I really enjoyed the space. Very comfortable and I felt right at home. Sid was proactive with communication and checked in to ensure my check-in was smooth. I was also happy to have an assigned parking space, as the snow and ice could have made parking quite difficult. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Carol’s place because it had all the amenities. We were able to cook, enjoy some entertainment on the television, enjoy the convenience of a fridge, and have coffee. It was near stores and things like that.Thank you and we will definitely be coming back. We highly recommend this place.

This is a beautiful brand-new unit in an area of Covington, KY that is undergoing a renaissance of rebuilding. The views are wonderful of the Cincinnati skyline but as is often with areas that are in the process of upgrading the surrounding neighborhood is a bit rough around the edges. Having said that it is convenient to everything one might need, and we felt safe in the area. The owner was responsive to our needs, and a couple of minor issues were dealt with immediately and successfully. If our travels require us to once again visit the area we would not hesitate to once again secure this place for our stay. One important note is that the building is multi-level and thus requires navigating multiple stairways. It is clean, well appointed, beautifully furnished and has everything one might need.

Excellent stay. I’m from Ohio but I live out of the area. This place felt like home. It was on the colder side downstairs but overall it was very comfortable and roomy. I will be back in April if this place is still available. The only thing I would change is having cable to view local channels, sports, etc. vs. streaming only. Maria was very responsive, pleasant, and friendly.

This Airbnb is quaint and comfortable. Pamela was extremely helpful and responsive when some unavoidable issues came up. I would definitely stay again.

Great house for a fantastic price. Jonathan was very responsive and the home was perfect for what we needed. We came to Dayton to visit the Air Force museum, which was about 24mins away. Checkout was easy and the instructions were very well published in the house in multiple areas. 100% recommend

I love love love this home. It is beautiful and spacious and feels like a place to always breath and regroup. I want to tell you how amazing the space and host are but then it may not be available for me each month. Just relax and watch the snow fall in the back yard and you will understand why this is paradise.

Quiet street near downtown Loveland, gas & grocery. We had 6 adults and stayed quite comfortably. The 2 full bathrooms, one with walk-in shower was a bonus with my elderly parents with us. Everything was clean and rental was well appointed. Host was quick to respond and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Lainy's place was very nice and matched the pictures perfectly. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do and visit around the city. The amount of space was perfect. The only thing was there were a lot steps but outside of that it was a great stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was super clean and cozy! During our stay there was a crazy snowstorm but with all the comforts of this rental we didn’t miss a thing! We sat on the couch and watched as the snow blanketed the deck with a coffee in hand. Just magical! Sid was a super helpful and kind! I would definitely booking this apartment!
