Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Maisons-Alfort

Bruno’s place feels like a home away from home. He was very responsive and was there to check us in and show us around. Bruno’s place is spacious, well furnished and within walking distance of amenities I’d definitely recommend and would stay again

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

Great family experience. The house hosted us all in great comfort, very good facilities and appliances. All very complete, good beds and whiteness. Interesting eclectic decor! Easy to get there on foot and with public transport. Spacious spaces and a cute garden!

Tarik is a great host. He was responsive and pleasant. He answered all our questions. The space was spacious, functional, great for a family who meets but where everyone wants to have their own space. The breakfast products offered were a nice surprise and much appreciated attention. Being able to park on site was a plus. Metro line 7 is less than a 10min walk away and allowed us to visit Paris quietly. The bedding is great, the place is extremely quiet. The games available, foosball and billiards made it possible to take care of the family in the evening. We will come again!! ☺️

Damien is a very welcoming and available host. The accommodation is luxurious and clean. As for the garden, it is a small haven of peace out of sight. I recommend it!

Valérian is very responsive. Large house, clean, located on fenced-in lot. Ultra quiet area a few minutes walk from RER C or N.

A number of family members came together for a few days and we all felt at home in the house. The kids loved it and we enjoyed cooking and hanging out in the lounge dining area. The open fire is really nice to relax in front of. The weather wasn’t the best when we were there but managed to get out in the rain for a nice walk and there looks like there are lots of country walks in the area. I would recommend a car if you want to explore.

We really enjoyed Christians house. We’re not city types, so being so close to Paris - 30-45 mins on reliable transport worked for us. The house is spacious and comfortable with all modern fittings, including air con. The children loved the pool and went in every day. The cellar playroom was also a great addition for the days it rained. There weren’t too many places to eat close by but we just got Uber eats as we were tired from sightseeing. The cat quickly got to know us and was friendly - kids loved having a pet. We brought our own sheets and towels to avoid extra charges as we travelled by car. Only small niggle was no key collection instructions until the day of travel which felt a little late, but worked exactly to plan once agreed. We would definitely visit again.

The apartment is comfortable and quiet. The host was very attentive.

Stay was just as advertised! Architecture is just lovely. It was nice to have access to a washer/dryer after traveling for a few days. Of note, the spiral stairs are intense - approximately 80+ steps to the unit with no lift. If you have large or heavy luggage, I would not recommend. If you are pregnant, disabled, or have limited mobility, you’ll quickly be winded. Not uncommon for European stays, but just something to keep in mind.

The place was great! The host is very responsive. Be aware that the apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator. Other than that, everything was great.

The place was super clean and as described. Location was in a quiet suburban part of Paris, away from the touristy area which suited us well. Lots of cafes etc within walking distance and a 10 minute walk to the metro. Best suited to a family as the sofa bed wasn't super comfortable with two adults but fine too.

Anne-Laure was a wonderful host! She honestly became a friend during my stay. Stunning and clean place, that truly felt like a home. Whenever I had any questions, Anne-Laure was there to respond! She was so accommodating and covered all bases of my stay. She even found alternative stay for her cat because I’m allergic 🥲. I can’t wait to stay again and would urge everyone to as well! Only 1 toilet (in the living room)for 4 bedrooms. Only downside because charming apartment, located in a backyard of a beautiful character building. The accommodation is very well located in front of the Samaritaine, shops, restaurants, bars all around. Louvre at an incredible 400m. Carefully decorated, top-notch cleanliness. The kitchen could offer a countertop. Very responsive host.

I had a lovely stay at Emmanuel's. Very communicative and flexible. He provided local recommendations and lists of metro instructions, house manual, etc. I enjoyed being able to either walk or jump on the metro and be anywhere quickly. I enjoyed the large space and terrace. Thank you Emmanuel!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to get to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, beautiful and cozy. We filled up like at home. The communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Total a very good experience!

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

Super nice house in a lovely location. Easy by public transport to enter Paris but a spacious house with spacious garden to enjoy the tranquility. Thomas is a super host who responds quickly and helps when needed. I would recommend this home to any one.

Very good experience to celebrate my husband's birthday with family and close friends. Audrey was a great help, very responsive and flexible. The house was greatly appreciated by all my guests. Do it again in summer to be able to enjoy the great garden. Thank you Audrey!

An amazing evening in an ideal setting. A beautiful home that we were lucky enough to book this winter for a family / friends meal. The weather was not nice but the place was amazing enough that it only stayed in the background. Clarence is an extremely friendly and attentive host. I can't wait to experience this place in a summer setting to enjoy the pool.
