby cribs for our twins - something like this is not a matter of course. We absolutely did not miss anything in the house and felt very comfortable. However, the house is in a very quiet, remote area and you have to drive a bit to get to a bigger city. But you can enjoy the tranquility in the adjacent forest. We wholeheartedly give a 100% recommendation!

A great place to come back. Privacy, space, beautiful neighborhood, lovely owners. I recommend it with a clear conscience, especially a group who wants to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city or celebrate something important. In winter, it's a good starting point for skiing and sledding, a place for a bonfire, games, and fun in the summer. For mountain lovers, every season will be good.

Absolutely great place to stay in a beautifully crafted house. Absolutely great amenities, everything you could need in the kitchen, beautiful cozy rooms, plenty of bathrooms, great ,party” room in the garage. For a group with children, perfectly equipped, children's play area, countless games and toys, step stairs in each bathroom, potty children's boards. In the summer, we are looking forward to another stay, a huge space behind the house with a garden and a cozy patio. The hosts are very nice people, we keep our fingers crossed for the accommodation and, above all, no more floods. We are smelling that there is no sign of flooding on the house as such. We recommend 1000% and look forward to seeing you again :)

We all had a great time staying at Martina's place in Sobotín. Every morning we skied in Červenohorské sedlo, which can be reached in 25min by car. All afternoon, we enjoyed the house, the gardens, and the surrounding area. We also used a bonfire that can also be grilled once. The view from the terrace and garden is directly to the mountains.

Functional apartment in a quiet area by the ski slope. Peace and quiet in the summer. Even on a hot day inside was nice. A parking space next to the building and a lockbox for a bike or ski in the building. The apartment is very well equipped and spacious.

Apartman ma vynikajici lokalitu. It's nearby. It's beautiful as in the photos. Everything was perfect for a family with small children for a week's vacation. We'd love to come back!

Nice and cosy apartment, very close to grocery store Hruska, walkable to local bakery and in the middle of Jeseniky mountains. We enjoyed visiting close ski resorts (15-40 minutes by car). For a start with little kids we recommend Annaberg, as they gain confidence we enjoyed Ski Karlov and Ski Koprivna. We definitely want to come back in summer to explore some hiking trails in Jeseniky.
