Absolutely, 100% recommend a stay if you’re headed to Arezzo. We stayed in early December. Comfortable, warm, cozy, inviting, safe, clean …our 5 night stay exceeded any expectations we had. Stefano’s personal greeting complete a smile, soft music and warm fire set the tone for a beautiful week. The location is quiet and easily walkable to the main, busier areas. All rooms are easily accessible and clean. The pastry cafe across the street is the icing on the cake :). We had a cooking lesson with Stefano making homemade ravioli. Yummmy and so much fun! Something we will never forget and will pass on to our children. We recommend and will visit again. Thank you for being such beautiful host Stefano! An amazing house facing the sea. The beach downstairs! No danger, easy with children. A beautiful terrace and beautiful garden. This is a really nice environment. Be careful for those who want to sleep... a little noisy (bar and music until late at night but that's the price to pay to have such a beautiful house ) provide quiescent balls, which we had anticipated! Same in the morning there is the noise of those who clean the beach. Other than that, great welcome from Fabrizio and very nice seaside resort with good restaurants. A unique place! I recommend it and hope to return one day!

A great stay at Villa Gelsi. Serene countryside and a brilliant space to disconnect and rest. Perfect for families happy near a pool and wanting to get away from it all!

The house is in a quiet area, equipped with everything , great outdoor space with a hot tub and barbecue .

Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

Our 10 days stay was great. Clean, confortable and perfectly equipped for a holiday. I recommend it for anyone who wants to have a great time.

Our stay was very satisfying. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we weren't able to make the most of the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Giacomo is a great host and his apartment is very comfortable and clean, there are everything what you need for small term stay, I highly recomend!

Nice apartment in a very good position. Close to the beach, on the street full of trees and shops, but in a calm area. Great benefit is a big terrace with you private space. Francesco is a great and welcome host. He provided us with a tips for walks, restautants, shops... He introduced us the rules, everything great prepared a sent details by phone. We had about 3 extra requests to solve and he was always kind and ready to fulfill our wish.

Accommodation as pictured, everything is tidy and clean. Quiet and green area, beach reachable on foot with a walk of about 15 min. Andrea was very kind and always ready.

They have been wonderful days,perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nature that surrounds Raggiolo. Our dog is very happy with access to the river and the river park just below the pool. Laura was super helpful and welcoming,we felt at home in a place where nothing was missing! Congratulations to the owners who have created a magical and one-of-a-kind place, thank you very much.

The apartment has everything you need, with a beautiful view and excellent heating that works perfectly. It was easy to find, and having a parking space is a great plus if you're traveling by car. We found it to be very good value for the price. The hosts were attentive and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. For future guests, adding a microwave could be helpful, and the bathroom could benefit from some remodeling. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, and we enjoyed our time here.
