Cozy spot in the Gainesville suburbs. Nice food options nearby and it's in a hospital district. The home was older but very well kept. Easy access to everything I needed. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay. lastly, CJ was super responsive and helpful. Made my stay very comfortable and easy.

David was an excellent host. He contacted me a couple of days before our trip to let me know about the steep driveway and the chance of snow. We did end up getting snowed it, but we loved it. The power went out at one point, and David showed up with lanterns for us while we waited for the power to come back on in the area. He was very clear, but friendly, about instructions, and had a lot of great recommendations for restaurants and things to do, though the snow storm limited the options due to business closings because of unsafe travel conditions. We are definitely hoping to stay with David again the next time we visit Dahlonega.

If I had to rate my stay with Greg and Karen it would be more then a 10/10. They are so kinda and considerat. My wife and I started driving up the night before so we can be in the area for early check-in and we got stopped by the snow storm. Greg and Karen reached out to warn us about the snow blocked roads. Check in day they reached out to us and kept checking in to make sure we were okay on the road. Upon check-in we were greeted by another lovely host Coco there amazing Chocolate Labrador, she is so sweet and loving. We will definitely be going back again, and we recommend this stay to everyone

This was the perfect retreat to have a weekend getaway with my husband! We were 5 minutes to downtown Helen and it was so easy to get to restaurants and shops from their home. Honestly, the home is even better in person than the pictures if that’s even possible! It was EXTREMELY clean and we felt right at home all weekend. We loved using the fireplace and appreciated the recommendations from the host. I would go back to this cozy home in a heartbeat!

While it was a quick weekend getaway, this place made us wish our stay was longer. Super clean, had tons of amenities and was stocked full of all the household necessities, just like staying at a hotel. We got in late and were still able to find our way inside. The property was beautiful and the animals were darlings! The space is a great size as well. It was quiet, comfortable, and wasn’t too bad of a drive to/ from Atlanta and the surrounding areas. We very much enjoyed this stay and would recommend it again and to other couples.

I stayed only one night, however it was really nice. It was my first time staying in the basement of someone else’s home but it didn’t even feel like it! You definitely feel like you have your own space and it feels homey. Would recommend!

We loved our stay at the Dahl house. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The whole house was pristine and updated. We enjoyed the front porch, and the back porch was quiet and peaceful. We would not hesitate to stay at the Dahl House again. Historic Dahlonega was a quick walk or drive, so we were close to everything.

Great stay and very nicely kept rental! Located very close to downtown and easy to access wineries. Matt and team were very responsive and the booking process was seamless.

Our stay was AMAZING! This place is so cute, comfy, and clean. Everything worked perfectly and I seriously want to buy their couch! It was the perfect setup for our girls trip. The host was quick to respond and really lovely.

We had a great trip to Dahlanega and Olivia's place. She was very responsive and accommodating as our trip weekend included a snow and ice forecast. Olivia let us check in early to avoid driving in the worst of the weather. The home was as advertised and was very comfortable. Thank you for helping make our trip great!

I recently enjoyed staying at a charming cabin that exceeded all our expectations. The location was stunning, nestled in a picturesque setting surrounded by majestic trees and views. Waking up to the sight of snow-covered landscapes was nothing short of magical. Our family spent every moment we could outside, playing in the snow and enjoying the fresh, crisp air. The kids loved building snowmen and having snowball fights, while we took in the beauty of the winter wonderland around us. In the evenings, we cozied by the fireplace, sharing stories and enjoying hot cocoa, making it feel even more special. The cabin was beautifully maintained and provided all the comforts we needed for a memorable stay. We truly felt at home here and can’t wait to return. If you're looking for a lovely getaway to reconnect with family while enjoying the beauty of nature, this cabin is the perfect choice! I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, very well stocked, and in a beautiful location. The layout was perfect for our large group, with space for everyone to gather easily without feeling crowded, as well as space for privacy as needed. We had power outage due to weather. The hosts were extremely responsive and kind when we reached out about this.

We were in town for my son’s wedding at Swan Lake Overlook which was only an 8 minute drive. We enjoyed our stay at The Neighbors place. Clean, comfortable, fully furnished kitchen, comfortable beds and 2 full bathrooms was an added feature. The host was quick to respond and very helpful.

The place was clean, cozy, and absolutely exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice! The property was gorgeous and we even got to feed the trout off of the bridge! The hosts checked in on us on our first day to make sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking to hike, there are plenty of good hikes within 20ish minutes of the place which was super convenient. It was the perfect place for a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. We loved every minute!

Great spot!!! Everything was in easy walking distance! We were lucky enough to be there when it snowed so not having to drive in and out of Helen made it perfect! Clean house and was perfect for our family of 6. Would definitely stay again.

Sherry’s pace was fantastic. With double balconies overlooking the Chattahoochee River and walking distance to downtown Helen.

It’s was our first time to Helen Ga. What a great experience. The condo was close to all restaurants and entertainment. Very clean and comfortable. Host was quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely recommend this home if you’re visiting Helen.
