The house is amazing! A stunning look and a gorgeous sunrise seen from the main suite window. Full pool area with BBQ. The house is very well-equipped, it has a sound box, airfryer, pipoqueira, sandwich maker, everything! Pans, crockery and platters, in case you are preparing the house for a party. Large rooms with lots of beds. Little Zezinho Dear! You saw that we had children and took several toys and left it at your disposal. Very considerate. We enjoy it a lot and we will be back for sure.

Tiago was an exemplary Host, received us with all affection and attention and was very helpful when we needed help.

I only have to say compliments. I made a super correct choice. It was my birthday and I wanted to spend the weekend in a cozy , welcoming and beautiful house like Maria Clara's. And that was what happened. Simply wonderful. Stays are great. The kitchen is top, it has everything you will need. It looks like a dollhouse. All tidy, beautiful, in perfect condition. The refrigerator is show. Pool is great. My children and grandchildren enjoyed it a lot and had a good time. The cars are well sheltered without rain and sun. The house in the center of the land makes it possible for the sides to be well used. Not to mention the gourmet space, where the barbecue is located. This is a very welcoming place. Compliments also to Maria Clara, a first-class host. Delicada, polite, caring, attentive. My admiration and congratulations to her. I have recommended and will always recommend it. Everything was perfect for our stay. The home is beautiful and the pool was super refreshing on the hot summer days. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. Also the VIEW!! Our host communicated everything we needed promptly and graciously. We would stay here again!

The house of Mr. Marco is spacious, organized and airy. The location is very good, close to the sea and lagoon. On the second floor there is always a fresh wind. The swimming pool and the backyard are great. were wonderful days.

The house has ample space, comfortable beds, kitchen with good utensils and wonderful view. The outdoor area is great. The Ivanildo that takes care of the outside area and the dogs is extremely attentive. O Carlos who received us was a 10. Dogs are a separate experience. Docile, affectionate and captivating village. We even use public transportation, which is very good and free, to go to dinner. Because it is old, the house is in need of some maintenance. On the right side of the house there are two kiosks serving snacks and lunch. The experience was very enjoyable. Thank you for your welcome.

We were in December/24 in the house with a group of 14 people, 2 children 2/3 years old and 3 dogs. Very comfortable house. The floor of the room is very wide, allowing for integration with people who are in several communities. We hired Dona Rosana to support us in the kitchen and it was the BEST decision, she is friendly, helpful and kitchen very well. We found a very good cost-benefit ratio. Point that left to be desired: - Not all rooms had fans, even though it is a place of cold, in the heat it is worth having in the room. - Some beds with harder mattresses (orthopedic type).

Our stay was wonderful! It was me, my husband, our 3 children, my mother and her little pet; the day before we left, my father went too, we paid an extra fee for his overnight stay, which was no problem. We were very well received by Mr. Ricardo, the whole house was very well organized and clean. The listing is very comfortable. The pool too, extremely clean. Our son has atopic dermatitis and we ask if it was possible to carry out the maintenance of the pool, with a smaller amount of chlorine, so as not to cause irritation to his skin and with all due care, Mr. Ricardo complied with our request. The location of the house is also very good, close to the main beaches, sights and shops. Very quiet place, there are no noises of cars, motorcycles, loud sounds etc. It was 5 days of fun and family joy.

Communication was great and the house exceeded expectations. Very spacious, clean and organized. We didn't lack anything. Luiz and Dani were super helpful and malleable when negotiating the check-in and check-out time. I recommend it.

Great house, all super clean, tidy, smelling and with Tds the needs for a family to spend a few days. The place is the same in the photos being that personally much better, the hostess is super polite, friendly and cordial gave several tips of tours and guidelines about events that were happening in the city. I will recommend it to friends and family and I will definitely return again. Congratulations on the excellent presentation of your home.

We love the place. Quiet. Well-planned. Foot on the Lagoon. Stunning view. It was what we were looking for, right now. Bruno made things even easier, with his promptness and kindness. Using the Kaiques was also of great value. We enjoyed it well. If we would come back!? Of course it is....

We love everything! The house is very large and spacious, it is very close to the beach! The pool is saltwater but is very good! We arrived and everything was clean and tidy! Katia was very solicitous, always answering and answering the phone! We will go more often!!!
