Tim was a lovely host, very responsive and made me feel at ease and ready for our weekend in Rye. It’s a great house, a perfect size for us as 2 adults, 2 children + dog. There are lots of games and books provided and there’s a nice big park opposite with a playground. We particularly enjoyed the cat cafe which is just at the end of the street. And everything is in walking distance. A great location. We had a wonderful time.

Exactly what we were looking for, plenty of space for our family of six. Excellent location for this stunning beach. Loved it - we will totally be going again.

This is a beautiful house, exactly as shown in the photos - fresh, clean, and equipped with every possible amenity. The heating is excellent, making winter evenings cozy and enjoyable. Sharon, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The house was very very nice and pretty large which we needed and in a superb location. Very nice quiet street but also very close to Church Street and all its amen. The kids playroom basement was a real bonus for our kids. Kaz was very friendly and really helped us out by letting us drop our 4 suitcases when we arrived in Stoke Newington otherwise we would have had an awkward few hours! She also let us move into the house early which was also very appreciated. Overall it was probably our best Airbnb experience to date.

Mark was very responsive. We had an issue on New Year’s Day which was addressed very quickly, and fairly dealt with subsequently. Great location and great fun.

Fabulous place to stay right by the beach and not too far from Rye. The house had everything we needed to cook in and was a perfect layout for an extended family to relax and socialise. The garden was a good size with a lovely hammock and table tennis table too. We all had a great time and would highly recommend this as a place to stay. We absolutely loved our stay, extremely comfortable, cosy and relaxing place to call home for a few days. located 10 mins walk from beautiful Shoreham, we really enjoyed being able to walk to lunch at the Mount Vineyard so easily. my daughter loved the big garden and the swing was a lovely surprise! thanks again for everything:)

What an amazing place and brilliant hosts who could not be more helpful. The little treats on arrival made it an absolutely amazing stay!

Absolutely loved our stay in the barn. Even in the heart of winter was plenty to do. The games room is stocked full of everything you could ask for and more, and jacuzzi was perfect, especially right after a cold plunge dip in the swimming pond. The barn has been done up to a high standard, the kitchen was great had every utensil under the sun which was well received as we cooked all sorts including a cake! Lounge area also just what we needed, with a warm log burner to top it off. Great amount of surrounding garden and fields for dogs, and we enjoyed James’ recommended walk to the town of Battle. James was so helpful and super accommodating, giving us a full tour on arrival and responding quickly if we had queries.

Caroline was a wonderful host. She made sure we had more than what we needed. She was flexible to our requests and was so friendly. We were thrilled with our stay, thank you!

This has been one of my best Airbnb stays. Apartment is new and clean with minimal and tasteful furnishings. The Bloom buildings have almost all amenities you can think of. It helps that there’s a concierge to help out with random needs. I look forward to staying again!

Had a brilliant holiday at the lighthouse - great location with sea and walks in the doorstep. The house was perfect for us really interesting , inspiring and quirky with everything you could need. Comfy beds, clean, private and quiet. Maggie was a lovely host to communicate with. Great views too! Want to return in the summer to use the pool! Thank you :)

Lovely spacious lodge with everything you could want for a confortable stay. High spec decorations , facilities, comfy beds and living areas

Guest house was clean and tidy. Bed was made up for us. Impressed by kitchen things, every cabinet was full of stuff to use, even salt, papers and oil was on shelf. There was over, over trays and things, air fryer was there, every cleaning product was there, every single things what you think about it was there. Lots of towels, beddings, sheets everything was there to use. Thank you Dan

A beautiful little hidey hole right in the centre of a lively village, but so peaceful, and surrounded by wonderful country walks. Possibly a bit cramped for two, but, for me and my dog, just perfect!

With potential bad weather on the horizon, I needed a place to stay close to work and also required peace and quiet to complete work commitments. I made an enquiry at 4.00pm on Friday and was in by 7.00pm. Very helpful communication, especially as it was so last minute. I arrived to find the property spotless, warm, inviting and very comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful, located along a track but was only a mile or so to the village with a great pub and well stocked convenience store. I brought my four legged helper (a working springer) who had a pheasant wake up call each morning. That got me up and about, albeit a bit earlier than I planned. :) The walks from the door were stunning. It is a charming single bedroom property with a private terrace which had beautiful views. I can highly recommend this property if you wish to relax, unwind in front of the log burner with a good book in the winter and explore the area (Canterbury, Folkestone and Hythe) in the Summer.

Everything was great and as described with a perfect location close to the sea front. Stephen was friendly and made us feel welcome upon arrival so it was easy to settle in and relax. A well deserved five stars!

Justyna was a great host. She answered any questions we had and was very friendly. The accommodation looked exactly like the photos and was good value for money. Walking distance to the Tottenham stadium so ideal if going to an event there. Overall, good value for money and a pleasant stay.
