Review for Lydia’s House, Kaputian Beach ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at Lydia’s House in Kaputian Beach, and it was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had so far! The breathtaking views made me feel like I was on a luxurious yacht surrounded by stunning beach scenery. I spent hours on the balcony, captivated by the sunrises and sunsets, and I extended my stay immediately! The entire second floor was ours, featuring three elegant bedrooms and bathrooms, all impeccably clean and furnished with high-end decor. The third floor is a near duplicate, and while I didn’t see the fourth floor, I can only imagine it’s just as lovely. Lydia, our host, was responsive and attentive, and the caretakers were welcoming, adding to the overall warmth of our stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with elegance and amazing views, I highly recommend Lydia’s House. It’s a hidden gem, and I can’t wait to return!

Boyfriend and I stayed over the weekend with our pet cat. The unit was very clean, very cozy, and we felt right at home. Kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom had toiletries available. We enjoyed it and our cat didn't have a hard time adjusting to the place, she likes it! Unit host/owner was very accommodating and informative, kudos to her and her mom! 🩷

it's our 2nd time here in this cozy house,they have there own solar panels Incase there's a sudden brown out. Very accommodating and responsive as well .

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Our family had a fantastic time at Katherine’s place. The house was perfect for kids, with plenty of space and a pool. The grownups had great time playing billiards and singing karaoke… The place is also near Hagimit falls, only around 30mins drive and it’s worth a visit… Would love to come back everytime we visit Samal, highly recommend…☺️

I’ve rented in Mati several times and this Airbnb is by far the best. I had a great time with my wife and auntie at this place. The house was very homey, convenient, clean, and the area was accessible, quiet, and safe. I’ll definitely be back!

In my entire condo-renting experience, this is by far the best accomodation I've ever had. The place is way beyond your expectation. It's cozy, and clean and literally a home far away from home 🫰The best choice esp for those who wants home cooked meals. They have all the things you need when cooking. Great value for the price po yung condo, and communication with the host is always quick and easy. She was able to accommodate our late check-in which I really appreciate.
