Family-friendly holiday rentals in Madison, Nashville

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was peaceful and quiet, right on the water. The house was clean and fully stocked perfectly for all of our needs. We even had the opportunity to enjoy the hot tub one evening and, we saw 3 deer eating in the backyard! It was the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We enjoyed our stay at Timber Ridge, it’s neat and cozy! Very peaceful surroundings and it’s so nice to enjoy the hot tub while it is raining and see the leaves falling off slowly! Also the host is extremely friendly and responsive. We definitely will come back for another vacation.

I spearheaded a gathering of 7 women this past weekend and we could not have been happier with our stay. The house was beautiful inside and out - incredibly well-appointed - and had every amenity imaginable. Candy and Rick thought through everything! The house was spacious, clean, and the hosts went out of their way to make it extra special for my birthday with several unexpected lovely touches. We loved the hot tub and backyard - and only wish it was warmer so we could have spent more time enjoying it. The location was stellar, too. Anytime we had questions, Candy and Rick wrote back almost immediately. They were so responsive and helpful. Also worth noting: we were there when the temperatures dropped below 10 degrees, they could not have been more respectful when asking if they could stop by to drip faucets to ensure the pipes wouldn't burst. We felt so well taken care of - and definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for an amazing stay in Nashville.

Great location, beautiful spot. This “guest house” felt like its only little house. Having its own entrance and no access to anyone else. When we arrived, there was still trash out by the gates and a lot of small things were missing such as coffee and laundry detergent. But our host addressed these issues instantly. We really appreciated the quick response. Great place to stay and great host!

Nashville was a great spot for a girls retreat. Overall, the area was great and the space worked really well for our group.

Great home for a large family/friend gathering. Plenty of room and beds, and lots of open space. Back yard area could be cleaned up more, but was still worth the socializing and gathering out back. Grill worked fine and was usable for BBQs. Easy Uber access to downtown Broadway and plenty to do in downtown Nashville. Great location away from the city to be quiet and quaint, but still close enough for all the action in the city. Would definitely rent from Danielle again!

We had a wonderful stay at Steve’s place! Great location near shops, restaurants, and Ubers were convenient to Broadway. Steve was welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. He made sure to send many recommendations and also stocked the house with a few of our favorite snacks, drinks and even a cake for the birthday girl! Highly recommend :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our girls trip stay at The Presley! Plenty of space for us to spread out and we have no complaints! The beds were extremely comfortable too. We didn’t cook because we ate as many meals out as possible but seemed like the kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the coffee station. It was a perfect location to get to downtown or over to the Opryland or bee bop around E Nash. Thank you!

I rented this beautiful style farm home for my families trip and they have not stopped raving about it, it's peaceful quite and beautiful greenery was perfect for a getaway and about a 20 min drive into the city. Judith was very communicative and helpful made the stay all that much better we look forward to staying there in the future highly recommend.

Alyssa was great with communication and clear on instructions. Our dog loved the backyard! Great location easy to get downtown and plenty to do in east Nashville!

This place is awesome for a Nashville trip!! We had 10 people and the house was very spacious and well kept. The location was awesome with only 10 dollar Uber rides to broadway and Nissan stadium. Amazing hospitality from host with fast with responding to messages!! Highly recommend

Perfect place to stay for the two of us and our two dogs! Fran was a wonderful host and the location was ideal. We were able to walk for coffee and breakfast and there was a dog park only 5 minutes away. Downtown was a short drive. Loved it really.

This is a great location, close to Broadway, but far enough away to be quiet. The host was very responsive and the space was comfortable!

Just a few minutes from Downtown Franklin or anything really. Perfect location for a vacation with plenty of space to relax at the end of the day with the family.

This is our second stay here. Both times the unit was clean, and exactly as described. We received easy instructions for checking in. We will definitely come back here in all future Nashville stays!

We had a great stay. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. My girls loved the TSwift themed decor. Very easy to get to the city, and airport from the location.

Stayed on my own for a few days over New Years. House was clean and very comfortable. I very much like the space and the view. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfy. The location was great. More of an up-and-coming area of town, so not super populated with other visitors, but I found it easy to hop on my bike and navigate around to Broadway or Bicentennial Park. The area is quiet and well-lit for the most part, so I felt safe. Loved having a designated off-street parking spot within sight of the condo. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

We would happily stay here again. Perfect condo for two couples. Beds were very comfortable and the living room space was well laid out. The view was nice too. Only 20 minutes to walk down to Broadway. Thank you Patsy!!

Thanks Anthony for the great place to stay and the extremely flexible check in time. Place was clean and private, everything worked and the pool was great to take a dip in between the activities we had planned. We are planning to take another trip next year and will absolutely be getting a hold of u again.. we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, thanks again!!!

Cozy space, close to restaurants. Comfortable king bed and clean bathroom. The heat pump wasn't working the first night but Nealy called a repair company the next morning. Would come back for sure!
