It is a very nice house, spacious, clean well lit as the publication description, ideal for a large family. it would only be ideal that it had more air conditioning since Mendoza in summer is very hot day and night.

Everything excellent! The house is large and very comfortable, it has air conditioning in 2 of the rooms and in the dining room that works very well. Also, it has a garage for one car and alarm in case you want to use it. Without a doubt, the best part of the house is the patio and the grill, ideal for asaditos, we took advantage of it a lot. The area is 10 minutes from downtown by car. It's very quiet and there are some shops to buy things and have coffee. Nacho, the host, is super friendly and responds very quickly any concerns. It was also flexible with the check-out since no guests came that day. We will definitely be back here! 🩷

Val was a great host, we had to check-in at some odd hours and she graciously accomodate! The place is very clean and cozy, it has and amazing backyard with a great pool!

Luca was very good, attentive and quick to respond. The house is as pictured. The location is very good if you are looking to go out to bars and subtaruantes without having to handle. The a/c worked perfectly on each piece and the overall furnishings were great. I recommend for group of friends

The place was very nice and safe, we had privacy and peace of mind. We were 11 people and we slept very comfortable, everything was impeccable! I had everything I needed. They answered us quickly and kindly, in addition the host was always available to help us. We left more than happy🫶🏻 Highly recommended! Hope to be able to return soon ❤️

We spent a few days here and really enjoyed it, in fact we did not want to leave! It's located in a countryside area and is very quiet yet close to things you might need. Was very comfortable inside and well equipped. The property outside is large, private and lovely with fruit trees and vineyards and a nice pool with a rather unique design which was very enjoyable. Everything was clean and worked well. Host Fabio was very fast responding, very helpful, and very nice to us. 100% recommended!!

A very good experience. The house is far from downtown but there are ubers all the time, excellent to take advantage of a weekend pool and disconnection but at the same time always easy to get around and the hosts are too attentive. We arrived and they bought us supermarket, they helped us organize the nightclubs, they gave us easy check-out later because they delayed the flight. In addition, they were always attentive, everything was impeccable and the ideal house to go in a group of friends or family. 10 min drive to chacra which is very cute and 15 minutes to all the boliches. Very good experience would go again.

With my friends, we had a fantastic stay at Martín's house! The space was clean, cosy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The parilla and patio also were nice touches and it made it feel extra welcoming. Highly recommend it for a hassle-free, relaxing stay in Mendoza!

The only difficult thing was in the neighborhood to find which is the house and how to get there. But beyond that incredible place, a super complete house and a beautiful place in the middle of Mendoza! Thank you for hosting us.

We had a great time staying here. The apartment is huge, a great backyard with privacy and a parilla grill. Close to great cafes and restaurants and also parque San Martin. The only thing I will mention is some of the fixtures are a bit outdated- the faucets and spigots being a bit of an issue. Only one of the showers had water pressure sufficient to bathe. Other than that we had a great time. Wasn’t an issue for us as we are two younger guys and not very high maintenance, a bigger family or older folks might see an issue. Overall we were very happy with the stay. Mendoza is a great town and this apartment was everything we needed and more!

Amazing place to stay in 5ta. So much to do within walking distance and the parking is clutch if you have a rental car. Host was extremely responsive to all questions. Highly recommended!

We truly enjoyed the house, pool, park and barbecue areas. There was plenty of space to invite friends for Christmas and New Year celebrations. So many great things are just a short ride away, Plaza Espejo, supermarket Jumbo Vistapueblo, shopping center Palmares, plenty of restaurants, etc. It was also a great location to go visit bodegas, go horseback riding or white water rafting. Overall it was a great vacation in Mendoza.

Very good host, although check-in was at a certain time, we arrived a little earlier and there was no problem that we could wait inside the enclosure and make use of the patio to rest after the trip. The place is very quiet, and has everything to have a good stay.
