Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Macclesfield

We live in Australia and headed back to the UK. We wanted to catch up with old friends and this was the perfect place. Rooms were big and comfy and quiet. Living space was great for the size of our group. We went in December so didn’t use the outside space much but I imagine at other times of the year the garden would be amazing. Lovely cottage - beautifully restored, cosy and very clean. We especially liked the sun room during the daytime, and the log burner for the chilly evenings. The area is stunning, and Hartington has lots of amenities - shops, tearooms, nice pub. Dave was really helpful and responded to our queries very quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Charlie & Rosie's house was fabulous & as the hosts they were very good at communicating! It was comfortable and peaceful, just what was needed. Perfect location, quiet & easily walkable to all the shops & restaurants! 10 out of 10! 🙂

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

Lynsey was fantastic, very helpful from start to finish. Her home was beautiful and had everything we needed for a great, stress free stay. Beds are exceptionally comfortable and was spotlessly clean. This was our second stay with Lynsey and I’m sure it won’t be our last. We look forward to visiting again next time we are in Manchester. Great little find. Unfortunately it was only a place to lay our head before travelling from Manchester airport the next day. Really wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful home, very clean and aesthetically pleasing! This is also such a well stocked Air Bnb and felt like all the little details had been thought of. Highly recomend. Thanks so much.

We have stayed with Grace several times over the past couple of years. The apartment is private, quiet and ideally placed in Sale. Communication is excellent!

We stayed two nights at Avril’s apartment and it was great. Easy to find, fully equipped, warm, comfortable. Avril and John were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. In fact we were spoilt as Avril had left us a variety of essentials such as milk and fruit as well as some treats like a bottle of red wine! As soon as we arrived we were able to make our dinner in the fully equipped kitchen and then settle down on the sofa to watch the tv. Wi-fi worked well too. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful away from any road noise and situated in a lovely large garden. The next day we went walking in the Peak District which is on the doorstep of Chapel En Le Frith. Highly Recommended.

Right from booking our stay Maureen was so helpful providing every single detail you would need to get there, how to get in and recommendations. Check in was the easiest I’ve ever experienced thanks to Maureen providing detailed instructions pictures and videos. Along with recommendations for food, walks and other activities. The apartment was spotless and in a beautiful location with nice views from the balcony and so peaceful with sounds of the river running below. Such a lovely stay and amazing hosts! Would definitely recommend to everyone.

A fantastic walkable location for coop live venue or the etihad stadium. Suzie was helpful and had brilliant clear instructions on how to access the property. Overall a lovely apartment and we would definitely stay again - thankyou for letting us stay in your lovely apartment!

The apartment was great, very clean and just as decribed. Ten minute walk to Sale town centre and metro and ideal for Manchester commute or Altrincham.

We had a perfect stay in this lovely studio apartment. Very quiet in a leafy road within walking distance to all the conveniences of Buxton. Parking was easy in the driveway. Access through a separate entrance adjoined to a main property. Upon entering there was a shoe rack which was handy for muddy footwear before ascending the set of stairs to the studio. The apartment contained everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. A separate sofa area for reading, watching TV etc, a kitchen to cook your own meals if required. Welcome gifts were a lovely surprise and much appreciated. The shower was powerful and hot. I can only imagine this studio must have a lot of returning guests because we couldn’t fault anything and definitely hope to return soon. The surrounding area has many walks from Buxton itself and within a short drive. We also visited Lyme Park which is worth the 30 min drive.

This place was amazing, we had a brilliant stay and we felt right at home. James was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed, also very responsive when needing help with something. Definitely will be coming back here! :)

Maureen was a great host and even provided recommendations of restaurants and activities. Fantastic location for the sites and walks whilst also peaceful. Will definitely book again.

Good environment and Comfortable place to stay.

What a great find. Perfect location for peaceful walks with my Dalmatian Daisy. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard with plenty of room and felt secure and safe. Most important to me was that it was dog friendly and it really was. Daisy had her own secure area to play in and this is just so helpful. Hosts are friendly and the info provided to help you to find the place is excellent, also lots of info in the accommodation about the local area. Would definitely recommend and also would love to stay again for a longer break.

We loved our stay in this beautifully decorated home - cosy and comfy. The bath was a dream!Angus was very responsive with great communication and checked in with us throughout our stay. It was great to be able to relax and watch Netflix/Amazon Prime etc after a long day out and about in the Peak District, and the bed was insanely comfy! Also a must visit is Eyam Village if you’re a history buff like me! And highly recommend Casa Carlo for dinner, the owner is lovely and the food was exceptional. Thank you Angus!

This is the place to explore Manchester like a hipster. Warren’s flat is beautifully sturdy and designed with a touch of clean and tropical laid-back atmosphere on the terrace and in the jungle bathroom. You are in the heart of the Northern Quarter a ten minute walk from the train station (a bit longer with luggage) and five minutes from everywhere you want to be. Be warned that the pub noise from Stephenson square features as part of the atmosphere but most of it is a din with windows closed. The second bed is up an attic ladder and not for claustrophobics. My husband and daughter loved it while my teenage son preferred the couch and me the glorious sunny bedroom. The flat has everything you need and was a perfect place to come back to many times during the day for a refresher. The best thing about this place? The very friendly host and his endless hospitality! A perfect complement to a very impressive and eclectic city. We loved everything about it! Will be back Warren! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay, at Anne & Phil's. Anne was welcoming and warm, the place was exactly as described, the location was peaceful, but also within a minute walk to local pubs and co-op. During the days we went for lovely walks, to Uppermill and also visited the historic Fort. Will definitely return.
