Fantastic stay at this home. Very accommodating and made our experience a pleasant one. Quick responses and was helpful with all queries. The hot tub on the nice spring day was a great addition 👍🏾

Had a wonderful stay in Herne Bay with a big group of friends for my partners 30th. Lovely and spacious perfect for the size of our group, lovely quiet area with lots of shops, pubs and places to eat all very near. Hot tub was a great touch to enjoy. Everything was perfect to cooking, baking a cake, having drinks and chilling in front of the tele. Lisa was a great host very quick to respond, felt very relaxed speaking to her and very helpful overall. Neighbour was very friendly. I highly recommend if there is a large group to book. All of us all said we would return especially in the summer with the kiddies to take them to the beach.

Ideal house for a family Christmas stay. My grandchildren loved the triple bunk bed. Close to the sea for walks along the beach and chilly dips in the sea. We loved the sauna on the beach.

Beautiful accommodation in lovely grounds with everything you need to host a group celebration. The decor is fabulous!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jo's. The photographs don't quite do the communal spaces justice! The kitchen, dining area and lounge were very spacious and lovely. The home is well equipped. All bedrooms were good sizes with comfy beds. Lovely walks right on the doorstep. Short drive to Whitstable. Jo was communicative and a great host. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a lovely stay in Nicola’s home. The space was clean and tidy, we were welcomed with a bowl of treats and a kind note from Nicola. She allowed us early check in which was much appreciated. The hot tub was amazing. Nicola provided a detailed guide of the home as well as local recommendations which was very helpful. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay near Canary Wharf! The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The hot tub and sauna are luxurious and a fun treat! Kitchen is fairly well stocked and easy to cook in. A/C worked great. Washer/dryer combo machine is nice to have as well. There is a small market across the street which makes getting groceries super easy. The bus stops right in front of the house for easy transport to Canary Wharf or anywhere in the city. Great transportation connections via DLR as well. Greenwich is an easy walk and a wonderful way to spend a day. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Thanks for making it a great place for our family!

We had a wonderfully cosy and comfortable stay at Linda’s house over Christmas. She gave us a great welcome, showing us around and leaving us a bundle of goodies. The house is spacious, homely and peaceful with lovely sea views from pretty much every room, and we appreciated the Christmas decorations. The hot tub made our trip, so nice after a blustery beach walk. Really enjoyed getting to know Sandgate and nearby Folkestone, lots of nice pubs, cafes and shops and interesting redevelopment of the harbour area. Would love to go back and stay in the house in the summer.

We were a group of 3 adults and 4 teenagers and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay here. Plenty of space for all of us and tv, hot tub and games room kept everyone entertained in between trips out. Access to transport was excellent - two minute walk from overground station (Leyton Midland) and buses that took us to Central underground station (Leyton) in 10 minutes. Food shops at the end of the road too to stock cupboards for meals. Thanks for a great stay.

We had an amazing time at Grace's Villa. We took her advice and embraced the Gatsby Style for our party which was a huge success. The house is great, cosy but also spacious, very well laid out for a gathering and all the little details was much appreciated. We had friends from all over the world and everyone had the best stay. Thanks Grace! Might even book for my own 50 th in a couple years😁

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!

Such a beautiful location, the decor is gorgeous and the perfect place for a wholesome girlie weekend! We struggled with the wood fired hot tub as so unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy this but other than that this is an amazing stay!

We stayed at Arun's place for a 30th birthday party and had a great time. The photos don't do it justice, it was so spacious, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so you're not under each others skin. The bar area was a lot of fun, and the hot tub was the highlight for sure. I would recommend 100% and would definitely be up for another stay when booking with a group. Arun was great with communication and made us feel comfortable.

Chestnut Meadow was a dream break away, Easy check-in & out, Very clean & fresh, modern. Home from home feel. Hot tub was a lovely way to end the day. Very helpful when we left something behind. Would highly recommend & stay again.

The log cabin was amazing!! It was the perfect place to stay with my family for my dad's 80th birthday weekend. The cabin is decorated so lovely, and super cosy with the log burner! Andrew the host is very helpful and always got back to me very quickly to answer my questions. We loved the little birthday gifts and decorations that were left for my dad It was really special! Thank you. we will definitely be back to stay again!

Just got home from a lovely 2 night stay at Spitfire Barn. Spitfire barn is set back from Wendy and Aidens own home. Set back further from that are the 2 huts. Spitfire Barn is a lovely and spacious barn which has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and dining area downstairs and a huge living room area upstairs. Its well kept and has absolutely everything you could need for your stay. From tea/coffee and sugar in the kitchen to toiletries in the bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed all the games in the barn too such as trivia card games and monopoly. Our favourite part though, (one of the reasons we chose spitfire barn) was the gorgeous, clean and heated jacuzzi. If I had to find any downside it would be miniscule such as the jacuzzi not being as private as I thought due to a road being next to it, (not heavily used but still had odd vehicles driving by). This wouldnt stop us returning though! Thank you Wendy & Aidan for a lovely break away ❤

Excellent private surroundings in a lovely little village. The private hot tub in an enclosed space was also excellent for any time of year. Lovely decor & furnishings inside & well looked after. Well equipped inside. With all that you need for a comfortable stay. Good communication throughout booking. And it's great that an early check-in time is now offered. Really enjoyed the place & we shall stay again in the future. Thank you.

A really delightful place to relax. Keith was fab. Place was wonderful. Robes for Us both and sliders to get up to the amazing hot tub. Good pub round the corner and most especially the breakfast was brought to the door and was utterly fab. Thanks Keith. Lovely all around.

We loved our stay at Honeywood cabins! The cabin was perfectly clean with lovely touches such as a cake and fresh milk on arrival. Check in was easy and the local town of Maldon is definitely worth a visit.

A much needed relaxing stay in the perfect location. Waking up to the sunrise and an amazing breakfast was incredible
