I love the house and the cooks! I have stayed 2 times and we will surely come back more! Everything is impeccable and the location is outstanding!

Was a really nice place, great to just chill and use the pool in the afternoon. Plenty to see and do around the area without it being too noisy. Would definitely recommend.

David’s pool house was better than I imagined. Great location he was very responsive to our needs. The staff was fabulous she cleaned daily and she prepared breakfast for us. Highly recommended will rent again once when I return to Barranquilla.

Carlos' place was great, exactly as described and looked right like shown in the pictures. The area is peaceful and very private; there is a view point that looks straight to Castillo de Salgar and is great to see the sunset. Very close to the ocean, which makes it super relaxing. There are dogs around the property, all of them very friendly :) Having your own vehicle for transportation is highly recommended, as Uber and taxi services in the area can be scarce. However, if you must use public transport to get around in the Salgar area, Carlos and Juan Jose (employee) can help you arrange the taxi service (be sure to have cash in hand). Would book Carlos' place again in the future.

We had a very quiet stay. The place is excellent to relax. It has supermarkets nearby and with a clean beach nearby. Amaranta behaved super well with our pets, she is very loving and quiet. The main room is located on the second floor of the house. The lady who cares and feeds the pets in the house is very good person, respectful and with good energy. A highly recommended place for rest plan. Thank you very much for everything

The place is as shown in the images, very cozy and easily accessible; Mrs. Diocelina is very friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived without a doubt we would return.

Great house. Steps from the beach.

The place was peaceful and private with beautiful view to the jungle/ valley. Well equipped kitchen, clean and the terrace with hammocks was absolutely our favourite. Hosts were very helpful and communicative.

I would definitely stay there again, it is too comfortable, great location, close to shopping centers and tourist sites, it feels like home, super simple check-in and check-out, everything was spotless except for a couple of bags of packaged food that we found under the furniture, everything else super well and without any problems.

This unique hillside home is open concept, with no windows or doors. It offers a 180 degree ocean view and a surround sound bird sanctuary. There is a lovely beach within a 10 minutes walk, however the ocean was not swimmable due to large waves. The Rio Palomino is a great experience for wading and swimming, about an hours walk down the beach. Emilio is a gracious and thoughtful host. We experienced some privacy issues due to what is probably a cultural misunderstanding with the property caretaker. During our stay (Jan 2025) a small dwelling was being constructed near by. Interesting to see, but a little disruptive of the otherwise serene setting. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Isabella’s place was just amazing, with a great view on the mountains. Everything in the apartment was as described, beautiful space, and the surroundings were even better. I visited a lot of waterfalls in Minca and I feel the nicest one was in hotels backyard (Cascada Escondida). The town was a 20min walk away tho at the hotel premises is a restaurant that has a really delicious food. We loved the place so much, we extended the stay!

Excellent place, my family with nine people, we agreed perfectly and there were plenty of beds, everything was IMPECCABLE , it was in front of the beach , we would definitely come back.

It's a nice spaceous apartment in a small residential house. The area was in a quiet peaceful and safe neighborhood. Señora Janeth was extremely kind and attentive throughout my stay. She was like a friend and mother who looks after you - and very respectful at the same time. I was a bit sad when I finally had to leave this beautiful place!

We had a lovely stay at Palomino in a great place. The cabin is really big and the terrace a highlight to relax with hammock and seating. Also the area downstairs is very nice with jacuzzi and palm trees in the garden. The cabin is mostly open, so you have to expect a few animals in the kitchen from time to time, which run in the way. That didn't bother us. There are no hot water, which doesn't bother you given the temperatures. It was great that drinking water was provided. Thank you, we even extended our stay.
