Casa Larga is located above Brissago and can be reached on foot from the reserved parking lot in 2 minutes. The view is sensational and it's extremely quiet. The house is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The beds are comfortable and there is a pleasant bedding. The kitchen is so well equipped, nothing is missing even the most ambitious chef. The rooms are all very large and bright and very inviting. However, you have to keep in mind that it has very large windows and thus it can get warm in intense sunlight.

Our stay was wonderful and the villa was fabulous. Wonderful views and exceptionally helpful hosts. Elena and Radu were just so lovely and very helpful, nothing was a problem for them. The villa is out of this world and just made our holiday .. every time we go to Menaggio we will try to stay there if we can as cannot imagine anywhere else matching it. Truly wonderful stay

We felt very comfortable in the house Everything as on the pictures , pool was also great , barbecue was available , enough space to park. Andrea was very friendly, the communication was excellent and otherwise we were also satisfied.

We were there in October with small children. The accommodation offers everything it needs and is very warmly furnished, with a lot of attention to detail. Right on the first day, Alessandra's father came by with a welcome gift. He was very warm and helpful. The large garden with the fireplace and a breathtaking view was the highlight. The kitchen is very well equipped. We cooked delicious dishes every day. There are a lot of toys in the house, for children of all ages. The village is very quiet and authentic. We were able to see various wildlife in the area. A beautiful valley that has something mystical about it at this time of year. The steep slopes with countless waterfalls, the colored leaves and the morning bubble rising out of the woods. Scenic villages on the southern slopes. Perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle. Markus was a very pleasant and friendly host. He was very quick to respond to inquiries and also very proactively gave tips and information… also on excursions and the surrounding area. He was very flexible. Be it when moving into the accommodation or also when extending by one day. Thank you very much for this! The house is in very good condition and you can tell that Markus cares that guests feel comfortable. This is also noticeable in the interior design. Very nice how everything is maintained. And the location of course also contributes to it… with the view of Lake Lugano. We were able to spend great days with a wonderful host in his wonderful house. We felt comfortable and would always recommend the place. Thanks for everything.

We were greeted very friendly and openly by Paul and Silvia. The equipment of the house is ideal with infants. Everything necessary was available without exception. We found the accommodation super clean and felt very comfortable.

Simply a great place to stay for holidays in Ticino. Brigitte personally welcomed us and showed us everything. She gave us great recommendations for the area, which we tried directly and enriched our vacation with her knowledge of Ticino. The Ticino house is very nice, practical and thoughtfully furnished and offers wonderful seating especially outside with great views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Maggiore in the distance. The kitchen is very well equipped and the appliances all work great. The wine cellar also invites you to try. We are always happy to include the box of guidebooks, maps and brochures in our daily planning. We also liked the location of the house. A little away from big main roads, but also not too far away. So the trips to the excursion destinations were very pleasant and shopping facilities were also easy and quick to reach by car

We had a wonderful stay in Fiorella’s home! Comfortable and cozy, matched the description. A very quick and easy walk to cafes and restaurants, as well as Lake Maggiore. Fiorella even provided a crib for our baby, which was so helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Grazie Marco for an exceptional stay in Orta San Giulio! This was one of the best experiences (from Airbnb or even hotels) we’ve had. Marco was incredibly responsive and communicative, and very kind. He picked us up from Malpensa airport, and even drove us to Milano after our stay. We were travelling with our toddler and Marco very kindly coordinated with the child car seat rental provider to have the seat ready for us. The apartment is in a quiet area that is super close to the piazza. Upon arrival, Marco provided water, local beers, and local biscuits that were delicious. The apartment was incredibly clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, and the coffee was great! Details like the lovely bath products and slippers, really made our stay stand out, as well as Marco’s hospitality. We would absolutely recommend Marco’s place for your stay in Orta. We would love to come back and stay in Marco’s other property! Grazie mille!

Very nice apartment, small but intelligently arranged on three levels, suitable for a couple with a child of school age and tastefully furnished. Even on winter days of discreet cold, the accommodation was very warm. Easy check-in and checkout with good flexibility from the host. Great cleanliness. Parking space practically one minute from the house. Enviable location, the apartment is in fact in a very quiet alley, but it remains a few dozen meters from the center of Santa Maria Maggiore and therefore also from shops, restaurants, etc. Thank you Wally, recommended stay!

A small, fine house a little out of the way nestled in beautiful nature. We enjoyed the location on the other shore of the small creek as well as firing with wood. Naomi was accessible at all times and very proactive in her communication. We enjoyed it very much, even though the weather was not so great unfortunately. Highly recommended!

This place was like heaven on earth. Waking up to that priceless view was something else. The property was 12/10. Giulio was the best host anyone can ask for. Very helpful and responsive! All in all, I’d go back there any chance I’d get, and whoever is reading these reviews to get a perspective on how it all went, you will not be disappointed, your only regret will be not booking it for longer!

Warm welcome by Fabrizio. Good explanation of what to do and where the dog is welcome. Very clean accommodation and everything was correct according to the listing. 2 small fenced gardens where the dog can walk around safely. Close to the dike where there are many cafes and restaurants. Small supermarket nearby, Large supermarkets 5 min by car. Host responds quickly to messages. We have had a pleasant time there.

We have spent about a week in Casa Edera. We were a group with different ages. But everyone was comfortable in this house. The garden is very well kept and having meals in there or in the Rustico can be a very pleasent experience. This place is well equipped for any circumstance. Also in a rainy day, it is pleasent to be inside or have a nice walk in the rain in that quiet area. Priska's suggestions for trips are very helpful. You can easily spend a week by doing different things every day. The area is very quiet. The road beside the house is narrow, but it is not so difficult to get out of the parking lot. Casa Edera can be a very nice place for a family vacation and have very nice memories from it.
