Great place to stay. Plenty of space and the grounds are fun to walk around. We love visiting here!!

We had an amazing stay at Veronika’s home. It was everything we had hoped for and more. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We appreciated the off street parking. She responded promptly to our questions and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and was close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Utica.

Everything was great, the house has a good location and has everything you need. The place is cozy and you feel like you were home! Would definitely recommend!

Our adult family had a wonderful time at Hatch Lake. The lake is beautiful and the house was clean, cozy and beautifully updated. Also, very well supplied. Shannon was very responsive. All in all, a great place to stay!

I highly recommend Shawn’s home- it was beautiful and peaceful stay! The entire place was neat and tidy, everything was easy to find. Our group had a great time watching the birds outside of the windows and watches for other animals outside. We would definitely rent this home again. Shawn is a great host!

The place was amazing, very spacious and very clean. It has little light pollution, we were able to see an incredible number of stars. We were able to fit 10 people.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting our child at Colgate University. Absolutely loved our stay! The hosts live next door and were very accommodating. The home was beautifully decorated and well appointed with cool fixtures and the most comfortable couch. They provided ground coffee, which was delicious, and the beds had great mattresses. The water pressure in the shower was not as strong as we like but everything else was perfect. The location was peaceful with beautiful views over the lake. The house is remote, but was easy to find. Can't wait to come back.

My son stayed here for the night after driving my daughter back to school. He said it was super easy and comfortable and the owners left him a nice handwritten note. Juliana was very easy to communicate with for me when making the reservation and for my son when checking in and out. The experience was great all around and we’d definitely stay here again. Colin is a responsive host. Apartment is represented well in pictures. I’ve stayed here for an extended period of time. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Good for travel nurses.

Kathleen was a fantastic host, and the place was exactly as advertised! She was incredibly responsive, clear, and concise in her communication. We were last-minute guests due to another host not responding, but she was very accommodating and made the check-in process seamless. Side note: I usually struggle to find a good mattress, but this one was shockingly comfortable! I wasn’t necessarily looking for a premium-priced stay, but I definitely got a premium sleep—and to me, that’s real value. I’ll 100% be coming back for a future weekend getaway to the casino!

We enjoyed staying here in this very nice historical building while visiting our grandson at Hamilton College. The flights of stairs up to our apartment were not too much of a challenge for us oldsters. The apartment was spacious, clean, tidy, and well appointed with linens and towels. There was a very fancy espresso machine. However I had no idea how to operate it! Luckily there was a cozy coffee shop right next door for morning coffee and pastries. Richard was easy to contact and answered our calls quickly. We would like to stay here again!

We didn't drive so it at first it was a little confusing to find the place. Samanthi was super communicative throughout our entire stay, really easy to interact with. The place was very clean and met our expectations. She even left snacks for us! That was really sweet. Would definitely stay again.

Michael's place was excellent, very clean and exactly how it was described. Michael went above and beyond, coming outside in the snow and dark to direct me to the right spot and making sure I was settled in and there were no problems. I would definitely stay again.
