Beachfront holiday rental in Mactan

I hade the opportunity to staying in the apartment during 1 week. The beach is clean and nice the pool are the same. Can recommend to trying the buffet it wort the money. The area around is friendly and it easy to get taxis etc. Big plus from the host is the fast reply if I had any questions. I will definitely going back for a visiting.

I think it's a good place to stay for the price. The area around the accommodation is quiet, so it's good to rest, and if there's a problem, the manager responds quickly.

The location was ideal – close to the beach and restaurants. Sir Jorman went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing thoughtful touches like giving us a flexible check-in and checkout. Communication was quick and easy, and he was always available to answer any questions. We truly felt at home and can't wait to come back again. I’d rent again possibly. Nice area, like a resort with multiple towers. Pool area was shaded which I liked, my friends wanted more sun though. Wished the nice pool area had more lounge chairs. All the A/Cs worked perfectly.

The view is absolutely stunning, making it feel worth every penny just to wake up and enjoy it from the bed. The combined view of the ocean and the pool was truly breathtaking, leaving us with unforgettable memories. Everything you could need is within walking distance, including Starbucks, Pan de Manila, a pharmacy, shopping malls, and more. Newtown Beach is also just a short walk away, with its beautifully maintained beach and pool areas offering a perfect place to relax. The host was exceptionally kind and responsive, always addressing our needs promptly. We were deeply moved by the thoughtful gesture of providing flowers for our 1st anniversary, which made our stay even more special. The white bedding added a touch of cleanliness and comfort, enhancing the overall experience.

Good facilities - but not included in price - need to pay extra - swimming from beach at high tide only - reassuringly secure, sometimes oppressively so - cafe/restaurant was fine. Mattress comfortable.

MiCasa was clean, exactly like the pictures, and communication with Chris was super easy! Small details made us feel right at home in Lapu-Lapu: snacks when we arrived, coffee and tea for the morning, Smart TV, strong AC, and an efficient washer. There’s a nice partial ocean view from the balcony! MiCasa is steps away from Tambuli, which Chris has resort passes available to for a small extra charge. Getting a ride through Grab and calling a taxi is easy when you want to go explore. Very secure! There was security at the entrance to the property and inside the lobby at all times. We would definitely stay again.

Farah'a place is exactly as described and a great location for a short break. it's right beside Angasil port for island hopping with plenty of good restaurants close by. I would highly recommend it and would stay again. Farah is very proactive and quick to help. many thanks Farah 😊

From the moment our family were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautifully maintained space. The location was peaceful and walkable. The accomodation itself was spacious and squeaky clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. Thomas was very helpful and responsive. He was very considerate of our plight (with our change of plans due to typhoon Kristin). Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Cant imagine a better deal for a place to yourself. Beautiful view on the balcony place was clean and welcoming the area had everything you would need, and a brand new shopping area nearly complete nearby. 9.5 out of 10 in this category

This place is spotless and perfect There are air conditioners and toilets in each room, so there is no problem if multiple people stay. It's very spacious and pleasant. There are guards in every building, so it's good for security. There are many restaurants right in front, and there are grocery stores and convenience stores, so you don't have to worry about eating. There is also a swimming pool in the house, so you can have fun. All the members in the building are friendly! 200% intention to return. It was such an honor to stay in such a nice place. Thank you so much!!
