The house was in fantastic shape and worked perfect for our quick weekend trip to see family. We would definitely enjoy staying again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The resort is beautiful. We grilled one night and had a blast with how much amnesties there was. Oh and the bed in the master bathroom with the barn door was the best bed we have ever slept on! We got the best sleep in that bed. Our friends enjoyed it. We are already planning another trip for next year

The home itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The highlight, though, was the stunning lake views and the private dock—perfect for fishing! We had a wonderful time catching a catfish and bluegill. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had all the essentials. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking meals. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or outdoor adventure, this place is ideal. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect lakefront escape!

This one is on my top favorites in Texas so far. It's super quiet, with a small lake near it, and the beautiful Conroe Lake around 10 minutes away. The house is super clean and cozy, with all you need for having a great time. Also, we have been able to see racoons, owls, and a group of deers. It's a coming back one, for sure.

We had a wonderful stay in Conroe. Our family enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood, the beautiful lake, and the clean and cozy home. Everything was clean, uncluttered, and comfortable. Nice place perfect for a weekend get away

The Good Smoke cabin was great, the pool area was very relaxing and me and my wife felt right at home. We really enjoyed our time at Happy Goat and will return

We had a great stay at Norma’s place! The amenities were great and more than we were able to take advantage of. The place was very clean and comfortable and in a great location for us. We would definitely book again!

Nice, clean place in a convenient location. The house itself is inside a trailer park that is slowly being gentrified with scores of 1000 sq foot houses. It is basically impossible to walk from this park to any part of town. The house has no outside area to sit, if that matters to you. But this is all part of its charm... it is a small house that is quiet, isolated, and a (relatively) affordable place just outside both Conroe and Montgomery. Highly recommended place if you need to stay in this area.

Will definitely be staying again beautiful place

Well used space. Easy fit for 10 if majority are children I would say. Few spider webs especially on the patio which I had to clean which was no big deal until I got stung by wasp from wasp nest under one of the balcony chairs. Husband sprayed nest so I hope better for next guest. I stayed here 2 years ago and must say maintenance was better at that time in surrounding area pool, grass, community over all. bait shop now closed on premises (don’t fret a bait shop is within driving distance) In the home the upkeep is very good. Stocked with the essentials. Nice stay

I went to Houston for a baptism and for some reason all hotels were booked. I got on Airbnb and his price looked affordable. Fredy answered immediately and allowed me access to the home right away. I am so grateful he did warn me that it would be hot but I turn on the ac and like it immediately started to cool down. It was easy so find and real clean. The neighbors the mobile home is in is real quite no loud music on a Saturday night and we left around 9ish am and it was steal quiet. I would definitely book again or refer again. Thank you so much for allowing me to stay in your home.

We loved our stay! The house was homey and so comfortable! We loved being so close to Graze and also an easy walk to Main Street Crossing.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage it was perfect for my little family. The place had a very welcoming and cozy feel. Host was great and replied within minutes. I really appreciate that it was family friendly and offered amenities for children such as a crib with crib sheets and a high chair. My little one did not use these but I appreciated having them if needed. When you’re traveling with kids it’s nice to have those things not many hosts offer those amenities.
