Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Lymington

This was a lovely property which was immaculate and full of amenities. We had a fantastic long weekend with lots of great walks and things to do in the local area! Kelli was super responsive and everything in the house was perfect.

Excellent host, really good and clear communication. We booked this the day before so didn't get time to read all the instructions so had a few questions and got the answers from the host. House is very clean and plenty of beds so ideal for big groups. Main reason we booked this place was the hot tub, hot tub was great we used a it a couple of times, its in the garden and has a cover so even if its raining you can use it. Over all good place, value for money.

We were a party of 6 ladies staying at the house. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location is quiet and residential but there are shops and cafes a short walk away (5 mins). The beach is a 20 min walk away. If you have small children there is a little Fairy Garden you can visit on the way to the beach next to a playground. Hannah's instructions and information were clear and helpful. She replied quickly to messages. We didn't use the hot tub as it was a Lazy spa type which are quite small and you can't submerge fully and the weather was freezing while we were there, so we didn't brave it. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for a 3 day week stay with a mix of adults and children. It has everything you need with plenty of games, hot tub and the games room. Everywhere was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked! Each room has temperature rooms which suited us perfectly. Have already recommended to all our friends and family ♥️

Paul's place was exactly as described, great facilities. Clear instructions and pictures for a smooth check in Great host, easily contactable. Great place to stay with a short drive for the city centre, which hosts a great selection of restaurants.

We had a great stay over new years. We were two small families and found the space to be ideal. We ate at the local pub twice during our stay which served good quality food. It was a nice break

We had an amazing stay at Matthew’s house for my best friends hen do. The house was beautiful, great location and Matthew was very responsive. Would definitely recommend and return to this house!

Claire was a great host and we all really enjoyed our weekend break. The hot tub was a well enjoyed bonus for us all, whilst my niece loved being able to visit and help with the animals in the yard. Great place to stay and would definitely consider going back in the future.

We enjoyed our time here - there is a secluded beach 5mins walk from the property where we enjoyed an afternoon dip, we relaxed in the hot tub and used the garden to eat our take away. Lovely base to explore Isle of Wight. Very clean accommodation too! We will stay here again when we come back ;)

A wonderful and relaxing home, Fenella was very helpful, friendly and communication was brilliant. We were made to feel very welcome, and the accommodation was immaculate. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I had the best nights sleep in years! Wonderful guest kitchen, hot tub, and lovely garden space to enjoy. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely time in the airbnb! Fanella is a great host and we felt absolutely welcome! She offered us all we needed. We would definitely recommend to Fanella as a host and also the room to everyone! We absolutely fell in love with the hot tub!

A memorable stay for a very special family occasion! We made lots of lasting memories during our stay at the Old Rectory. The house is full of character and although it's very spacious, it still feels very cosy. We laughed over games of snooker, chilled out in the cinema room, de-stressed in the hot tub and snuggled up by the woods burner. The kitchen contains everything you might ever need to cook a feast or the harbour restaurants are just 1km walk away. Thank you Sherrill for a wonderful stay! ❤️

We had a great stay, even in January, and the house was perfect for us (6 adults, a 4-year old, 2 dogs) The house was warm and spacious with lots of kids toys and extremely well equipped. The hot tub in the garden is a lovely addition, despite high winds meaning we couldn’t always use it! It’s well located near Cowes and its amenities, amidst other houses but on a quiet road, with great views because it’s on a hill and very near the sea, though not a beach as such. We would certainly return if we can.

We had the most wonderful few days. I stayed with an old school friend and her 1 Yr old Cockerpoo, Bonnie. The cabin was as described and the hot tub was just wonderful. Helen was very helpful and Bonnie loved Helen's dog Saffie Thank you for providing the bolt hole I needed before heading back to deal with my husband's treatment. I will definitely be back. We had a long weekend at Jack’s caravan and it was perfect for us. We spent four days exploring different places with our young daughter and Jack’s caravan was the ideal base to start from each day. It is extremely well equipped, Jack described it perfectly. He also compiled a very helpful folder with recommendations for things to see and do which was at the accommodation for us. The accommodation was clean, very well laid out and the bonus of having the hot tub was excellent. His communication was very informative and made checking in/out very easy. We will be visiting Jack’s caravan again and highly recommend others do too. Thank you Jack.

lovely stay. would consider going back. however despite all the 5* given, I'm not 100% if I'd be happy to pay the money again. away that for similar locations/accommodations I could have gotten it £70-50cheaper. none then less it was beautiful and hosts were great.

Had a great stay at Annie's place. She made sure we have everything we need. Also had complimentary breakfast which is a bonus. The place is exactly what is described. Annie even gave us recommendations for places to visit and things to do nearby. Highly recommended host.

Absolutely amazing place with amazing hosts engage very well and couldn’t do enough to help us with regards to information to the local area and keeping us topped up with consumables i.e. coffee toilet rolls and towels ect , Lovely little place I would recommend to anybody , Thank you for the stay
